This Payment, Refund & Payout Policy (“Policy”) governs all financial transactions conducted on the Find It All platform, operated by Innovara Marketing Inc. (“Innovara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Platform, all Vendors, Customers, Affiliates, and Agencies agree to this Policy.
1. PLATFORM ROLE IN PAYMENTS
1.1 Innovara provides payment processing as a convenience and facilitation service only.
1.2 Innovara is not the seller of record for Vendor products or services unless explicitly stated.
1.3 Transactions occur directly between Vendors and Customers, with Innovara acting as an intermediary.
2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
2.1 The Platform may accept payments via:
- Credit and debit cards
- Digital wallets
- Other third-party payment methods as enabled
2.2 All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
3. FEES & COMMISSIONS (CLEAR & TRANSPARENT)
3.1 Innovara charges the following standard platform commission:
- 10% + $0.50 per transaction, inclusive of payment gateway fees
3.2 Additional fees may apply for:
- Subscriptions
- Premium listings
- Featured placements
- Advertising and marketing services
3.3 All applicable fees are disclosed prior to purchase.
4. PAYOUT SCHEDULE (VENDORS & AGENCIES)
4.1 Vendor payouts are issued on a scheduled basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), as displayed in the Vendor Dashboard.
4.2 Payouts are subject to:
- Completion of services
- Refund periods
- Chargeback windows
- Compliance and verification checks
4.3 Innovara reserves the right to hold payouts temporarily in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- High dispute volume
- Insurance or compliance lapses
5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
5.1 PRODUCTS
- Refunds for physical goods are governed by the Vendor’s stated return policy.
- Vendors are responsible for processing and honoring refunds in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
5.2 SERVICES
- Refunds for services depend on:
- Service completion status
- Vendor cancellation policy
- Customer-vendor agreement
- Service completion status
5.3 PLATFORM FEES
- Platform subscription, listing, and promotional fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
6.1 Chargebacks initiated by Customers may result in:
- Temporary hold on Vendor payouts
- Deduction of disputed amounts
- Administrative review
6.2 Vendors are responsible for responding to chargebacks and providing supporting documentation.
6.3 Innovara may assist in dispute mediation but does not guarantee outcomes.
7. TAXES
7.1 Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Determining applicable taxes
- Charging and remitting sales taxes
- Reporting income
7.2 Innovara provides transaction records to support Vendor accounting but does not provide tax advice.
8. FAILED PAYMENTS & ERRORS
8.1 Innovara is not responsible for:
- Bank or processor errors
- Incorrect Vendor payout details
- Delays caused by third-party payment providers
8.2 Vendors must ensure payout information is accurate and up to date.
9. FRAUD PREVENTION & FINANCIAL SECURITY
9.1 Innovara implements fraud detection and monitoring measures.
9.2 Innovara reserves the right to:
- Reverse transactions
- Suspend accounts
- Report fraudulent activity to authorities
10. TERMINATION & FINAL PAYOUTS
10.1 Upon account termination:
- Pending payouts may be held until disputes are resolved
- Outstanding fees may be deducted
10.2 Final payouts are subject to compliance review.
11. POLICY CHANGES
Innovara may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
