Investor Ready / Launch Pro is designed for businesses that need a more advanced level of planning and launch preparation. This can include founders preparing for lender or investor conversations, more complex launches, expansion or greater scale. The package includes an investor-grade business plan, five-year financial planning, a premium pitch deck, investor-readiness review, advanced branding and digital work, CRM and lead-generation setup, enhanced sales collateral and a 90-day go-to-market roadmap.
Business registration assistance is included in all three Start & Grow plans. FIA / Innovara Marketing Inc. can help prepare and guide the applicable setup process, but government filing fees, name-search fees and similar charges are separate. Final registration and approval remain with the applicable government authority.
No. Government filing fees, registration charges, name searches, permits and similar government or regulatory costs are separate from the FIA professional-service price and are charged at the applicable external cost.
Yes, setup assistance is included according to the selected plan. Business Number / CRA setup assistance is included across all three plans. Business name and domain support are included, but domain registration, renewals, hosting and other third-party technology charges are generally separate unless they are expressly included in your approved scope or proposal.

Yes. An FIA Business Story is included in Start Essentials and Start & Launch. Investor Ready / Launch Pro includes a Premium Business Story within the approved package scope. FIA Business Stories are sponsored editorial features designed to help communicate the people, purpose and journey behind the business.
No. The plans include a defined amount of launch social content: three posts with Start Essentials, six posts with Start & Launch and twelve posts with Investor Ready / Launch Pro. Ongoing monthly social media management is a separate Business Growth Service if you want continued content creation and account support after launch.
No. Advertising or media spend is separate. Start & Launch can include basic lead-generation setup, while Investor Ready / Launch Pro can include campaign-ready preparation. Any actual advertising budget and ongoing paid-advertising management are separate unless expressly added to the agreed scope.

FIA does not guarantee approval, funding or investment.
The total timeline depends on the selected package, the complexity of the business, how quickly required information and approvals are provided, website and branding requirements, and any third-party or government processes involved. Your expected project sequence and timing should be established during onboarding once the agreed scope is confirmed. The plans also include different post-launch support periods: 7 days for Start Essentials, 30 days for Start & Launch and 60–90 days for Investor Ready / Launch Pro.
Your business does not have to stop growing when the Start & Grow engagement ends. If you need continued help, you can explore FIA Business Growth Services for website development, local SEO, social media management, paid advertising, Business Stories, integrated growth support, CRM, AI and automation. Any additional work is scoped separately so you can continue with the services that make sense for the next stage of your business.
If your business needs support that falls outside the services directly delivered by FIA / Innovara Marketing Inc., we may help identify an appropriate FIA Service Partner or other independent specialist where available.
This can include services that require different technical expertise, specialized implementation or regulated professional qualifications.
The goal is to help you keep moving forward without suggesting that FIA directly provides every type of business service.
FIA Service Partners are independent businesses or professionals that may work within the Find It All ecosystem in approved service categories or locations.
They are separate businesses from FIA and Innovara Marketing Inc., but may be connected to FIA through an approved Service Partner relationship that allows FIA to introduce eligible business opportunities, coordinate certain referrals or help customers access relevant services.
Service Partners remain responsible for their own professional services, advice, pricing, licences, insurance, qualifications and contractual obligations.
FIA may work with approved Service Partners in selected cities, service categories or areas of expertise.
Depending on the relationship, FIA may help promote the partner within the FIA ecosystem, refer or route eligible enquiries, or help connect a customer with a partner whose services appear relevant to the request.
This relationship does not make the Service Partner an employee of FIA, and it does not mean FIA guarantees the partner’s work, availability or outcome. Any professional engagement with the Service Partner should be governed by the applicable service agreement between the customer and that independent provider.
Where your business requires work that should be performed by a licensed or regulated professional, FIA will not present that work as being directly provided by FIA unless it is actually being delivered by an appropriately qualified provider.
