Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration

Find It All (“FIA”) helps people discover businesses and helps businesses present accurate information about themselves.
If you submit, manage, update or claim a business profile on FIA, the information you provide should be accurate, current and authorized.
By submitting, managing, updating or claiming a business profile on Find It All, you agree to this Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not submit, manage or claim a business profile on FIA.
Your Authority
You confirm that you are authorized to provide or manage information for the business.
You may be the:
business owner;
director or officer;
authorized employee or manager;
authorized agency or marketing representative; or
another person legitimately authorized to act for the business.
You must not claim or manage a business profile while pretending to have authority that you do not have.
Claiming a Business on Find It All
Some businesses may already appear on FIA before the owner or authorized representative has taken control of the profile.
If you are authorized to represent the business, you may request to claim that profile.
By claiming your business on Find It All, you agree to this Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration.
When you claim a business, you confirm that:
you are authorized to represent or manage the business;
the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you will not use false or misleading information to obtain control of the profile; and
you understand that FIA may ask for additional information to confirm your authority.
Claiming Does Not Mean FIA Endorses Your Business
Claiming a business profile allows an eligible owner or authorized representative to manage that business’s FIA profile.
It does not mean that FIA has:
verified every business detail;
verified every licence or permit;
verified insurance;
verified every professional credential;
certified the business;
endorsed the business;
guaranteed its products or services; or
guaranteed customer satisfaction.
FIA verification statuses have specific meanings explained in our Business Verification Standards.
Provide Accurate Business Information
You confirm that information you provide to FIA is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
This may include:
business name;
business category;
address;
service area;
telephone number;
email address;
website;
business hours;
business description;
products and services;
pricing where displayed;
photographs;
logos;
social-media links;
qualifications;
credentials; and
other information shown on the business profile.
Keep Your Listing Current
Business information can change.
If you manage your business profile on FIA, you are responsible for making reasonable efforts to keep important information accurate and current.
This is especially important for:
contact information;
address;
website;
opening hours;
products and services;
availability;
service area;
ownership information; and
whether the business is still operating.
Do Not Provide False or Misleading Information
You must not knowingly submit or maintain materially false or misleading information.
This includes misleading claims about:
business ownership;
business locations;
prices;
qualifications;
licences;
permits;
certifications;
professional standing;
insurance;
awards;
years in business;
affiliations;
endorsements;
products;
services; or
other important business information.
FIA may ask for supporting information where appropriate.
Licences, Certifications and Professional Status
If your business operates in a regulated field, your business remains responsible for maintaining any licence, registration, permit or professional authorization required for its activities.
Do not state or imply that your business is:
licensed;
government approved;
government certified;
professionally accredited;
insured;
registered with a regulator; or
otherwise professionally authorized
unless that statement is accurate.
Being listed on FIA does not mean FIA has independently checked every regulatory requirement.
Photos, Logos and Other Content
You may provide business materials such as:
logos;
photographs;
product images;
videos;
descriptions;
graphics;
menus;
testimonials; or
other business content.
You confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed to provide and use that material.
You must not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights.
People Appearing in Your Content
If photographs, videos or other materials contain identifiable people, you are responsible for having any permission that may reasonably be required to provide and publish that content.
Particular care should be taken where content involves children or sensitive personal information.
Testimonials Must Be Genuine
Any customer testimonial or quotation you provide must be genuine.
You must not provide:
fabricated testimonials;
fake customers;
invented quotations;
testimonials changed in a way that alters their meaning; or
testimonials used without required permission.
Reviews Are Separate From Your Business Listing
Business listings and customer reviews are separate parts of FIA.
Submitting, managing or claiming your business profile does not allow you to:
create fake reviews;
remove legitimate negative reviews;
manipulate ratings;
pressure customers to leave positive reviews;
suppress genuine criticism; or
receive preferential treatment for reviews.
Reviews are governed by FIA’s Reviews & Ratings Policy.
A Listing Does Not Automatically Mean Verification
A business appearing on FIA does not automatically mean that FIA has:
verified the business owner;
verified every listing detail;
checked every licence;
checked every insurance policy;
verified every professional credential; or
endorsed the business.
Different FIA listing and verification statuses have different meanings.
Please refer to the Business Verification Standards for more information.
Community Listed Businesses
Some businesses may appear on FIA for discovery purposes before an owner or authorized representative claims the profile.
