GENERAL INFORMATION
Start Here
Find It All — or FIA — is a Canada-first local discovery and business-growth platform.
It is designed to help people discover businesses, products, services and local opportunities while giving businesses more ways to build their presence, connect with customers and grow.
Depending on what is available for your location, account or category, FIA may include business listings, reviews, Marketplace offers, Business Stories, business resources, Affiliate opportunities, professional services and other growth tools.
Find It All is owned, operated and managed by Innovara Marketing Inc.
Find It All (FIA) is the public-facing brand and platform.
Innovara Marketing Inc. is the legal operator behind FIA.
No.
Business listings and local discovery are an important part of FIA, but the platform is being built to do much more than simply display business information.
FIA brings together areas such as:
local business discovery;
listings and business profiles;
business claiming and verification;
reviews and ratings;
Marketplace products and services;
Business Stories;
Affiliate opportunities;
marketing and growth services;
business resources;
Service Partners; and
other business-growth tools as they become available.
Think of the directory as the discovery layer of a broader ecosystem.
FIA is being developed as a Canada-first platform.
People may be able to access listings, content and services from different parts of Canada, while the availability of specific features may vary by:
city;
province;
business category;
Seller;
service;
Marketplace offer; or
stage of platform rollout.
FIA will continue expanding as more businesses, services and features are added.
Customers can use FIA to discover and evaluate businesses based on the information available on the platform.
Depending on the business and available FIA features, you may be able to:
search for businesses;
browse categories;
view business information;
read reviews;
contact businesses;
explore products or services;
purchase eligible Marketplace offers;
discover Business Stories; and
find local experiences or opportunities.
Available functionality may differ between businesses.
Businesses may use FIA to build and manage their presence and access available growth opportunities.
Depending on the business and FIA program, this may include:
creating or managing a listing;
claiming an existing business profile;
completing applicable verification;
receiving customer enquiries;
responding to reviews;
participating in FIA Marketplace;
promoting eligible offers through Affiliates;
purchasing marketing or visibility services;
publishing a Business Story;
accessing business resources; and
using other available FIA growth services.
Not for everything.
Many public parts of FIA can be explored without creating an account.
An account may be required when you want to do things such as:
manage a business listing;
claim a business;
submit or manage certain reviews or interactions;
complete a Marketplace purchase;
manage an order;
participate as a Seller;
become an Affiliate; or
access certain dashboard features.
The exact account requirements depend on what you are trying to do.
No.
FIA is a privately operated platform owned by Innovara Marketing Inc.
FIA is not:
a government department;
a regulator;
a court;
a licensing authority; or
a universal certification body.
Where FIA provides verification or other trust indicators, those indicators have specific meanings and should not be interpreted as government approval.
No.
FIA may provide information that helps people make more informed decisions, such as:
business information;
verification indicators;
reviews and ratings;
Marketplace Seller information; and
other available trust signals.
However, simply appearing on FIA does not mean FIA guarantees a business's quality, performance or future conduct.
Customers should consider the information relevant to their own needs before deciding to contact, hire or purchase from a business.
Discover. Connect. Grow. is FIA's core platform idea.
Discover
Find businesses, products, services, resources and opportunities.
Connect
Connect customers with businesses and businesses with the people, services and opportunities that may help them move forward.
Grow
Create opportunities for businesses, entrepreneurs, Affiliates, partners and communities to grow.
Creating Growth Opportunities is the philosophy behind FIA.
FIA is being built around the belief that:
Everyone deserves opportunity to grow.
For a customer, that may mean discovering a business they did not know existed.
For a small business, it may mean greater visibility.
For an entrepreneur, it may mean finding the right resource or service.
For an Affiliate or partner, it may mean participating in a new commercial opportunity.
The form of the opportunity may differ, but the principle remains the same.

Discovering & Connecting with Businesses
You can search FIA by using details such as:
- business name;
- category;
- service;
- product;
- keyword; or
- location.
You can also browse available categories and discovery pages to explore businesses you may not already know about.
FIA may include businesses across a wide range of categories, such as:
- restaurants and food;
- automotive;
- home services;
- retail;
- professional services;
- health and wellness;
- education;
- technology;
- beauty and personal care;
- travel and accommodation;
- events and experiences; and
- business-to-business services.
Available businesses vary by city, category and current FIA coverage.
Yes.
Where location search is available, you can search by city or area to narrow your results.
FIA is a Canada-first platform, so the number of listings and available features may vary depending on the location you search.
Depending on what the business has provided and what features are available, a listing may include:
- business name;
- description;
- address or service area;
- phone number;
- email;
- website;
- opening hours;
- categories;
- services;
- products;
- images;
- reviews;
- verification information;
- social links;
- Marketplace offers; and
- other relevant details.
Not every listing will contain every type of information.
No.
Some listings may be:
- created by the business;
- claimed by an authorized representative;
- created through community contributions;
- added by FIA; or
- built from permitted public information.
If a business has not yet claimed its profile, some information may not have been directly supplied or confirmed by the business.
Where FIA displays claim or verification information, you may be able to see whether a business profile has been claimed or verified.
A claimed listing means an authorized person has taken control of the profile.
It does not automatically mean every detail about the business has been independently verified.
Verification indicators have specific meanings depending on the verification process completed.
They may help users understand that certain information or business details have been reviewed.
Verification does **not** mean FIA guarantees:
- the quality of the business;
- every service it provides;
- future performance;
- customer satisfaction; or
- every statement made by the business.
Yes.
You can use available information such as:
- services;
- business descriptions;
- reviews;
- ratings;
- verification indicators;
- location;
- operating hours;
- Marketplace offers; and
- other listing information
to help decide which businesses may suit your needs.
The final decision remains yours.
Depending on the business and the features it has enabled, you may be able to contact it through:
- phone;
- email;
- website;
- enquiry form;
- social media;
- booking tools;
- messaging; or
- another available contact method.
Always check the information shown on the business profile.
Where reviews are available, users may be able to submit a review based on a genuine relevant experience.
Reviews should be:
- honest;
- relevant;
- respectful; and
- based on your actual experience.
Fake reviews, review manipulation and abusive content may be removed under FIA’s review rules.
A business cannot remove a legitimate review simply because it is negative.
Businesses may report reviews they believe violate FIA rules, and FIA may review the content.
A review may be restricted or removed where it violates the applicable Reviews & Ratings Policy.
If you notice incorrect information, you can:
- contact the business where appropriate;
- use an available correction/reporting option; or
- contact FIA support.
If you own or represent the business, you may also be able to claim the listing and update the information through the appropriate business-management process.
Looking for Something Local? Find It All helps you explore businesses, compare available information and connect with options that fit what you’re looking for.
Build a Stronger Presence Where People Are Looking Your FIA business profile is more than a name on a page. It gives customers a place to learn about your business, understand what you offer, and decide whether they want to connect with you.
Be visible. Stay accurate. Make your business easier to discover.
BUSINESS LISTINGS & PROFILES
If your business is not already listed, you can create a new business listing through the available FIA listing process.
You may be asked to provide details such as:
- business name;
- category;
- location or service area;
- contact information;
- website;
- business description;
- opening hours;
- services;
- images; and
- other relevant information.
Your listing must comply with FIA’s listing rules and applicable category requirements.
If your business already appears on FIA, you generally do not need to create another listing.
Instead, use the available **Claim Your Business** process to request control of the existing profile.
This helps reduce duplicate listings and keeps business information in one place.
Claiming a business means an authorized owner or representative requests control of an existing FIA business profile.
The claim process may require FIA to verify that you have appropriate authority to manage the business.
Once approved, eligible management features may become available through your account.
A business listing should only be claimed by someone who is authorized to represent the business.
This may include:
- the business owner;
- an authorized employee;
- an authorized manager;
- an authorized agency or representative; or
- another person who can reasonably demonstrate authority.
FIA may request evidence before approving a claim.
Depending on the situation, FIA may request information or documentation that helps confirm your authority.
Examples may include:
- business email access;
- business registration information;
- website/domain information;
- identification;
- company documents;
- proof of employment or authorization; or
- another reasonable form of verification.
The exact process may vary by business and category.
If you believe another person has claimed or is managing your business without authority, report the issue to FIA.
We may request information from the relevant parties and review the available evidence.
Certain profile-management functions may be temporarily restricted while the issue is being reviewed.
Yes, where business-management functionality is available.
Eligible claimed businesses may be able to update details such as:
- description;
- contact information;
- opening hours;
- website;
- services;
- images;
- social links;
- location information; and
- other profile details.
