Document ID: FIA-POL-015
Version: 1.0
Status: ACTIVE — Company-Approved Publication Version
Classification: PUBLIC
Effective Date: 30th September 2026
Last Updated: 30th September 2026
Legal Operator: Innovara Marketing Inc.
Brand: Find It All (FIA)
1. Purpose
These Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines explain how approved Find It All (“FIA”) Affiliates may promote FIA responsibly.
They provide practical rules concerning:
Affiliate disclosure;
social media;
videos and Reels;
websites and blogs;
email and electronic messaging;
paid advertisements;
FIA branding;
Affiliate links;
testimonials;
pricing and promotions;
AI-assisted content;
prohibited claims; and
promotional compliance.
These Guidelines supplement the FIA Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
2. Who Operates the Affiliate Program
Find It All (FIA) is a brand under Innovara Marketing Inc.
Innovara Marketing Inc. owns, operates and manages FIA and the FIA Affiliate Program.
3. Who These Guidelines Apply To
These Guidelines apply to every approved FIA Affiliate when promoting FIA through channels such as:
social media;
websites;
blogs;
videos;
livestreams;
podcasts;
newsletters;
email;
permitted electronic messaging;
paid advertising;
presentations;
QR codes;
printed materials; or
other promotional channels.
4. Core Affiliate Rule
An FIA Affiliate should always be able to answer yes to these questions:
Is it clear that I may financially benefit from this recommendation?
Is what I am saying about FIA accurate?
Am I promoting a feature that actually exists?
Am I using an authorized price or offer?
Would an ordinary customer understand my relationship with FIA?
Am I complying with the rules of the platform or channel I am using?
If the answer is no or uncertain, the promotion should be corrected before publication.
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
5. Why Disclosure Is Required
Affiliates may receive commission when qualifying customers purchase eligible FIA products or services.
That financial relationship may affect how a consumer interprets the Affiliate’s recommendation.
Affiliates must therefore clearly disclose the material connection.
6. Minimum Disclosure Principle
An Affiliate disclosure should make it clear that:
the Affiliate may earn money or commission if the customer purchases through the Affiliate’s referral.
7. Recommended Standard Disclosure
FIA’s recommended general disclosure is:
“Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase through this FIA link.”
8. Alternative Short Disclosure
Where space is genuinely limited:
“Affiliate link — I may earn a commission.”
may be appropriate.
9. Another Acceptable Example
“I participate in the Find It All Affiliate Program and may receive a commission from qualifying purchases made through my link.”
10. Disclosure Should Use Plain Language
Use language an ordinary person can understand.
Avoid relying only on unclear terms such as:
collab;
ambassador;
partner;
support;
affiliated;
SP;
sponsored friend;
brand friend; or
another ambiguous description.
11. Disclosure Must Be Prominent
The disclosure should be reasonably easy to notice.
It should not be:
hidden at the bottom of a long caption;
buried among many hashtags;
available only after clicking “more” where avoidable;
hidden on another webpage;
placed only in a profile biography;
displayed briefly where viewers cannot reasonably read it; or
made difficult to see through colour or formatting.
12. Disclosure Should Accompany the Promotion
Each materially promotional Affiliate communication should contain an appropriate disclosure.
An Affiliate should not assume that a disclosure made:
yesterday;
in another post;
in their account biography;
in a website footer; or
on their Affiliate profile
will automatically disclose the relationship in today’s promotion.
SOCIAL MEDIA
13. Instagram Posts
For an Instagram post containing an Affiliate recommendation, place the disclosure near the beginning of the caption where users can reasonably see it.
Example:
Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase through my FIA link.
Then continue with the promotional message.
14. Instagram Stories
For a Story containing Affiliate promotion, the disclosure should appear clearly on the Story itself.
Recommended:
Affiliate link — I may earn a commission.
The disclosure should:
be readable;
remain visible long enough to understand;
not be hidden behind interface controls; and
have sufficient contrast.
15. Reels and Short-Form Video
For a Reel, TikTok, YouTube Short or similar content, use a clear visual disclosure.
Where the Affiliate verbally recommends FIA, a verbal disclosure may also be appropriate.
