Help Us Keep Find It All Trustworthy
Find It All (“FIA”) is designed to help people discover businesses, share genuine experiences and participate in a trustworthy business ecosystem.
If you see something on FIA that you believe may involve fraud, impersonation, abuse, fake information or another serious concern, please let us know.
Use the form on this page to report the issue and provide enough information for us to understand what happened.
What You Can Report
You can contact FIA about concerns involving matters such as:
a fake or fraudulent business;
business impersonation;
individual impersonation;
someone pretending to represent FIA;
an unauthorized business-profile claim;
false or manipulated verification information;
misuse of an FIA verification badge;
fake reviews;
coordinated review manipulation;
review extortion;
threats or serious harassment;
privacy abuse or doxxing;
phishing;
scams;
suspicious payment activity;
spam;
malicious links;
account compromise;
cybersecurity concerns;
Affiliate abuse;
FIA Service Partner concerns;
harmful or prohibited content; or
another serious FIA Platform concern.
If you are unsure whether your issue belongs here, submit the report and explain what happened.
Fake or Fraudulent Businesses
Please report a business if you reasonably believe that:
the business does not exist;
another business is being impersonated;
its identity has been fabricated;
important contact information has been deliberately falsified;
the listing is being used as part of a scam; or
materially false business information is being presented.
Where possible, include the FIA business-profile link.
Unauthorized Business Claims
If you believe someone has taken control of or claimed a business profile without authority, please report it.
Examples may include someone:
falsely claiming to be the owner;
pretending to be an authorized employee;
impersonating a business representative;
submitting misleading ownership information; or
gaining control of a profile without authorization.
FIA may request additional information from the relevant parties before changing profile control.
Verification Concerns
You can report concerns involving:
false verification information;
fake documents;
verification badge misuse;
altered FIA badges;
a badge copied from another business; or
misleading statements about what FIA verification means.
FIA verification does not mean that FIA:
guarantees a business;
guarantees its products or services;
certifies its quality;
guarantees customer satisfaction; or
provides government certification.
For more information, see our Business Verification Standards.
Fake Reviews & Review Manipulation
FIA wants reviews to reflect genuine experiences.
You may report suspected:
fabricated reviews;
reviews created by people pretending to be customers;
coordinated review rings;
purchased fake reviews;
fake competitor attacks;
duplicate-account manipulation;
undisclosed conflicts of interest; or
AI-generated reviews describing experiences that never occurred.
Review Extortion
You may also report situations where someone threatens to:
publish damaging reviews;
keep a review online;
create additional negative reviews; or
manipulate ratings
unless they receive money, free products, refunds or another improper benefit.
A Negative Review Is Not Automatically Abuse
A review should not be reported merely because:
it is negative;
a business disagrees with it;
the rating is low; or
the reviewer has a different opinion.
FIA may allow genuine positive, neutral and negative experiences to be shared.
Ordinary review disputes are handled under our Reviews & Ratings Policy.
Impersonation
Please report accounts, listings or communications that falsely present someone as:
another person;
another business;
an FIA employee;
FIA Customer Support;
FIA Verification;
Innovara Marketing Inc.;
an official FIA Affiliate;
an official FIA Service Partner; or
another FIA function
when that representation appears false or misleading.
Fraud, Scams & Phishing
Report suspected use of FIA to:
obtain money through deception;
steal personal information;
steal account credentials;
send phishing messages;
operate fake businesses;
create fraudulent referrals;
manipulate transactions; or
facilitate another scam.
If you believe your banking or payment information has been compromised, contact your financial institution or payment provider promptly.
You may also need to contact police or the appropriate fraud-reporting authority.
Suspicious FIA Messages
Be cautious with communications claiming to come from FIA that unexpectedly ask for:
passwords;
authentication codes;
full card details;
banking passwords;
urgent transfers;
sensitive identification; or
unusual payments.
Never send your FIA password through the form on this page.
Harassment, Threats & Doxxing
You can report serious conduct such as:
threats;
intimidation;
stalking;
repeated targeted harassment;
blackmail;
extortion;
publishing private information to cause harm; or
other serious abusive behaviour.
Strong criticism or disagreement is not automatically harassment.
FIA considers the surrounding context when reviewing a report.
Privacy Concerns
You may report inappropriate publication or misuse of information such as:
private addresses;
private contact information;
financial information;
government identification;
private medical information;
passwords;
sensitive verification documents; or
other personal information.
If your concern is about how Innovara Marketing Inc. itself handles your personal information, you may instead use the Policy, Privacy & Legal Enquiry form and select the relevant privacy request.
Child Safety
FIA treats serious concerns involving children with heightened care.
You may report content or activity involving suspected:
child exploitation;
grooming;
trafficking;
sexual extortion;
threats to a child; or
other serious child-safety concerns.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact 911 or local police.
Cybertip.ca is Canada’s national tipline for reporting the online sexual exploitation of children.