Some changes may require review before appearing publicly.
Businesses should keep their FIA information reasonably accurate and current.
Important changes may include:
- business name;
- ownership;
- address;
- phone number;
- website;
- service area;
- opening hours;
- licences;
- insurance;
- operating status; or
- other material business information.
Where applicable, update the information through your business account or contact FIA.
If your business moves or changes where it operates, update the relevant location or service-area information through the available business-management tools.
FIA may review significant changes where necessary, particularly where they affect:
- business identity;
- verification;
- eligibility; or
- Marketplace participation.
If you find multiple listings for the same business, contact FIA or use the appropriate reporting option.
Do not create additional listings simply to replace an existing profile.
FIA may review the records and, where appropriate:
- merge information;
- remove a duplicate;
- redirect users to the correct profile; or
- request additional verification.
Where supported, businesses may be able to add content such as:
- logos;
- business photos;
- service descriptions;
- product information;
- menus;
- portfolios;
- business hours;
- FAQs;
- social links; and
- other relevant materials.
You should only upload content you have the right to use.
Business content must also follow FIA’s applicable platform and intellectual-property rules.
No.
**Listing, claiming and verification are separate.**
A business may:
- be listed but unclaimed;
- be claimed but not fully verified; or
- complete one or more applicable verification processes.
Where FIA displays a verification status, users should look at what that status specifically means.
Make Your Business Easier to Find A complete and accurate FIA profile can help customers understand who you are, what you offer, and how to reach you.

Start & Grow is not only for people launching their first business.
Existing businesses may also use FIA to explore support for:
- improving visibility;

- improving marketing;
- adding technology or automation;
- entering the FIA Marketplace;

- offered as general information or a resource.
The actual provider and service scope should be identified before you proceed.
Start with the problem you are trying to solve.
For example:
“I have an idea but don't know where to begin.”
Start with business planning and launch guidance.
“My business exists but nobody knows about it.”
Explore branding, listings, SEO, social media or advertising.
“I need customers.”
Explore your overall marketing and sales strategy rather than focusing on one channel alone.
“My business processes are becoming difficult to manage.”
Technology, CRM or automation support may be relevant.

No.
Business results depend on many factors, including:
- your product or service;
- market demand;
- pricing;
- competition;
- customer experience;
- execution;
- finances;
- timing; and
- other circumstances outside FIA's control.
FIA services, resources and visibility opportunities are designed to support growth, not guarantee a particular business result.
Begin by identifying the stage your business is currently in.
You may be:
- exploring an idea;
- preparing to launch;
- recently launched;
- trying to attract customers;
- improving your brand;
- expanding operations; or
- preparing for the next stage of growth.
From there, explore the available Start & Grow resources and contact FIA if you need help identifying the right service or provider.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING & GROWTH
Depending on your business needs and current FIA service availability, marketing support may include areas such as:
- local visibility;
- SEO;
- social media;
- content creation;
- paid advertising;
- lead generation;
- Business Stories;
- website support;
- campaign strategy;
- promotional visibility;
- CRM and automation; and
- other business-growth services.
Some services may be provided directly by Innovara Marketing Inc., while others may involve approved service providers.
Yes.
FIA may support visibility through different channels, depending on what is available and appropriate for your business.
This may include:
- your FIA business profile;
- search and category discovery;
- SEO;
- content;
- Business Stories;
- promotional placements;
- advertising;
- social media;
- Marketplace participation; and
- other growth services.
The right combination depends on your audience, location, offer and goals.
Local visibility is about helping people in the areas you serve discover your business more easily.
Depending on the service, this may involve:
- business-profile optimization;
- local SEO;
- category placement;
- location-focused content;
- review strategy;
- local search improvements; and
- other discoverability efforts.
Local visibility does not guarantee a specific ranking position or number of leads.
SEO support may be available for businesses that want to improve how their website and content are structured for search engines.
Depending on the scope, SEO work may include:
- keyword research;
- website review;
- on-page optimization;
- local SEO;
- content planning;
- technical recommendations;
- competitor research; and
- performance monitoring.
SEO is a long-term growth activity, and no provider can guarantee a permanent search-engine ranking.
Social-media support may be available depending on the service package or project.
This can include areas such as:
- content planning;
- post creation;
- captions;
- graphics;
- short-form video;
- content calendars;
- scheduling;
- campaign ideas; and
- performance review.
The exact platforms, posting volume and deliverables should be defined in the applicable service scope.
Paid advertising or lead-generation services may be available.
Depending on the campaign, this could involve platforms such as:
- Google;
- Meta;
- social media;
- other relevant advertising channels; or
- FIA promotional placements.
Advertising spend and FIA service fees should be clearly identified in the applicable proposal or order.
Advertising can improve reach and traffic, but results vary and are not guaranteed.
No.
Marketing performance depends on many factors, including:
- your offer;
- pricing;
- location;
- audience;
- competition;
- budget;
- website;
- customer experience;
- seasonality; and
- market demand.
FIA may provide strategy, services and promotional opportunities designed to improve visibility or acquisition, but that does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers or sales unless a specific written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Featured Placement is an optional visibility product that may give an eligible business, listing or offer greater prominence in designated areas of FIA.
It may help increase exposure, but it does not mean that FIA:
- guarantees the business;
- ranks it as objectively better than every other business;
- guarantees clicks;
- guarantees enquiries; or
- guarantees sales.
Featured Placement and verification are separate.
Boosts, Sponsored Visibility and similar promotional options are separate commercial visibility products that may help increase the prominence of eligible content or offers.
They may be available for:
- listings;
- Marketplace offers;
- campaigns;
- Business Stories; or
- other FIA content.
Availability, duration, placement and pricing may vary.
No.
They are separate.
A **marketing or visibility product** may include services such as Featured Placement, Sponsored Visibility, SEO, content or paid advertising.
An **Affiliate Campaign** allows an eligible specific offer to be promoted through FIA's Affiliate system under applicable Affiliate and Seller terms.
A Vendor's Affiliate Campaign Fee does not automatically include Boosts, Featured Placement, Sponsored Visibility or other marketing services.
Yes, where strategy services are available.
A marketing strategy may help you think through areas such as:
- target customers;
- positioning;
- messaging;
- channels;
- content;
- promotions;
- advertising;
- lead generation;
- budget;
- conversion; and
- measurement.
The objective is to build a more coordinated approach rather than relying on isolated marketing activities.
Start with the business problem you are trying to solve.
For example:
“People can't find my business.”
Local visibility, SEO and listing optimization may be relevant.
“People know about us, but we need more enquiries.”
Advertising, landing pages, lead generation or conversion improvements may be relevant.
“Our business looks inconsistent online.”
Branding, content and social-media support may help.
“We have a strong story but aren't communicating it.”
A Business Story or content strategy may be useful.
“I don't know what to prioritize.”
A broader marketing review or strategy session may be the best starting point.
Ready to Grow Your Visibility? The right growth strategy starts with understanding your business, your audience and the opportunity you're trying to create.
Every Business Has a Story Worth Sharing FIA Business Stories help businesses introduce the people, purpose, journey and ideas behind what they do through a professionally developed sponsored editorial feature. A Story can help customers understand the business beyond a listing or advertisement.
Share the journey. Show the people. Tell the story behind the business.
BUSINESS STORIES
An FIA Business Story is a **paid sponsored editorial feature** created to introduce a business, founder, team, product, service or business journey to the FIA community.
A Story may explore areas such as:
- how the business started;
- the people behind it;
- its purpose and values;
- products or services;
- milestones;
- local connections;
- achievements;
- challenges and growth;
- customer experiences; and
- future direction.
Not exactly.
A Business Story is a sponsored editorial service rather than a simple display advertisement.
It is designed to tell the story behind the business in a more detailed and human way while still being clearly identified as sponsored content.
The process may include an interview or information-gathering stage where FIA learns about the business, its people, its journey and the story it wants to communicate.
The final Story may include:
- written editorial content;
- photographs;
- video;
- audio;
- quotations; and
- other approved media.
The exact production process may depend on the Business Story package or service selected.
Helpful information may include:
- the history of your business;
- your founder story;
- what your business does;
- products or services;
- important milestones;
- community involvement;
- your team;
- customer stories;
- achievements;
- photographs;
- videos;
- logos; and
- what you hope to build next.
You should provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Yes, where appropriate.
A Business Story may include authorized:
- photographs;
- video;
- audio;
- logos;
- quotations; and
- other media.