Recommended on-screen wording:
Affiliate promotion — I may earn a commission.
16. Video Disclosure
For longer videos, the Affiliate relationship should be disclosed clearly near the beginning of the relevant promotion.
Where FIA is discussed again later in a materially promotional way, an additional disclosure may be appropriate.
A disclosure solely in the video description may not always be sufficient.
17. Livestreams
For livestream promotion, Affiliates should disclose the relationship periodically because viewers may join after the stream has begun.
For example:
“Just so everyone knows, I’m an FIA Affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
18. YouTube Descriptions
Where an Affiliate link appears in a video description, place the disclosure reasonably close to the Affiliate link.
Do not bury it beneath unrelated text.
BLOGS AND WEBSITES
19. Blog Articles
If an Affiliate publishes an article recommending FIA, disclose the Affiliate relationship before or close to the first Affiliate link.
Suggested wording:
Affiliate Disclosure: This article contains FIA Affiliate links. I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links.
20. Comparison Pages
An Affiliate may compare FIA with other products or services only if the comparison is:
genuine;
reasonably current;
based on an appropriate factual foundation; and
not misleading.
The Affiliate relationship must still be disclosed.
21. Review Articles
If an Affiliate publishes an FIA review, the review should reflect the Affiliate’s actual experience or a clearly identified factual analysis.
The Affiliate must disclose the commercial relationship.
22. Dedicated Disclosure Page Is Not Enough by Itself
An Affiliate website may maintain an Affiliate Disclosure page.
However, linking to that page alone does not replace disclosure beside the relevant Affiliate promotion.
23. Affiliate Emails
Affiliates may promote FIA through email only where the Affiliate has an appropriate legal basis to send the message.
Affiliates are responsible for their own compliance with applicable electronic-marketing requirements.
24. Commercial Electronic Messages
Where Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation applies, the Affiliate is responsible for applicable requirements concerning:
consent or another permitted basis;
sender identification;
required contact information; and
a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
25. FIA Does Not Provide Marketing Consent
A person being an:
FIA customer;
FIA account holder;
FIA business;
FIA newsletter subscriber; or
FIA website visitor
does not automatically give an independent Affiliate permission to send marketing emails to that person.
26. Affiliate Disclosure in Email
Where the email contains an Affiliate recommendation, the Affiliate relationship should be disclosed within the message.
Example:
“I participate in the FIA Affiliate Program and may earn a commission if you purchase through the link below.”
27. Unsubscribe
Where legally required, Affiliate marketing emails must provide a functioning unsubscribe method.
Affiliates must honour valid unsubscribe requests.
SMS, WHATSAPP AND DIRECT MESSAGING
28. Electronic Messages
The same legal principles applying to commercial electronic marketing may also apply to certain:
SMS messages;
WhatsApp messages;
direct messages; or
other electronic communications.
Affiliates should not assume that a messaging app is exempt from marketing rules.
29. Unsolicited Mass Messaging
Affiliates must not use FIA promotion to conduct:
mass unsolicited messaging;
scraped-contact campaigns;
repeated unwanted DMs;
automated spam;
misleading cold messages; or
messaging designed to evade unsubscribe requests.
AFFILIATE LINKS
30. Use Approved Links
Affiliates should use referral links, codes or other attribution methods supplied or approved by FIA.
31. Do Not Alter Attribution Improperly
Affiliates must not manipulate referral links in ways intended to:
steal another Affiliate’s attribution;
force attribution;
place tracking without genuine user action;
conceal the destination deceptively; or
interfere with FIA’s tracking system.
32. Link Shorteners
Reasonable link shortening may be permitted where it does not:
conceal a malicious destination;
mislead the user;
interfere with FIA tracking; or
violate the relevant platform’s rules.
33. QR Codes
An Affiliate may use an approved referral link inside a QR code where permitted.
Where the QR code is part of Affiliate promotion, the Affiliate relationship should still be clearly disclosed.
For example:
Affiliate QR Code — I may earn commission from qualifying FIA purchases.