If suspected illegal child sexual-abuse material is involved, do not download or redistribute the material simply to send it to FIA. Provide the relevant page, account or content location instead.
Account Compromise
Report an FIA account if you notice signs such as:
unauthorized access;
unexpected profile changes;
suspicious password-reset activity;
changes you did not make;
business-profile control being changed unexpectedly; or
another sign of account compromise.
If you can safely access the account, change your password and secure your associated email account.
Do not provide your password to FIA through this form.
Cybersecurity Concerns
You may report suspected:
malicious links;
phishing pages;
malware;
fraudulent login pages;
credential theft;
malicious redirects; or
other security threats connected with FIA.
If you believe you have discovered an FIA security vulnerability, please report it responsibly and avoid:
accessing information you are not authorized to access;
downloading private information;
modifying another user’s data;
disrupting FIA services; or
publicly exposing sensitive technical details before FIA has a reasonable opportunity to review the matter.
The Canadian Centre for Cyber Security also provides a route for reporting cyber incidents in Canada. It advises contacting police or 911 where a cyber incident is criminal in nature or presents an imminent threat to life.
Affiliate Concerns
You may report an FIA Affiliate who appears to be involved in conduct such as:
misleading advertising;
undisclosed Affiliate promotion;
fake referrals;
fraudulent transactions;
cookie stuffing;
spam;
FIA impersonation;
unauthorized discounts;
fabricated testimonials; or
false claims about FIA.
FIA Service Partner Concerns
You may report concerns involving an FIA Service Partner where you believe there may be:
fraud;
impersonation;
misuse of FIA branding;
serious professional misconduct;
unauthorized FIA promises;
privacy abuse; or
another serious program violation.
An independent FIA Service Partner remains responsible for the specialist services it independently provides unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.
Business Story Concerns
You may report serious issues involving an FIA Business Story such as:
materially fabricated information;
unauthorized photographs;
false attribution;
impersonation;
intellectual-property abuse; or
another serious policy concern.
For an ordinary factual correction or Story-service question, use our Policy, Privacy & Legal Enquiry route instead.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
If your concern primarily involves:
copyright;
trademarks;
photographs;
creative work;
unauthorized content use; or
another intellectual-property matter,
please review our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
If intellectual property is being used as part of an active scam or impersonation, you may also report it through this page.
What Information Should You Provide?
The more clearly you describe the issue, the easier it is for FIA to understand what needs to be reviewed.
Where relevant, include:
business name;
FIA profile or page link;
account or username;
review link;
Affiliate link;
relevant date;
transaction or invoice reference;
screenshot;
relevant correspondence; and
a clear description of what happened.
Only provide information reasonably necessary for the report.
Supporting Evidence
You may include relevant supporting information where the form permits attachments.
Please remove unrelated sensitive information before uploading documents.
Do not submit:
passwords;
CVV/security codes;
complete payment-card details;
unnecessary banking information;
unrelated identification;
malware; or
illegal material.
Please Report in Good Faith
Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith.
Do not use FIA’s reporting process to:
harass another person;
attack a competitor;
silence a legitimate review;
interfere with another business;
obtain confidential information;
manipulate an account; or
knowingly submit false allegations.
A report is not considered false merely because FIA ultimately determines that no policy violation occurred.
What Happens After You Report Something?
FIA will review the information you submit.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
ask for additional information;
review relevant FIA records;
contact another affected party where appropriate;
correct information;
review a business claim;
review verification status;
review content;
restrict content or an account where appropriate; or
take another action permitted by FIA policies.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular result.
Temporary Action
In some cases, FIA may temporarily restrict content, profile control or account functionality while a serious concern is being reviewed.
A temporary restriction does not necessarily mean that FIA has made a final finding against the affected person or business.
Privacy of Reports
FIA does not ordinarily publish the identity of someone merely because they submitted a report.
However, information may need to be used or shared where reasonably necessary to:
investigate the issue;
obtain relevant information;
respond to the report;
protect FIA or its users;
comply with legal requirements; or
protect legal rights.
For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
We May Not Be Able to Share Every Investigation Detail
FIA may be unable to disclose certain information about an investigation or outcome.
This may include:
another person’s personal information;
confidential evidence;
security information;
fraud-detection methods;
legal information; or
other protected information.
External Authorities
Reporting something to FIA does not automatically report it to:
police;
emergency services;
financial institutions;
privacy regulators;
professional regulators; or
other government authorities.
Depending on the circumstances, you may need to make a separate report directly to the appropriate organization.
Emergencies
FIA is not an emergency service.
If there is an immediate threat to:
life;
physical safety;
a child;
property; or
another urgent emergency,
contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.
In Canada, call 911 where appropriate.
Do not wait for FIA to review an online report.

Please use the form below and explain what happened.
Where possible, include the relevant FIA:
business;
