This Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration (“Declaration”) governs the submission of business listings on the Find It All platform, a brand owned and operated by Innovara Marketing Inc. (“Innovara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting a business listing, the individual or entity (“Listing User”) agrees to the terms below.
1. PURPOSE OF BUSINESS LISTINGS
1.1 Find It All provides a business discovery and directory platform that allows users to list publicly available or authorized business information.
1.2 A business listing does not imply ownership, endorsement, certification, or verification by Innovara unless explicitly stated.
2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
2.1 The Listing User confirms that:
- The information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge
- The information is either publicly available or the Listing User has authorization to submit it
2.2 The Listing User agrees not to submit:
- False or misleading information
- Impersonated or fraudulent listings
- Information intended to harm or misrepresent a business
3. REQUIRED INFORMATION (MINIMUM)
To submit a listing, at least one of the following must be provided:
- Business name
- Website URL
- Google Maps listing or pin
- Company registration number or document
Innovara reserves the right to remove incomplete or unverifiable listings.
4. NO OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL
4.1 Listing a business does not grant the Listing User:
- Ownership of the business profile
- Access to business dashboards or CRM
- Authority to sell products or services
4.2 Business owners may claim their listing at any time to unlock full platform features.
5. UNCLAIMED BUSINESS STATUS
5.1 Businesses listed but not claimed will be marked as:
“Unclaimed Business”
5.2 Unclaimed businesses:
- Cannot accept payments
- Cannot receive leads directly
- Cannot access analytics or marketing tools
6. RIGHT TO CLAIM BY BUSINESS OWNER
6.1 The rightful business owner or authorized representative may:
- Claim the listing
- Verify ownership
- Update or correct information
6.2 Innovara may request verification before transferring control of a listing.
7. MODERATION & REMOVAL
7.1 Innovara reserves the right to:
- Review listings for accuracy and compliance
- Edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate policies
- Respond to takedown or correction requests
7.2 Innovara is not obligated to publish or retain any listing.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Innovara is not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in listing information
- Disputes between Listing Users and business owners
- Reliance on listing information by third parties
8.2 Listings are provided “as-is” for informational purposes only.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
The Listing User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Innovara Marketing Inc. and Find It All from any claims arising from:
- Inaccurate listings
- Unauthorized submissions
- Misuse of the platform
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Declaration is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a business listing on the Find It All platform, the Listing User confirms acceptance of this Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration.
