Privacy Requests

You may use this form to ask about personal information that Innovara Marketing Inc. handles through FIA.

Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, this may include requests to:

Reviews & Ratings

You may use this form for ordinary questions or disputes involving an FIA review or rating.

Where possible, include the:

• business name;

• review link;

• approximate review date; and

• reason for your enquiry.

For suspected review extortion, coordinated fake reviews, serious harassment or fraudulent review manipulation, use Report a Concern / Abuse.

Billing, Payments & Refunds

For billing or refund questions, please include any relevant:

• invoice number;

• order number;

• transaction date;

• service name; or

• payment reference.

Do not enter your full credit-card number, debit-card number, CVV/security code or online-banking password into this form.

Emergencies

FIA is not an emergency-response service.

If there is an immediate threat to:

• life;

• physical safety;

• a child;

• property; or

• another urgent emergency,

contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.

Do not wait for an FIA form response in an emergency.

Before You Submit

Please provide enough information for us to understand your enquiry.

Where relevant, this may include:

• the FIA page or policy involved;

• business name;

• business profile link;

• account email;

• invoice or order reference;

• review link;

• Affiliate referral;

• relevant dates; and

• a clear description of what you need help with.

Please provide only information reasonably necessary for your request.

Protect Your Information

Please do not submit:

• passwords;

• security codes;

• full payment-card information;

• CVV numbers;

• online-banking passwords;

• unnecessary government identification;

• unrelated financial records;

• unnecessary medical information; or

• other sensitive information that is not required for your enquiry.

If FIA needs additional sensitive information to verify a legitimate request, we may provide a more appropriate way to submit it.

What Happens After You Submit?

Once your enquiry is submitted:

1. FIA will receive and review your message.

2. Your enquiry will be directed to the appropriate FIA function.

3. We may contact you if clarification or additional information is required.

4. Where identity verification is necessary, we may ask you to complete an additional verification step.

5. We will respond according to the nature of the request and any applicable legal requirements.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a particular:

• refund;

• verification result;

• review decision;

• enforcement action;

• account decision; or

• other requested outcome.