You should only provide material that you are authorized to use and allow FIA to publish for the Story and its reasonable promotion.
Yes.
Because Business Stories are paid editorial services, FIA identifies them as sponsored content so readers can understand the commercial relationship between FIA and the featured business.
This keeps the Story separate from independent customer reviews or FIA verification.
No.
A Business Story is not:
- an independent customer review;
- a verification decision;
- a certification;
- a guarantee; or
- an unrestricted FIA endorsement.
Purchasing a Story does not buy positive reviews or a particular verification status.
The Business Story process may include an opportunity to provide **factual feedback** and request necessary corrections before publication.
This is intended to help catch issues such as:
- incorrect names;
- inaccurate dates;
- wrong business details;
- factual mistakes; or
- other material inaccuracies.
The Story remains an FIA editorial product, so factual review is different from having unrestricted control over every editorial choice.
You can contact FIA regarding legitimate issues such as:
- a factual correction;
- an outdated material fact;
- a privacy concern;
- an intellectual-property concern; or
- another legitimate issue.
FIA may review the request under the applicable policy or Business Story terms.
Publication does not automatically create an unlimited right to require removal simply because a business later changes its preference.
Cancellation or withdrawal before publication is handled according to the applicable:
- Business Story Service Terms;
- order;
- work already completed; and
- FIA Payment, Billing, Refund & Payout Policy.
Withdrawing from the Story does not automatically mean all work already performed becomes refundable.
No.
A Business Story can help a business communicate its story and strengthen its content presence, but FIA does not guarantee:
- website traffic;
- enquiries;
- leads;
- search rankings;
- customers;
- sales;
- revenue; or
- other specific business outcomes.
Its value is in professionally presenting the story behind the business and giving that story a place within the FIA ecosystem.
A Business Story may be useful for businesses that want to communicate more than basic listing information.
It can be especially relevant when you want to share:
- why the business was started;
- the people behind it;
- an important milestone;
- a unique product or service;
- a local or community connection;
- a founder journey;
- a business transformation; or
- the vision behind what comes next.
You do not need to be a large company to have a story worth telling.
Ready to Tell the Story Behind Your Business? A listing tells people "what" your business does. A Business Story gives you space to explain "who you are, why you started, and what makes the journey worth discovering."
MARKETPLACE
BUYING THROUGH FIA
FIA Marketplace allows customers to purchase eligible products, services and other offers through Find It All where Marketplace functionality is available.
An offer may be provided by:
• Innovara Marketing Inc. as an identified Innovara Marketplace Vendor; or
• an independent third-party Marketplace Seller.
The Seller responsible for the offer should be identified during the purchase process.
That depends on the Marketplace offer.
For some offers, Innovara Marketing Inc. may be the Seller and service provider.
For others, the Seller may be an independent business using FIA Marketplace.
The relevant Seller or provider should be identified before you complete your purchase so you know who is responsible for delivering the product or service.
No.
FIA operates the Marketplace, but that does not mean Innovara Marketing Inc. is the Seller for every Marketplace purchase.
Where an independent Seller provides the product or service, that Seller remains responsible for its offer, fulfilment and applicable Seller obligations.
Where Innovara is the Seller, the offer should identify Innovara accordingly.
Depending on the offer, checkout should provide relevant information such as:
• the Seller or provider;
• what you are purchasing;
• price;
• applicable discounts;
• applicable taxes;
• other mandatory charges;
• total amount;
• currency;
• fulfilment or delivery information;
• applicable cancellation or refund information; and
• the terms that apply to your purchase.
You should have an opportunity to review relevant purchase information before confirming the order.
Available payment methods may depend on the offer and the payment-processing options supported by FIA.
The amount you are being charged should be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Applicable taxes and mandatory charges should also be shown where required.
No standard Affiliate Campaign Fee is added to the Buyer as a hidden surcharge.
Where an independent Vendor has placed a specific offer into an FIA Affiliate Campaign, the applicable Affiliate Campaign Fee forms part of the Vendor-side commercial arrangement with FIA.
The Buyer should still be shown the actual purchase price and applicable charges before completing the transaction.
The next steps depend on what you purchased.
For example:
Physical product
The Seller may need to process, prepare, ship or otherwise deliver the item.
Service
You may receive instructions about scheduling, providing information or beginning the service.
Digital product or deliverable
Access or delivery may occur electronically.
Your order information should provide available fulfilment details, and the responsible Seller should complete the purchase according to the applicable offer and Marketplace rules.
Cancellation depends on factors such as:
• what you purchased;
• whether fulfilment has started;
• whether the product has shipped;
• whether a service has already been performed;
• the Seller's applicable cancellation terms; and
• any mandatory rights that apply.
Where cancellation is available, follow the applicable order or support process as soon as possible.
For an ordinary issue involving a completed service or digital deliverable, customers should normally raise the issue within 7 calendar days of confirmed completion or delivery.
Examples may include:
• service not provided as described;
• incomplete work;
• missing digital deliverable; or
• another material fulfilment problem.
This ordinary issue window does not remove any mandatory legal rights or applicable exceptions.
If a physical product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or missing something that should have been included, report the issue promptly.
Where the problem is reasonably discoverable when the item is received, FIA's standard framework generally expects it to be reported within 7 calendar days.
For other ordinary physical-goods issues, the standard Marketplace issue window is generally 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery.
Applicable legal rights, warranties and other exceptions may still apply.
Marketplace Buyer Protection is FIA's framework for helping review certain eligible Marketplace purchase problems.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include issues such as:
• non-delivery;
• significant fulfilment problems;
• an item materially different from the offer;
• an eligible cancellation or refund issue; or
• another qualifying Marketplace dispute.
Buyer Protection does not mean every complaint automatically results in a refund.
FIA may review relevant information from the Buyer, Seller, payment records and fulfilment evidence before determining the appropriate platform response.
Start by reporting the issue through the available Marketplace support or order process.
Provide as much useful information as possible, such as:
• order number;
• description of the problem;
• relevant dates;
• communication with the Seller;
• photographs where relevant;
• delivery information; and
• other supporting evidence.
If the issue falls within FIA Marketplace Buyer Protection or another applicable FIA process, it may be reviewed under those rules.
Buy With More Clarity and Confidence FIA Marketplace brings eligible products and services into one place so you can understand what you are purchasing, who is providing it, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Know the Seller. Understand the purchase. Shop with greater confidence.
Need Help With a Marketplace Purchase? Whether you're still deciding what to buy or need support after an order, FIA provides information and processes designed to help you understand your Marketplace purchase.
Sell With Clear Rules and More Ways to Grow FIA Marketplace gives eligible businesses another way to reach customers, offer products or services, and participate in a structured selling environment with clear responsibilities around pricing, fulfilment, refunds, and customer support.
List responsibly. Fulfil confidently. Grow through Marketplace opportunities.
MARKETPLACE
SELLING THROUGH FIA
Eligible businesses may apply to participate as Marketplace Sellers where the program is available.
Approval may depend on factors such as:
• business identity;
• category;
• products or services offered;
• licensing requirements;
• insurance where applicable;
• fulfilment capability;
• business information; and
• compliance with FIA Marketplace rules.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee Seller approval.
Start through the FIA Seller Onboarding process.
Depending on your business and category, you may be asked to provide information such as:
• legal or operating business name;
• contact details;
• business registration information;
• payment or payout details;
• tax information where applicable;
• licences or permits;
• insurance information;
• product or service details; and
• other information needed to review your Seller account.
FIA may request additional verification before activating Marketplace selling features.
Unless another valid written Seller arrangement expressly provides otherwise, FIA’s standard Marketplace Vendor fee is:
15% of the qualifying transaction subtotal after approved discounts and before applicable sales taxes.
For a normal qualifying Marketplace sale that is not subject to an Affiliate Campaign:
• FIA standard Marketplace fee: 15%
• Vendor proceeds before other valid adjustments: 85%
Applicable refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment adjustments or other authorized deductions may affect the final amount payable.
No.
The standard Marketplace fee is part of the Seller’s commercial arrangement with FIA.
It should not be added to the Buyer at checkout as an undisclosed or hidden FIA fee.
Sellers remain responsible for setting compliant prices and clearly disclosing applicable Buyer charges.
Seller payouts depend on the applicable Marketplace payment and settlement process.
A payout may be affected by matters such as:
• successful payment settlement;
• order fulfilment;
• refunds;
• cancellations;
• chargebacks;
• payment reversals;
• applicable reserves or holds;
• Seller account issues; or
• other valid adjustments.
