Businesses selling through the Find It All Marketplace are responsible for:

• compliance with applicable laws

Customers should carefully review product information before making purchases.

Our Role in Transactions

Find It All provides the platform where businesses and customers can discover and connect with one another.

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular service, Find It All is not a party to transactions between businesses and customers.

Businesses remain responsible for fulfilling orders, providing services, honouring warranties, and managing their own customer relationships.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information provided by businesses before making purchasing decisions.

Resolving Concerns

If a customer experiences an issue with a business, we encourage both parties to communicate directly first.

Many misunderstandings can be resolved through respectful conversation.

If a concern involves misuse of the Find It All platform or a potential violation of our policies, our team may review the matter and, where appropriate, communicate with the business to better understand the situation.

While we are happy to facilitate communication where appropriate, Find It All does not control, manage, supervise, or guarantee the day-to-day operations, products, services, pricing, or business decisions of independent businesses listed on our platform.

Reporting Problems

If you notice:

• misleading information
• fraudulent activity
• fake reviews
• impersonation
• inappropriate content
• abuse of the platform
• copyright concerns
• safety concerns

please report it to our team.

Our Commitment to Fairness

When reviewing reports, we aim to:

• own listed businesses
• operate listed businesses
• supervise employees of listed businesses
• guarantee products or services
• set pricing
• negotiate contracts
• inspect every product
• verify every statement made by a business
• guarantee customer satisfaction
• guarantee business performance
• act as a legal representative for businesses or customers
• provide legal, financial, or professional advice

We are the platform that helps people discover opportunities—not the operator of the independent businesses listed on it.