34. Printed Materials
Where an Affiliate promotes FIA through:
flyers;
cards;
posters;
event materials; or
other printed promotion,
the Affiliate relationship should be clearly disclosed where applicable.
FIA PRICING
35. Use Current FIA Prices
Affiliates must use current authorized FIA prices.
Do not invent or independently alter FIA’s:
price;
subscription fee;
setup fee;
promotional rate;
package price; or
payment schedule.
36. Do Not Promise Unauthorized Discounts
Affiliates may not independently promise:
10% off;
20% off;
free upgrades;
waived fees;
free additional services;
customized payment terms; or
other discounts
unless FIA has authorized the offer.
37. Promotions
If FIA provides an authorized promotional offer, Affiliates may promote it according to the applicable terms.
Affiliates should accurately communicate:
applicable product;
discount;
eligibility;
expiration where applicable; and
limitations.
38. Expired Promotions
Affiliates should remove or update expired promotion content reasonably promptly.
Do not knowingly continue advertising an offer that no longer exists.
39. Regular Price Claims
Do not invent a “regular price” or reference price merely to make the FIA offer appear more heavily discounted.
Use only FIA-authorized pricing claims.
FIA SERVICES AND FEATURES
40. Promote Only What FIA Actually Offers
Affiliates must distinguish between:
Live;
Beta;
Limited;
Invitation-Only;
Planned; and
Not Yet Available
functionality.
41. Future Features Must Not Be Presented as Live
Do not claim FIA currently provides functionality merely because it appears in:
development plans;
policy documents;
prototypes;
screenshots;
internal materials;
roadmaps; or
future announcements.
42. Marketplace
Until FIA expressly activates Marketplace transactions, Affiliates must not advertise FIA as currently providing:
seller checkout;
Marketplace payments;
buyer transactions;
seller payouts;
Buyer Protection;
Marketplace order management; or
other transactional Marketplace functionality.
43. Affiliate Dashboard
Affiliates must not represent an FIA Affiliate dashboard as publicly operational unless FIA has actually activated and provided access to it.
BUSINESS VERIFICATION
44. Do Not Misrepresent Verification
Affiliates must not say:
“FIA guarantees this business”;
“FIA certifies every business”;
“FIA government-verifies businesses”;
“Every business on FIA is fully verified”; or
materially similar statements.
45. Correct Verification Language
Where discussing FIA verification, use language consistent with the Business Verification Standards.
Verification confirms only the specific checks associated with the relevant FIA status.
46. Paid Services Do Not Buy Verification
Affiliates must not tell businesses that buying:
advertising;
an FIA plan;
a Business Story;
marketing services;
an Affiliate-related offer; or
another paid service
automatically provides FIA verification.
BUSINESS RESULTS
47. No Guaranteed Income or Business Results
Affiliates must not promise that FIA guarantees:
leads;
sales;
revenue;
profits;
traffic;
search rankings;
customers;
followers;
business success; or
return on investment.
48. Earnings Claims
Affiliates must not make misleading claims about what other FIA Affiliates can earn.
Do not advertise statements such as:
“Anyone can make $10,000 per month with FIA.”
unless FIA has specifically authorized and properly substantiated the representation.
49. Personal Earnings
An Affiliate discussing their own actual FIA earnings should:
be truthful;
avoid implying their results are typical where that has not been established;
provide appropriate context; and
maintain the Affiliate disclosure.
START & GROW RESOURCES
50. Educational Information
Affiliates may promote FIA business resources as educational and business-support materials.
They must not imply that FIA automatically acts as:
a lawyer;
accountant;
tax adviser;
immigration professional;
financial adviser;
government authority;
regulator; or
licensed professional.
51. Government Affiliation
Affiliates must not imply that FIA:
is a Government of Canada service;
is an Ontario government service;
issues government approvals;
controls permits;
guarantees grants; or
guarantees licensing.
BUSINESS STORIES
52. Business Story Promotion
Affiliates may promote FIA Business Stories as paid sponsored editorial services.
53. Do Not Promise Editorial Outcomes
Affiliates must not promise that purchasing a Business Story guarantees:
first-page search rankings;
backlinks;
media coverage;
leads;
customers;
sales; or
revenue.