The exact payout method and timing should be available through the applicable Seller account, agreement, or Marketplace process.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful delivery of their offers.
This includes responsibilities such as:
• describing products and services accurately;
• displaying clear pricing;
• keeping availability current;
• fulfilling accepted orders;
• meeting stated delivery or service timelines;
• maintaining required licences or insurance;
• communicating with Buyers where necessary;
• cooperating with eligible refund or dispute reviews; and
• following FIA Marketplace standards.
Your offer should accurately describe what the Buyer will receive.
Depending on the offer, this may include:
• product or service name;
• description;
• quantity;
• scope;
• specifications;
• limitations;
• price;
• applicable mandatory charges;
• fulfilment method;
• delivery timing;
• cancellation conditions; and
• other information that may materially affect the Buyer’s decision.
Misleading pricing, false claims, fake scarcity, deceptive descriptions or important hidden conditions are not permitted.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order, the applicable Marketplace rules, the offer, and any mandatory legal rights.
Sellers may be required to cooperate with FIA when reviewing issues involving matters such as:
• non-delivery;
• incomplete fulfilment;
• incorrect products;
• damaged goods;
• materially inaccurate descriptions;
• eligible cancellation; or
• another qualifying Buyer Protection issue.
A valid refund may reduce or reverse Seller proceeds associated with the affected transaction.
A chargeback occurs through the payment system and may affect the underlying Marketplace transaction.
Where a chargeback or payment reversal occurs, FIA may need to:
• review the transaction;
• request Seller evidence;
• adjust a pending payout;
• recover an amount already paid where permitted; or
• take other reasonable steps under the applicable Seller agreement and payment rules.
Sellers should keep appropriate records showing order and fulfilment details.
In certain circumstances, payouts may be delayed, adjusted, held, or offset where permitted under the applicable agreement and law.
Examples may include:
• unresolved refunds;
• chargebacks;
• suspected fraud;
• unusual transaction risk;
• Seller account review;
• fulfilment concerns;
• negative Seller balances; or
• legal or payment-provider requirements.
FIA’s private Seller Agreement and internal risk controls govern the detailed mechanics.
Depending on the seriousness, frequency and circumstances of the issue, FIA may take reasonable action such as:
• requesting corrections;
• asking for additional information;
• restricting an offer;
• removing an offer;
• delaying or reviewing payouts where permitted;
• requiring reverification;
• limiting Marketplace access;
• suspending the Seller account; or
• ending Marketplace participation.
Serious fraud, illegal activity, repeated non-fulfilment or other material violations may result in stronger action.
Potentially, yes.
Eligible Sellers may be able to opt specific offers into the FIA Affiliate Campaign.
This is optional and applies at the offer level.
Where an opted-in offer results in a valid Affiliate-attributed qualifying sale, an additional Affiliate Campaign Fee may apply under the Seller’s applicable Marketplace arrangement.
The Affiliate Campaign is separate from the normal standard Marketplace fee and will be explained fully in the next Help Centre section.
Ready to Start Selling Through FIA? FIA Marketplace is designed to give eligible businesses another way to reach customers while keeping Seller responsibilities, fees, fulfilment, and Buyer expectations clear.
MARKETPLACE AFFILIATE CAMPAIGN
FOR SELLERS
An FIA Marketplace Affiliate Campaign allows an eligible Seller to make a specific Marketplace offer available for promotion through FIA Affiliates.
If an Affiliate refers a qualifying customer and the sale is validly attributed under FIA’s tracking rules, the Affiliate Campaign commercial model applies to that transaction.
Participation is tied to the specific offer selected for the campaign.
No.
Affiliate Campaign participation is offer-specific.
You may choose to make one eligible offer available to Affiliates without automatically including every other product or service you sell through FIA.
Each participating offer should have its own approved campaign status.
For a valid Affiliate-attributed qualifying sale on an opted-in Marketplace offer:
• Standard FIA Marketplace fee: 15%
• Additional Affiliate Campaign Fee: 15%
• Total FIA Vendor-side fee: 30%
That generally leaves:
• Vendor proceeds before other valid adjustments: 70%
The percentages are calculated under the applicable Marketplace terms and Seller arrangement.
No.
The additional 15% is an Affiliate Campaign Fee paid as part of the Seller’s commercial arrangement with FIA.
It may support areas such as:
• Affiliate commission;
• Affiliate acquisition;
• tracking and attribution;
• campaign administration;
• fraud controls;
• dashboard infrastructure; and
• other costs associated with operating the campaign.
The Affiliate’s own commission is determined under the FIA Affiliate Program rules.
No.
The Affiliate Campaign Fee is a Vendor-side commercial fee.
It should not appear as a hidden mandatory Affiliate surcharge added to the Buyer simply because the transaction was Affiliate-attributed.
Buyers should see the actual price and applicable mandatory charges before completing their purchase.
Affiliate Eligible means that an offer has been approved to participate in FIA’s Affiliate system.
Affiliates may be able to promote that specific offer and receive commission on valid qualifying sales attributed to them.
Not every Marketplace offer is automatically Affiliate Eligible.
Tier Eligible means the specific Affiliate Eligible offer also participates in FIA’s applicable Affiliate tier structure.
For standard Tier Eligible offers, the Affiliate’s final commission rate may depend on the amount of Tier-Finalized sales generated for that specific offer during the applicable calendar month.
Affiliate Eligible and Tier Eligible are therefore related, but they do not necessarily mean exactly the same thing.
FIA’s standard Affiliate attribution model uses a 24-hour protected referral window and first-valid-click attribution.
In general:
• the first valid Affiliate click starts the protected window;
• later Affiliate clicks during that active window do not replace the first valid Affiliate; and
• after the window expires, a later valid Affiliate click may begin a new attribution window.
Tracking may rely on available technical, order, timestamp and CRM information.
Privacy choices may limit optional tracking.
Not under the standard model.
FIA normally uses a first-sale-only approach for the applicable customer and offer relationship unless the active offer expressly states otherwise.
Later purchases, renewals or recurring transactions do not automatically generate another Affiliate commission.
A refund, chargeback, payment reversal or other valid transaction adjustment can affect the commercial amounts connected to the sale.
Depending on the situation, FIA may need to adjust:
• Seller proceeds;
• Marketplace fees;
• Affiliate commission;
• Affiliate Tier Progress; and
• other transaction records.
A partial refund may result in proportional recalculation rather than treating the entire transaction as though it never existed.
Generally, participation changes should operate prospectively.
A Seller may be able to stop or change future Affiliate Campaign participation for an offer according to the applicable campaign terms.
However, removing an offer from the campaign does not automatically erase:
• a valid earlier Affiliate referral;
• a completed qualifying transaction;
• fees already earned; or
• other obligations connected to a transaction that occurred while the campaign was active.
The applicable Seller agreement and campaign schedule govern the specific change process.
No, not automatically.
The Affiliate Campaign is a separate commercial program.
Services such as:
• Featured Placement;
• Boosts;
• Sponsored Visibility;
• paid advertising;
• content campaigns; or
• other growth services
remain separate unless a specific written offer or package expressly includes them.
Turn Eligible Offers Into Affiliate-Powered Opportunities FIA Affiliate Campaigns give eligible Sellers another way to promote selected Marketplace offers through FIA’s Affiliate network while keeping fees, attribution, and participation rules clear from the start.
Choose the offer. Activate the campaign. Let Affiliates help expand its reach.
Want Affiliates to Help Promote an Eligible Offer? FIA Affiliate Campaigns are designed to give Sellers another way to extend the reach of selected Marketplace offers while keeping participation and commercial terms clearly defined.
Share Opportunities. Earn From Qualifying Sales. The FIA Affiliate Program gives eligible participants a way to promote selected products and services and earn commission when qualifying sales are validly attributed to their referrals.
Promote eligible offers. Build your reach. Earn when qualifying sales happen.
AFFILIATES
The FIA Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to promote eligible offers using FIA-approved referral methods.
When a customer follows a valid Affiliate referral and completes a qualifying purchase that is correctly attributed, the Affiliate may earn commission under the applicable offer and Affiliate Program rules.
Affiliate participation is separate from being a Marketplace Seller, employee, or FIA sales contractor.
Individuals or eligible businesses may apply to participate in the FIA Affiliate Program where applications are available.
FIA may consider factors such as:
• application information;
• promotional methods;
• intended audience;
• compliance history;
• platform or account integrity; and
• suitability for the program.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
No.