A Community Listed business is not automatically:
Owner Verified;
Platform Verified;
endorsed by FIA; or
certified by FIA.
If you are authorized to represent a Community Listed business, you may request to claim the profile.
Confirming Your Authority
FIA may take reasonable steps to confirm that a person claiming a business appears authorized to manage that business profile.
You may be asked to provide additional information where necessary.
Providing false or fraudulent information to gain control of a business profile is prohibited.
This includes:
fabricated documents;
false contact information;
impersonated identities;
unauthorized email addresses;
misleading ownership information; or
fraudulent evidence.
False claim information may result in rejection of the claim, loss of profile control, removal of verification status or other action under FIA’s policies.
Your Business Content Remains Yours
You retain ownership of business materials that you own.
Submitting your original content to FIA does not transfer ownership of that content to Innovara Marketing Inc.
Permission to Display Your Business Content
By submitting business content to FIA, you give Innovara Marketing Inc. permission to use that material as reasonably necessary to display, operate and promote your FIA business profile and the FIA Platform.
This may include displaying, formatting, resizing, storing, reproducing and publishing the material through FIA.
This permission is non-exclusive.
Separate terms may apply if you purchase a Business Story, marketing service or another FIA service.
Information on Your Public Profile
Information entered into public business-profile fields may be visible to FIA visitors.
Do not place private information into public profile areas if you do not want that information publicly displayed.
Personal Information
Innovara Marketing Inc. handles personal information through FIA according to our Privacy Policy.
If you provide personal information about another person, you are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide it where required.
Communications About Your Business Profile
FIA may contact you about matters related to your business profile, including:
listing accuracy;
profile management;
your business claim;
verification;
security;
policy compliance;
requested updates; or
support.
These communications are separate from optional promotional marketing.
Claiming or managing a business profile does not require you to agree to unrelated marketing communications.
Your Business Remains Independent
Listing or claiming your business on FIA does not make your business:
an employee of FIA;
an employee of Innovara Marketing Inc.;
an FIA franchise;
a partner of Innovara Marketing Inc.;
a joint venture with FIA; or
an FIA agent.
Your business remains independently responsible for its own operations.
Your Business Responsibilities
Your business remains responsible for its own:
products and services;
prices;
promotions;
customers;
employees;
contractors;
warranties;
licences;
permits;
insurance;
taxes;
regulatory obligations; and
legal compliance.
Claiming Your Business Is Free From Paid-Service Obligations
Claiming an eligible business profile does not require you to purchase another paid FIA service.
Likewise, purchasing a paid FIA service does not automatically provide:
verification;
an endorsement;
positive reviews;
preferential review treatment; or
another trust status.
Additional FIA services are governed by their own applicable terms.
Changes in Ownership or Authority
If your authority to represent the business ends, you must not continue representing yourself as authorized to manage its FIA profile.
This may happen if:
the business is sold;
ownership changes;
your employment ends;
an agency relationship ends;
your authorization is withdrawn; or
you otherwise stop being authorized to act for the business.
A new claim or verification process may be required.
FIA May Take Action on Inaccurate or Unauthorized Listings
FIA may correct, restrict or remove business information where reasonably necessary because of matters such as:
material inaccuracies;
fraudulent information;
impersonation;
unauthorized profile control;
prohibited content;
intellectual-property violations;
business closure; or
another violation of FIA’s policies.
If Someone Has Claimed Your Business Without Permission
If you believe someone is managing or has claimed your business profile without authorization, please use our Report a Concern / Abuse page.
Where possible, provide the business name, FIA profile and an explanation of your relationship to the business.
By Claiming or Managing Your Business, You Confirm
By continuing to submit, manage or claim a business profile on FIA, you confirm that:
you are authorized to act for the business;
the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you are not intentionally providing false or misleading information;
you have appropriate rights or permissions for the content you provide;
you understand that a listing or claim is not an FIA certification or endorsement;
you understand that FIA may ask for information to confirm your authority; and
you agree to this Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration and FIA’s applicable Terms of Service.
What Claiming Your Business Does Not Guarantee
Claiming a business profile does not automatically give your business:
FIA endorsement;
government certification;
Platform Verified status;
preferential search placement;
positive reviews;
removal of legitimate negative reviews;
a paid FIA plan;
a Business Story; or
guaranteed traffic, leads, customers, sales or revenue.
