Find It All Platform
A Brand Owned & Operated by Innovara Marketing Inc.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Find It All platform (“Platform”), operated by Innovara Marketing Inc. (“Innovara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ABOUT FIND IT ALL
1.1 Find It All is a digital platform that enables users to discover businesses, list products and services, process transactions, and access business growth tools.
1.2 Find It All is a brand owned and operated by Innovara Marketing Inc., a Canadian corporation.
1.3 Innovara provides technology and platform infrastructure only and does not provide the underlying products or services listed on the Platform.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
2.2 Businesses using the Platform must:
- Be legally registered where required
- Have authority to offer listed products or services
- Comply with all applicable laws
2.3 Innovara reserves the right to refuse access to users who do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. PLATFORM ROLE & LIMITATIONS
3.1 Innovara acts solely as a technology facilitator.
3.2 Innovara is not a party to transactions between vendors and customers.
3.3 All contracts for products or services are formed directly between vendors and customers.
3.4 Innovara does not guarantee:
- Quality of services
- Accuracy of listings
- Business outcomes
4. USER ACCOUNTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4.2 Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
4.3 Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.
5. PAYMENTS, FEES & TRANSACTIONS
5.1 Innovara may facilitate payments through third-party payment processors.
5.2 Applicable fees, commissions, and subscriptions are disclosed prior to purchase.
5.3 Innovara retains a commission of 10% + $0.50 per transaction, inclusive of payment gateway fees, where applicable.
5.4 Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled in accordance with the Platform’s Refund & Dispute Policy.
6. VENDOR OBLIGATIONS & INSURANCE
6.1 Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Product or service delivery
- Licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Customer service and warranties
6.2 Vendors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the products and/or services they offer.
6.3 Innovara does not provide insurance and assumes no liability for vendor activities.
7. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users agree not to:
- Misrepresent products or services
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity
- Circumvent Platform fees
- Interfere with Platform operations
- Scrape data or reverse engineer systems
Innovara reserves the right to take action against violations.
8. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Users retain ownership of content they submit.
8.2 Users grant Innovara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content for platform operation, promotion, and improvement.
8.3 Innovara retains all rights to:
- Platform software
- Branding
- Algorithms
- AI systems
- Analytics
9. DATA PRIVACY & GOVERNANCE
9.1 Innovara collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.
9.2 Vendor customer data remains owned by vendors and is used to operate and improve the Platform.
9.3 Data may be stored on Canadian servers where required or appropriate.
10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
10.1 Innovara may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are breached
- Legal or regulatory violations occur
- Platform integrity is at risk
10.2 Where reasonable, Innovara will provide notice and an opportunity to address issues.
11. DISCLAIMERS
11.1 The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
11.2 Innovara makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Innovara is not liable for:
- Vendor service outcomes
- Customer disputes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12.2 Innovara’s total liability is limited to the fees paid to Innovara in the three (3) months preceding a claim.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovara Marketing Inc. and its affiliates from claims arising from:
- Use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Products or services offered through the Platform
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
14.2 Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
Innovara may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