Only offers that FIA has designated as Affiliate Eligible may be promoted through the standard Affiliate Program.
Some Affiliate Eligible offers may also be Tier Eligible.
An offer that is not approved for Affiliate participation does not automatically become eligible simply because an Affiliate shares it.
The standard Base Commission is:
4% on qualifying attributed sales.
The sale must remain eligible under the applicable Affiliate rules.
Commission can be affected by matters such as:
• cancellations;
• refunds;
• chargebacks;
• payment reversals;
• fraud;
• invalid attribution; or
• another event that makes the transaction ineligible.
Yes.
Selected offers may be designated as Tier Eligible.
For a specific Tier Eligible offer, FIA's standard final commission rates are:
Below CAD $5,000 in Tier-Finalized sales during the calendar month
5% final commission rate
CAD $5,000 to CAD $14,999.99
10% final commission rate
CAD $15,000 or more
15% final commission rate
The tier is based on qualifying Tier-Finalized sales for that specific offer unless FIA expressly creates an approved shared campaign grouping.
No.
The 4% Base Commission is included within the final tier rate.
For example:
5% final rate = 4% Base Commission + 1% tier top-up
10% final rate = 4% Base Commission + 6% tier top-up
15% final rate = 4% Base Commission + 11% tier top-up
The standard maximum Affiliate rate under this structure is therefore 15%, not 19%.
FIA's standard attribution model uses:
24-hour protected referral window
and
first-valid-click attribution.
In general:
• the first valid Affiliate click begins the protected window;
• that Affiliate keeps attribution during the active 24-hour window;
• another Affiliate click during that active window does not replace them; and
• once the window expires, a later valid Affiliate click may establish a new protected window.
FIA may use available tracking, order, timestamp, CRM, and accepted-offer information when determining attribution.
Privacy choices may limit optional tracking.
Not automatically.
The standard FIA Affiliate model is first-sale-only for the applicable customer and offer relationship unless the active offer expressly provides otherwise.
This means later:
• repeat purchases;
• renewals;
• subscriptions; or
• other future transactions
do not automatically generate another Affiliate commission.
Always check the specific offer conditions.
Where the FIA Affiliate dashboard supports early withdrawal, you may have a choice.
If you withdraw the available 4% Base Commission early:
• that transaction locks at 4%;
• it leaves Tier Eligible treatment;
• it is removed from Tier Progress; and
• it cannot receive a later tier top-up.
If you leave the commission in the FIA Affiliate system, the transaction may remain Tier Eligible until Tier Finalization, subject to the applicable rules.
The standard early-withdrawal choice applies to the whole transaction rather than only part of its commission.
Tier Finalization determines when an eligible transaction can count toward the applicable Affiliate tier.
A transaction generally becomes Tier Finalized after:
• the customer's qualifying payment has settled;
• the product, service, or approved fulfilment milestone has been completed;
• the ordinary Buyer issue window has passed;
• no unresolved material refund or dispute remains;
• the Affiliate has not withdrawn that transaction's 4% Base Commission early; and
• the transaction otherwise remains eligible.
A Tier Eligible transaction counts toward the calendar month in which it becomes Tier Finalized.
Affiliate commission is connected to the underlying qualifying transaction.
If the transaction is later:
• fully refunded;
• partially refunded;
• charged back;
• reversed;
• found to be fraudulent; or
• otherwise determined to be ineligible,
the Affiliate commission and applicable Tier Progress may be recalculated or reversed.
For a full refund, up to 100% of the related commission may be reversed.
For a partial refund, the commission and eligible sales amount may be adjusted proportionally.
If commission has already been paid, the adjustment may create a Negative Affiliate Balance that can be recovered through valid future offsets or another permitted repayment process.
Finalized Affiliate commission may be paid to the Affiliate's selected available payout method after applicable reconciliation.
A payout may be delayed or adjusted for reasons such as:
• incomplete payout information;
• payment-provider processing;
• unresolved refunds;
• chargebacks;
• suspected fraud;
• legal requirements; or
• another valid program hold.
FIA does not use a standard CAD $50 minimum payout threshold under the current Affiliate model.
Affiliates are also responsible for promoting offers honestly and using appropriate Affiliate disclosures when required.
Being an FIA Affiliate does not make someone an FIA employee or independent sales contractor. Those are separate roles with separate agreements and compensation structures.
Ready to Become an FIA Affiliate? The FIA Affiliate Program is designed for people and businesses that want to share eligible offers and earn commission from qualifying attributed sales.
PARTNERS & SERVICE PARTNERS
An FIA Partner is a business, organization, institution or professional that collaborates with Find It All through an approved partnership arrangement.
Depending on the relationship, partnerships may involve areas such as:
• business support;
• technology;
• marketing;
• education;
• professional services;
• financial services;
• community initiatives;
• logistics;
• referrals; or
• other strategic opportunities.
The structure of each partnership may differ depending on its purpose.
An FIA Service Partner is an approved independent business or professional that may provide specialist services to businesses or customers within the broader FIA ecosystem.
Service Partner categories may include:
• professional business services;
• creative services;
• technology services;
• marketing services;
• operational support;
• business-launch services;
• specialist consulting; and
• other approved services.
Service Partners remain responsible for the independent services they provide.
The terms describe different types of relationships.
A Partner may collaborate with FIA more broadly through strategic, community, technology, commercial or organizational initiatives.
A Service Partner is generally an independent provider approved to deliver a particular type of specialist service.
Some organizations may potentially fit both models, but one relationship does not automatically create the other.
FIA welcomes partnership discussions with organizations and professionals whose work may create meaningful opportunities for businesses and communities.
Potential partnership categories may include:
• marketing agencies;
• technology providers;
• educational organizations;
• chambers and associations;
• financial organizations;
• insurance providers;
• professional-service businesses;
• logistics providers;
• community organizations;
• consultants; and
• other strategic collaborators.
Each proposed partnership is considered individually.
Independent businesses and professionals with relevant expertise may apply where FIA is accepting Service Partners in their category or market.
FIA may consider factors such as:
• experience;
• qualifications;
• service category;
• location;
• available capacity;
• reputation;
• service quality;
• customer experience;
• insurance where applicable;
• regulatory requirements; and
• overall fit with the program.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Depending on the category, FIA may request information such as:
• your name;
• business name;
• contact information;
• services offered;
• service areas;
• experience;
• qualifications;
• portfolio;
• pricing information;
• licences;
• certifications;
• insurance;
• references; and
• other relevant information.
Information submitted through the application should be accurate and current.
Where a profession, service or category requires a particular licence, certification, registration or insurance, the Service Partner remains responsible for maintaining the applicable requirements.
FIA may ask for supporting information during application, onboarding or later review.
Being accepted as an FIA Service Partner does not replace professional licensing or regulatory requirements.
No.
Application and appointment are separate stages.
Submitting an application allows FIA to assess the potential relationship, but it does not automatically create Service Partner status.
If accepted, additional onboarding may be required and the provider may need to enter into a separate FIA Service Partner Agreement before formally participating or receiving opportunities.
No.
Acceptance into the Service Partner Program does not guarantee:
• leads;
• referrals;
• customers;
• projects;
• contracts;
• revenue; or
• income.
Where FIA introduces a potential customer, that customer remains free to decide whether they want to proceed with the Service Partner.
Likewise, FIA may determine how opportunities are distributed under the applicable program arrangement.
Not automatically.
Service Partners are generally independent businesses or professionals.
Participation in the Service Partner Program does not by itself create:
• employment with FIA;
• a franchise relationship;
• ownership of FIA;
• a general agency relationship; or
• authority to make commitments on behalf of Innovara Marketing Inc.
The applicable Service Partner agreement defines the actual relationship.
An approved provider may describe themselves as an FIA Service Partner only while they are authorized to do so and in accordance with applicable branding requirements.
A Service Partner should not imply that:
• FIA guarantees their services;
• FIA certifies their professional competence;
• FIA guarantees customer satisfaction;
• they are an FIA employee;
• they own or operate FIA; or
• FIA guarantees their business results.
Unauthorized FIA branding, badges, certificates or misleading partnership claims are not permitted.
Yes.
FIA may review continued participation where appropriate, particularly if concerns arise regarding matters such as:
• service quality;
• customer experience;
• qualifications;
• insurance;
• professional status;
• policy compliance;
• misleading representations;
• fraud; or
• overall program suitability.
The final Service Partner Agreement will govern the specific terms of an accepted relationship, including responsibilities, referrals, fees, confidentiality, branding, customer relationships and termination.