54. Sponsored Nature
If an Affiliate promotes a specific paid Business Story, the sponsored nature of the story should not be concealed.
TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS
55. Genuine Personal Experience
An Affiliate may share their genuine experience with FIA.
They must not pretend to have used an FIA service that they have not actually used.
56. Do Not Fabricate Testimonials
Affiliates must not create:
fake customer testimonials;
fake success stories;
fake screenshots;
fake earnings reports;
fake reviews; or
invented customer quotes.
57. Material Connection
Where the Affiliate endorses or reviews FIA, their Affiliate relationship must be disclosed.
SOCIAL PROOF
58. Metrics
Affiliates should not invent or exaggerate FIA:
customer counts;
listing counts;
user counts;
geographic reach;
review counts;
transaction volume;
revenue;
success rates; or
other statistics.
59. Early-Stage Positioning
FIA is an evolving Canadian platform.
Affiliates should not portray FIA as having:
national scale;
massive Marketplace adoption;
millions of customers;
thousands of verified sellers; or
other scale
unless FIA has supplied current approved evidence supporting that statement.
FIA BRANDING
60. Approved Brand Materials
Affiliates may use FIA promotional assets supplied or expressly approved for Affiliate use.
61. Do Not Change the FIA Logo Improperly
Do not:
distort the logo;
recolour it without permission;
modify its proportions;
combine it into another logo;
remove required elements; or
redesign FIA branding
unless FIA has authorized the change.
62. Affiliate Identity Must Remain Clear
Affiliate marketing should not make the Affiliate’s account appear to be FIA’s official corporate account.
63. Prohibited Account Names
Without written approval, do not use names such as:
Find It All Official;
FIA Official Canada;
FIA Customer Support;
FIA Verification Department;
FIA Head Office;
Innovara Support; or
similar names
that could reasonably mislead users about account ownership.
64. Recommended Affiliate Identification
Where useful, Affiliates may identify themselves using wording such as:
Independent FIA Affiliate
or:
Find It All Affiliate
provided the wording does not imply employment or official corporate authority.
PAID SEARCH AND DIGITAL ADVERTISING
65. Paid Advertising
Affiliates may run paid advertising only if permitted under the Affiliate Terms and any additional campaign rules.
66. FIA Brand Keywords
Without FIA’s written permission, Affiliates must not bid on FIA Brand terms in paid search in a way intended to divert users already searching directly for FIA.
67. Misleading Display URLs
Affiliates must not use advertising URLs or display domains that falsely imply that their Affiliate website is FIA’s official website.
68. Advertising Copy
Paid advertisements must:
be accurate;
disclose material conditions where required;
use authorized offers;
avoid false urgency;
avoid false guarantees; and
comply with advertising-platform rules.
SEO AND CONTENT MARKETING
69. Search Content
Affiliates may create legitimate SEO content discussing FIA.
They must not:
impersonate FIA;
copy substantial FIA content without permission;
create deceptive doorway pages;
publish fake reviews;
publish fabricated comparisons; or
misuse FIA trademarks.
70. Page Titles
Affiliate websites should not use titles that falsely imply official ownership.
For example:
Independent Review of Find It All
may be appropriate where accurate.
Official Find It All Canada Website
would not be appropriate for an independent Affiliate.
PROMOTIONAL CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS
71. FIA-Branded Contests
Affiliates must obtain FIA approval before presenting a giveaway or contest as:
sponsored by FIA;
conducted by FIA;
officially partnered with FIA; or
endorsed by FIA.
72. Affiliate’s Own Contest
An Affiliate independently conducting a contest remains responsible for applicable:
contest law;
advertising requirements;
platform rules;
privacy requirements;
eligibility terms;
prize disclosures; and
administration.
The Affiliate must not falsely suggest FIA is responsible for the contest.
EVENTS AND IN-PERSON PROMOTION
73. In-Person Promotion
Affiliates may promote FIA in person where appropriate.
They must not claim to be FIA employees or authorized corporate representatives unless FIA has expressly provided that status.