Grow Through Collaboration FIA brings businesses, professionals, organizations and communities together to create new opportunities. Partnerships may range from strategic collaboration to specialist Service Partner relationships that help businesses access the expertise they need.
Connect expertise. Create opportunities. Grow together.
Ready to Build Opportunities Together? Whether you represent an organization with a strategic idea or provide specialist services that could help businesses grow, FIA is open to exploring collaborations that create meaningful value.
PLANS, MEMBERSHIPS, PRICING & BILLING
Yes.
FIA may offer both free and paid options depending on the product, service, feature, or business program.
A business may be able to begin with a basic listing or other entry-level option and later choose additional features, services, or visibility opportunities.
Current pricing and included features should always be checked on the FIA Pricing page because plans may change or evolve over time.
No.
A basic business listing and a paid plan are not necessarily the same thing.
Depending on the available FIA structure, a business may be able to:
• create or manage a basic listing;
• claim an existing listing;
• choose a paid business plan;
• purchase additional visibility;
• buy a professional service;
• participate in Marketplace; or
• use another FIA program.
Each option has its own purpose and applicable terms.
A listing plan generally relates to creating or maintaining a business presence on FIA.
A claim-related option relates to taking authorized control of an existing business profile.
The features available may differ depending on:
• whether the listing is new or already exists;
• whether the business has been claimed;
• the selected plan; and
• current FIA feature availability.
Claiming a business also does not automatically mean the business has completed every FIA verification process.
The FIA Pricing page should be treated as the main public source for current plan pricing and included features.
Because FIA services and packages may evolve, it is better to check the current Pricing page rather than rely on an older screenshot, advertisement, or Help Centre answer.
Where upgrades are available, yes.
A business may be able to move to a higher plan or add other services as its needs change.
For example, you may begin by building your FIA presence and later decide you need:
• additional listing features;
• more visibility;
• marketing support;
• a Business Story;
• Marketplace participation;
• advertising; or
• another growth service.
The available upgrade process depends on the plan or product involved.
Where a paid plan supports cancellation or downgrade, the applicable billing and cancellation rules will determine when the change takes effect.
Depending on the product, a change may:
• apply immediately;
• apply at the end of the current billing period; or
• follow another stated process.
Businesses should review the applicable plan terms before cancelling or changing a subscription.
Not automatically.
Marketplace transaction fees are separate from general business-plan or listing fees unless an applicable written offer expressly says otherwise.
Under FIA's standard Marketplace model, an independent Seller is generally subject to a 15% Marketplace Vendor fee on qualifying transactions unless another valid written Seller arrangement provides otherwise.
If a specific offer is also participating in an Affiliate Campaign and results in a valid Affiliate-attributed qualifying sale, an additional Affiliate Campaign Fee may apply.
Not automatically.
Optional visibility products may be separate from your listing or membership plan.
Examples may include:
• Featured Placement;
• Boosts;
• Sponsored Visibility;
• advertising;
• Business Stories;
• paid campaigns; or
• professional marketing services.
If a particular plan or promotion includes one of these features, the offer should state that clearly.
Usually not unless a specific plan or written offer expressly includes them.
Professional services may include areas such as:
• website development;
• SEO;
• branding;
• social media;
• paid advertising;
• lead generation;
• CRM and automation;
• business-launch support; or
• strategy work.
These services may have their own project fee, retainer, scope, or proposal.
If you purchase a recurring FIA plan, the billing cycle and renewal information should be disclosed before you complete the purchase.
Depending on the plan, billing may be:
• monthly;
• annual; or
• based on another clearly stated cycle.
You are responsible for keeping applicable billing and payment information current.
Where automatic renewal applies, the relevant terms should explain how renewal and cancellation work.
If a payment cannot be processed, FIA may take reasonable steps such as:
• notifying you;
• asking you to update your payment method;
• retrying the payment where permitted;
• restricting paid features;
• pausing a service; or
• cancelling or suspending the affected plan after appropriate notice.
The exact process depends on the product and applicable payment rules.
Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased and the circumstances.
Different rules may apply to:
• subscriptions;
• one-time business services;
• Business Stories;
• advertising;
• Marketplace purchases;
• Marketplace Seller adjustments; or
• another FIA product.
Before purchasing, review the terms that apply to that specific service.
Mandatory legal rights are not removed by FIA's ordinary refund or cancellation rules.
Choose the Right Level of Support for Your Business FIA offers different ways for businesses to participate, from basic visibility to paid growth options, Marketplace selling, promotional services, and other business-support tools. The right option depends on what you want to achieve.
Start where you are. Upgrade when you need more.
Find the Option That Fits Your Business Whether you're just getting started or ready for more visibility, FIA gives businesses different ways to build their presence and access additional growth opportunities.
REVIEWS, VERIFICATION, TRUST & SAFETY
Where reviews are available, customers may be able to share feedback based on a genuine relevant experience with a business, product, or service.
Reviews should be:
• honest;
• relevant;
• respectful;
• based on a real experience; and
• free from manipulation or misleading claims.
FIA may moderate reviews that appear to violate its review or platform rules.
Not necessarily.
FIA may use moderation, reporting, account information, transaction signals, or other available information to help identify suspicious or inappropriate reviews.
However, the fact that a review appears on FIA does not mean FIA independently investigated or confirmed every statement made by the reviewer.
Readers should consider reviews as one source of information rather than a guarantee.
Where the feature is available, businesses may be able to respond to reviews about their business.
Responses should remain professional and should not include:
• harassment;
• threats;
• private personal information;
• retaliation;
• misleading claims; or
• attempts to intimidate the reviewer.
A business response may help explain its perspective, but it does not automatically invalidate the customer's review.
A business cannot purchase the removal of a legitimate negative review simply because it dislikes the feedback.
A review may be removed or restricted if it violates FIA's applicable review or platform rules.
Examples may include:
• fake reviews;
• harassment;
• impersonation;
• conflicts of interest;
• irrelevant content;
• unlawful material; or
• other prohibited conduct.
Businesses should not manipulate reviews by offering incentives specifically in exchange for positive ratings or favourable feedback.
Where a business legitimately encourages customers to leave reviews, the request should not require a particular rating or outcome.
Review activity must comply with FIA's Reviews & Ratings Policy.
FIA verification may confirm specific information about a business, owner, representative, or account depending on the verification process completed.
For example, verification may relate to matters such as:
• business identity;
• ownership or authority;
• contact information;
• documentation; or
• another defined verification requirement.
The meaning depends on the particular verification status displayed.
No.
Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee.
It does not mean that FIA guarantees:
• service quality;
• product quality;
• customer satisfaction;
• professional competence;
• future conduct;
• legal compliance in every respect; or
• a particular business result.
Customers should still make decisions based on their own needs and the information available.
Report the issue to FIA as soon as possible.
Helpful information may include:
• the affected business profile;
• your relationship to the business;
• screenshots;
• relevant account information;
• proof of authority; and
• any other information that may help FIA review the situation.
FIA may request additional evidence and may restrict certain profile functions while reviewing an ownership or impersonation concern.
Use FIA's Report a Concern or Abuse process.
Examples of issues that should be reported may include:
• suspected fraud;
• impersonation;
• fake business information;
• abusive or threatening content;
• misleading verification claims;
• suspicious Marketplace activity;
• privacy abuse;
• intellectual-property misuse; or
• another serious platform-safety concern.
Provide enough information for FIA to understand and assess the issue.
Marketplace transactions have additional rules that may apply to:
• Seller eligibility;
• offer accuracy;
• payment processing;
• fulfilment;
• cancellations;
• refunds;
• Buyer Protection;
• disputes; and
• Seller conduct.
If your concern relates to an FIA Marketplace order, use the Marketplace support or Buyer Protection process rather than relying only on a general business complaint.
If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your FIA account:
• change your password where possible;
• secure the email account connected to FIA;
• review recent account activity;
• avoid sharing verification codes or passwords; and
• contact FIA support promptly.
FIA may ask for information to help confirm account ownership before changing sensitive account details.
FIA's trust framework may include several layers rather than relying on one badge or feature.
These may include:
• business information standards;
• claiming and ownership checks;
• verification processes;
• reviews and ratings;
• Marketplace Seller standards;
• Buyer Protection;
• reporting tools;
• content and conduct rules;
• privacy and security practices; and
• enforcement processes.
No platform can eliminate every risk, so FIA aims to provide clearer information, appropriate controls, and ways to report concerns when something goes wrong.
Make Better Decisions With Clearer Information FIA uses reviews, business verification, reporting tools, Marketplace protections, and platform rules to help people evaluate businesses and interact more confidently.
More transparency. Better signals. Safer connections.
Help Keep FIA Useful and Trustworthy Trust works best when businesses, customers, Sellers, Affiliates, and FIA all play their part. Use the resources below to understand verification, reviews, reporting, and Marketplace protections.
ACCOUNT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Start by checking that you are using the correct email address and password.
If you still cannot sign in:
• use the password-reset option if available;
• check whether your email address was entered correctly;
• look for verification or reset emails in your spam/junk folder;
• make sure your browser is up to date; and
• try again after refreshing the page.
If the issue continues, contact FIA support.
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page where available.
You may be asked to enter the email address associated with your FIA account.
If a reset email is sent, follow the instructions in that email.
For your security, do not share reset links or verification codes with anyone.
Contact FIA support.
Because email access is often part of account verification, FIA may need additional information before changing the email address connected to your account.
This is designed to help protect accounts from unauthorized changes.
Where account-management tools are available, you may be able to update information such as:
• name;
• email;
• phone number;
• notification preferences;
• password; or
• other account details.
Some sensitive changes may require additional verification.
Not every FIA feature is available to every account.
Feature access may depend on:
• account type;
• business status;
• Marketplace eligibility;
• Affiliate status;
• selected plan;
• location;
• category;
• verification; or
• current platform rollout.
If you believe you should have access to a feature, contact FIA support.
Some updates may appear quickly, while others may require review before publication.
This can happen when changes affect areas such as:
• business identity;
• ownership;
• location;
• contact details;
• verification;
• regulated information; or
• Marketplace eligibility.
If a change remains pending for an unusual amount of time, contact support with the business profile details.
Try the following first:
• refresh the page;
• sign out and sign back in;
• clear your browser cache if appropriate;
• try another supported browser;
• check your internet connection;
• disable browser extensions that may be interfering; and
• try again on another device if available.
If the issue continues, report it to FIA with as much detail as possible.
Helpful information may include:
• your account email;
• the page or feature affected;
• what you were trying to do;
• what happened instead;
• the approximate time of the issue;
• browser and device type;
• screenshots;
• error messages; and
• order, listing, or account reference where relevant.
Avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
First check whether:
• you used the correct FIA account;
• the purchase was completed successfully;
• you received an order confirmation; and
• the payment was accepted.
If the order still does not appear, contact Marketplace support with:
• your order number;
• payment date;
• purchase amount; and
• any confirmation email or receipt.
Check:
• spam or junk folders;
• email filters;
• whether your FIA email address is correct;
• whether notifications are enabled; and
• whether your mailbox is full.
Some operational messages may be necessary for account, order, security, or program administration.
Marketing preferences are separate from essential service communications.
Act quickly.
Where possible:
• change your FIA password;
• secure your email account;
• review recent account activity;
• sign out of other sessions where available; and
• contact FIA support.
Do not share passwords, verification codes, or login links with anyone claiming to be FIA support.
Use the FIA contact or support route and choose the issue type that most closely matches your problem.
For faster help, include:
• the affected account;
• the feature or page;
• a short description of the problem;
• relevant reference numbers; and
• screenshots where useful.
For serious concerns involving fraud, impersonation, or account abuse, use the dedicated reporting process rather than only the general technical-support route.

Understand How Your Information Is Used FIA uses information, cookies, analytics, referral technologies, and selected AI-assisted tools to operate and improve the platform. This section explains the basics so you can better understand your choices and where to go when you have a privacy question.
Clearer choices. Responsible technology. Privacy with purpose.
PRIVACY, COOKIES, TRACKING & RESPONSIBLE AI
The information FIA handles depends on how you use the platform.
This may include information connected with:
• customer or business accounts;
• business listings;
• listing claims and verification;
• Marketplace orders;
• Seller onboarding;
• Affiliate participation;
• Service Partner applications or referrals;
• Business Stories;
• forms and enquiries;
• billing or payout administration;
• reviews and other submitted content;
• marketing preferences; and
• technical or usage information.
FIA should collect and use information for legitimate platform, service, operational, security, or legal purposes.
Personal information may be used to help FIA provide and administer its services.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
• creating and managing accounts;
• processing enquiries;
• managing listings and claims;
• conducting applicable verification;
• administering Marketplace transactions;
• processing payments or payouts;
• operating Affiliate attribution;
• providing customer support;
• preventing fraud and abuse;
• communicating about FIA services;
• improving the platform; and
• meeting applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.
FIA does not currently sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers in exchange for money.
Applicable privacy laws may define concepts such as sale or sharing differently, so FIA applies the relevant legal requirements where they apply.
Cookies are small pieces of information that websites and related technologies may use to support website functionality and remember certain interactions.
FIA may use cookies or similar technologies for purposes such as:
• essential platform functions;
• preferences;
• security;
• analytics;
• advertising where activated; and
• Affiliate or referral attribution where activated.
Some cookies may operate only during a browsing session, while others may remain for a longer defined period.
Where FIA provides Cookie Settings, you may be able to review or change available preferences.
Your browser may also allow you to:
• view cookies;
• block cookies;
• delete cookies; or
• restrict certain tracking technologies.
Blocking all cookies may affect some FIA functionality.
Where processing depends on consent, withdrawing that consent generally applies going forward, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations.
Where Affiliate tracking is active, FIA may use referral and attribution technologies to help determine whether a qualifying purchase should be attributed to an Affiliate.
This may involve information such as:
• referral identifiers;
• campaign identifiers;
• timestamps;
• account or session information;
• order information; and
• other permitted attribution data.
FIA's standard Affiliate model uses a 24-hour protected referral window and first-valid-click attribution.
Privacy choices take priority over optional Affiliate tracking.
It can.
If you restrict or decline optional tracking technologies, some Affiliate attribution features may not function in the same way.
FIA does not override applicable privacy choices simply to preserve an Affiliate referral.
Where attribution cannot validly be established, a purchase may not qualify for Affiliate commission under the applicable program rules.
FIA may use third-party providers to support functions such as:
• website hosting;
• security;
• communications;
• analytics;
• payments;
• forms;
• customer support;
• marketing;
• Affiliate attribution; and
• AI-assisted business tools.
Some providers may process or store information outside Ontario or outside Canada, where information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
An independent Seller may receive information reasonably necessary to fulfil and support a Marketplace order.
Depending on the transaction, this could include information needed for:
• delivery;
• scheduling;
• service fulfilment;
• customer communication;
• order support; or
• resolving a transaction issue.
Receiving Buyer information through a Marketplace transaction does not automatically give a Seller permission to use that information for unrelated marketing.
FIA may use AI-assisted tools for appropriate business and platform purposes.
AI may assist with areas such as:
• content development;
• research or organization;
• administrative workflows;
• customer-support assistance;
• analysis; or
• other approved operational tasks.
FIA's Responsible AI approach emphasizes human accountability, privacy, accuracy, transparency, and the limitations of AI-assisted systems.
Personal information should not be placed into AI systems unnecessarily.
AI-assisted content may be permitted where it complies with FIA's applicable rules.
However, AI must not be used to create deceptive or fraudulent content.
For example, businesses and users should not use AI to fabricate:
• fake customer experiences;
• false testimonials;
• fake reviews;
• fake credentials;
• misleading business information;
• impersonated people; or
• materially false claims.
The person or business submitting content remains responsible for what they publish.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be able to ask FIA to:
• provide access to certain personal information;
• correct inaccurate information;
• withdraw consent where applicable;
• delete information where applicable;
• change marketing preferences;
• provide information about how your information is processed;
• address certain automated-processing questions; or
• review a privacy complaint.
FIA may reasonably need to verify your identity before disclosing, changing, or deleting sensitive account information.
Take Control of Your Privacy Choices Understanding how information is used helps you make more informed choices about your FIA account, cookies, communications, and participation in different FIA programs.
ACCESSIBILITY
FIA is working toward making its platform and services more accessible.
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a claim that every page, feature, document, or third-party tool is currently free from barriers.
As FIA continues to develop, accessibility improvements may be made across areas such as:
• website design;
• forms;
• documents;
• customer communication;
• navigation; and
• platform features.
FIA aims to consider accessible digital-design practices such as:
• keyboard navigation;
• visible focus indicators;
• clear headings;
• text alternatives for meaningful images;
• readable colour contrast;
• understandable forms;
• useful error messages;
• browser zoom;
• responsive layouts; and
• compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.