74. Collecting Customer Information
If an Affiliate collects contact information at an event, the Affiliate is responsible for:
appropriate notice;
consent where required;
privacy;
security; and
electronic-marketing compliance.
The information does not automatically become FIA customer data.
AI-ASSISTED AFFILIATE CONTENT
75. AI May Assist — The Affiliate Remains Responsible
Affiliates may use AI to assist with:
captions;
scripts;
graphics;
content ideas;
editing; or
promotional drafts
where otherwise permitted.
The Affiliate remains responsible for the final content.
76. AI Must Not Invent FIA Facts
Affiliates must verify AI-generated claims concerning:
FIA prices;
services;
features;
Affiliate commission;
verification;
promotions;
Marketplace functionality;
business results; and
legal relationships.
77. AI Testimonials
AI must not be used to manufacture fake FIA customers, reviews or testimonials.
PROHIBITED PROMOTIONAL PRACTICES
78. Examples of Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates must not engage in practices including:
false or misleading advertising;
fake reviews;
fake testimonials;
undisclosed Affiliate promotion;
spam;
cookie stuffing;
forced referral attribution;
trademark impersonation;
fake discounts;
unauthorized guarantees;
false scarcity;
fraudulent transactions;
fabricated customer results;
scraping customer emails;
misleading redirects; or
promotion of illegal activity.
EXAMPLES
79. Compliant Social Post
Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase through my FIA link.
“Find It All helps consumers discover local businesses and gives businesses ways to build their presence and access growth services. If you’re interested, you can learn more through my link.”
Why this works:
The Affiliate relationship is disclosed and the description does not promise guaranteed business results.
80. Non-Compliant Social Post
“FIA guarantees your business will get more customers. Sign up using my link and you’ll make your money back.”
Why this is not permitted:
It makes an unauthorized guarantee and does not disclose the commission relationship.
81. Compliant Business Story Promotion
Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission from qualifying FIA purchases.
“FIA offers paid Business Story services that help businesses tell their story through sponsored editorial content.”
82. Non-Compliant Business Story Promotion
“Pay FIA $250 and they’ll put you at the top of Google.”
This is prohibited unless FIA has expressly offered and substantiated such a guarantee.
83. Compliant Verification Promotion
“FIA offers business claim and verification processes. Each verification status has a specific meaning explained in FIA’s Business Verification Standards.”
84. Non-Compliant Verification Promotion
“Pay FIA and become officially certified as a trusted Canadian company.”
This is prohibited.
85. Compliant Affiliate Income Promotion
“I participate in FIA’s Affiliate Program. Commission depends on qualifying referrals and is not guaranteed.”
86. Non-Compliant Affiliate Income Promotion
“Join FIA and earn guaranteed passive income every month.”
This is prohibited.
COMPLIANCE MONITORING
87. FIA May Review Public Affiliate Promotion
FIA may review public Affiliate content for compliance.
This may include:
websites;
social posts;
videos;
advertisements;
blogs;
public profiles;
search advertisements; or
other publicly available promotion.
88. FIA May Request Corrections
FIA may require an Affiliate to correct matters such as:
missing disclosure;
inaccurate pricing;
unauthorized guarantees;
expired promotions;
Brand misuse;
false features;
misleading claims; or
unsupported earnings claims.
89. Correction Time
Where FIA identifies a non-urgent promotional issue, the Affiliate should correct it within the timeframe reasonably specified by FIA.
Serious deceptive, fraudulent or unlawful content may require immediate removal.
ENFORCEMENT
90. Failure to Follow These Guidelines

warning;

malicious Brand misuse; or

AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITY
92. Affiliates Are Responsible for Their Marketing

links;
Brand materials;
training; or
examples.
The Affiliate remains responsible for ensuring their actual promotion complies with:
these Guidelines;
Affiliate Program Terms;
applicable law;
platform rules; and
any campaign-specific instructions.
93. FIA Approval of One Item Is Not Blanket Approval
Approval of one Affiliate advertisement does not automatically approve:
future modifications;
another campaign;
another platform;
different claims; or
materially different content.

FIA may update these Guidelines as:
marketing channels change;