FIA may use WCAG Level AA principles as a reference and accessibility target where appropriate.
However, FIA does not currently represent that every page or feature satisfies every WCAG criterion.
The objective is continued improvement and reducing barriers where FIA reasonably can.
Where reasonably possible and required, FIA may provide information in another accessible or alternative format upon request.
The available format and response time may depend on:
• the document or information requested;
• the type of format needed;
• technical limitations; and
• the work required to prepare the alternative.
If you need a particular format, explain what would make the information easier for you to access.
FIA aims to communicate in a way that takes accessibility needs into account.
If a standard communication method creates a barrier, let FIA know what adjustment may help.
Depending on the situation, this could involve changes to how information is:
• written;
• provided;
• explained; or
• delivered.
FIA aims to consider compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies as part of its digital-accessibility work.
Your experience may depend on factors such as:
• the device you use;
• browser;
• assistive technology;
• specific FIA page; and
• third-party components used on that page.
If a particular tool or page is creating a barrier, FIA welcomes details about the issue.
Some FIA experiences may rely on third-party technology that FIA does not fully control.
This could include certain:
• payment tools;
• embedded services;
• integrations;
• external forms; or
• other third-party functionality.
Where FIA becomes aware of a meaningful accessibility barrier involving a third-party service, it may explore reasonable alternatives or improvements where possible.
Businesses remain responsible for the accessibility of their own:
• premises;
• websites;
• services;
• communications; and
• customer accommodations.
FIA does not control the accessibility practices of every independent business listed on the platform.
If an accessibility arrangement is important to your visit or purchase, you may want to confirm it directly with the business before proceeding.
Tell FIA what barrier you are experiencing and what kind of adjustment may help.
Depending on the situation and applicable requirements, this may involve accommodation relating to:
• communication;
• assistive devices;
• support persons;
• service animals; or
• another reasonable accessibility need.
FIA will consider requests based on the particular circumstances.
Use FIA's Policy, Privacy & Legal Enquiry process to report the barrier.
It is helpful to include:
• the page or feature affected;
• what you were trying to do;
• what made the task difficult or inaccessible;
• the device or browser where relevant; and
• what change or alternative might help.
Specific feedback makes it easier to identify and investigate the issue.
No detailed medical records are required simply to tell FIA that you experienced an accessibility barrier.
FIA asks users to provide only the information reasonably necessary to understand the issue and respond to the request.
Information provided as part of an accessibility request is handled in accordance with FIA's privacy framework.
Some accessibility barriers may require development work, changes to a third-party service, document conversion, or another longer-term solution.
FIA is an evolving platform, so some limitations may exist while pages, forms, and features continue to be improved.
Where an immediate technical fix is not reasonably available, FIA may consider whether another way of providing the information or service is possible.
Making FIA Easier to Use for More People FIA is committed to identifying, preventing, and reducing accessibility barriers in the parts of the platform and services it controls. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and FIA will continue improving its website, forms, documents, communications, and customer-support experience over time.
Reduce barriers. Improve access. Keep making the experience better.
Help Us Make FIA More Accessible Accessibility improves when barriers are identified and addressed. If something on FIA is difficult to use, read, navigate, or understand, let us know.
POLICIES, COMPLAINTS & LEGAL HELP
The FIA Trust Centre is the main public hub for FIA policies, standards, disclosures, and related information.
It brings together areas such as:
• Terms of Service;
• privacy and cookies;
• reviews and verification;
• Marketplace rules;
• payments and refunds;
• Affiliate rules;
• Business Stories;
• accessibility;
• responsible AI; and
• reporting and complaint processes.
If you are unsure which policy applies, start with the Trust Centre.
The Terms of Service are FIA’s primary platform terms.
They explain the overall rules that apply when using Find It All and work together with more specific policies for particular features or programs.
For example, a Marketplace purchase may also be subject to Marketplace Purchase Terms, while an Affiliate participates under the Affiliate Program Terms.
Where a specific product or program has additional terms, those terms should be read together with the Terms of Service.
Use this process for ordinary questions, requests, and complaints involving areas such as:
• FIA policies;
• privacy rights;
• cookies and tracking;
• listings and claims;
• verification;
• reviews;
• billing and refunds;
• Affiliates;
• Service Partners;
• Business Stories;
• accessibility;
• responsible AI;
• intellectual property; or
• another FIA-related policy or legal question.
You do not need to know which internal FIA team should handle the matter before submitting the enquiry.
Use Report a Concern or Abuse for serious platform-safety or misconduct issues rather than an ordinary policy question.
Examples may include:
• fraud or scams;
• impersonation;
• fake businesses;
• unauthorized business claims;
• verification fraud;
• fake or manipulated reviews;
• review extortion;
• threats or serious harassment;
• doxxing;
• phishing;
• malicious links;
• account compromise;
• cybersecurity abuse;
• serious Affiliate abuse; or
• serious Service Partner misconduct.
FIA aims to review complaints in good faith and proportionately.
Depending on the issue, FIA may consider:
• the information provided by the person raising the concern;
• relevant platform records;
• the applicable FIA policy or agreement;
• information from another affected party; and
• other relevant evidence.
FIA may need to request additional information before reaching an outcome.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically mean the other party has violated an FIA rule.
Provide enough information to help FIA understand what happened.
Depending on the issue, useful information may include:
• your name or account information;
• relevant business or profile;
• order or transaction number;
• dates;
• screenshots;
• correspondence;
• invoices or receipts;
• review or listing links;
• description of the issue; and
• the outcome you are requesting.
Only provide information reasonably relevant to the concern.
Remove or redact unrelated sensitive information where possible. FIA may also limit disclosure of private, confidential, privileged, security-sensitive, or fraud-related information during its review.
The appropriate outcome depends on the evidence and the type of issue.
Possible outcomes may include:
• correction or update of information;
• action involving a profile or listing;
• review or content action;
• verification changes;
• account restrictions;
• invoice correction;
• refund or credit where appropriate;
• service adjustment;
• suspension; or
• no action where the available evidence does not support a violation.
Different FIA programs may also have their own specific remedies and processes.
Where appropriate, a person materially affected by an FIA decision may request reconsideration.
A reconsideration request is particularly useful when you have:
• new evidence;
• missing information;
• evidence that was not previously considered; or
• a clear reason why the earlier decision may need another review.
Repeated appeals that provide no materially new information may be limited.
Billing and refund concerns should be reviewed under:
• the applicable order or service terms; and
• FIA’s Payment, Billing, Refund & Payout Policy.
If the issue involves a direct FIA service, the service is generally assessed against the agreed scope and applicable terms rather than an assumed guarantee of business results unless a written guarantee specifically exists.
For a Marketplace purchase, the Marketplace purchase, fulfilment, cancellation, refund, and Buyer Protection rules may also apply.
Start with the Marketplace order or support process where available.
Depending on the issue, FIA may review matters involving:
• non-delivery;
• incorrect or incomplete fulfilment;
• damaged or missing goods;
• service problems;
• cancellation;
• refund eligibility; or
• another qualifying Buyer Protection issue.
Marketplace Buyer Protection provides a dedicated route for eligible Marketplace transaction problems.
If the issue also involves serious fraud, impersonation, or platform abuse, the Report a Concern process may be appropriate as well.
If the dispute concerns an independent business’s own product or service, you should ordinarily contact that business first.
FIA may still become involved where the issue concerns an FIA platform rule or FIA Marketplace transaction.
Examples may include:
• false listing information;
• fraud;
• impersonation;
• verification misuse;
• review abuse;
• Marketplace Buyer Protection; or
• another FIA-related platform concern.
FIA does not automatically become responsible for every off-platform disagreement simply because the business has a listing on Find It All.
No.
FIA encourages reasonable internal resolution where appropriate, but its complaint process does not require users to surrender rights that cannot legally be waived.
External legal, consumer, regulatory, payment-provider, or other rights may continue to apply depending on the circumstances.
Where appropriate, voluntary alternative dispute-resolution options may also be considered.
Know Where to Go When Something Needs Review FIA’s policies explain the rules that apply across the platform, while its enquiry, complaint, dispute, and reporting processes help route questions to the right place. Whether you need clarification about a policy, want to challenge a decision, raise a Marketplace issue, or report serious abuse, the right starting point depends on the type of concern.
Understand the rules. Choose the right process. Get your concern to the right place.
Find the Right Place for Your Question or Concern You do not need to navigate FIA’s policies alone. Start with the resource that best matches what happened, and FIA can route ordinary enquiries where necessary.
