Affiliate Application & Participation Declaration
Find It All (FIA)
A Brand under Innovara Marketing Inc.
Effective Date: 30th September 2026
Last Updated: 30th September 2026
Find It All (“FIA”), operated by Innovara Marketing Inc., may offer an Affiliate Program that allows approved participants to earn commission from eligible referrals.
The Affiliate Program is designed to reward genuine introductions that result in qualifying FIA purchases.
By submitting an Affiliate application or participating in the FIA Affiliate Program after approval, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Affiliate Application & Participation Declaration and the applicable FIA Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
About the FIA Affiliate Program
Approved FIA Affiliates may promote eligible FIA products or services using authorized referral methods.
Where an eligible referral results in a qualifying purchase and FIA’s applicable attribution requirements are satisfied, the Affiliate may earn commission according to the Affiliate Program Terms.
Participation does not guarantee earnings.
Applying Does Not Guarantee Acceptance
Submitting an Affiliate application does not automatically mean that you have been accepted into the FIA Affiliate Program.
FIA may consider matters such as:
the information supplied in your application;
your intended promotion methods;
compliance concerns;
brand suitability;
previous FIA activity;
fraud or abuse concerns; and
whether the Affiliate Program is available for your intended activity.
FIA may approve or decline an application subject to applicable law and FIA’s program requirements.
Your Application Information Must Be Accurate
You confirm that information provided in your Affiliate application is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You must not knowingly provide false or misleading information concerning matters such as:
your identity;
contact information;
business or organization;
website;
social-media accounts;
audience;
promotional methods; or
previous Affiliate activity.
Your Affiliate Account
If approved, you are responsible for your Affiliate account and any referral links or identifiers assigned to you.
You should take reasonable steps to protect your account and must not knowingly allow another person to misuse your Affiliate access.
Standard FIA Referral Commission
Unless a specific eligible offer states otherwise, FIA’s standard Affiliate model provides:
4% commission on the first qualifying sale attributed to the Affiliate.
The purchase must satisfy the applicable Affiliate Program Terms before commission is earned or payable.
First Qualifying Sale Only
Standard FIA Affiliate commission applies to the first qualifying sale under the applicable referral relationship.
Standard Affiliate participation does not automatically provide recurring commission on:
repeat purchases;
renewals;
subsequent subscriptions;
future purchases; or
other transactions by the same customer.
A specific FIA offer may have different rules only where FIA clearly identifies those rules.
24-Hour Referral Window
Where FIA’s Affiliate tracking is active, the standard attribution model uses a:
protected 24-hour first-valid-click window.
A valid Affiliate referral may establish the applicable attribution period.
If the qualifying purchase occurs within that period and the remaining program requirements are satisfied, the referral may be attributed to that Affiliate.
If the attribution period expires without a qualifying purchase, a later valid Affiliate referral may establish a new attribution period.
First-Valid-Click Attribution
Where more than one Affiliate referral is involved, FIA’s standard model uses the applicable first-valid-click rule during the protected attribution period.
An Affiliate must not interfere with another Affiliate’s valid referral through manipulation, forced clicks or other improper techniques.
Tracking Limitations
Affiliate attribution depends on FIA being reasonably able to identify a qualifying referral.
Attribution may be affected by circumstances such as:
expired referral windows;
disabled or blocked tracking;
changed browsers or devices;
deleted cookies;
incomplete referral information;
invalid links;
customer privacy choices; or
other technical limitations.
FIA does not require customers to accept optional tracking solely so that an Affiliate can receive commission.
Additional Tier-Eligible Services
Certain FIA services may be specifically identified as Tier Eligible.
For qualifying Tier-Eligible services, the Affiliate’s total commission rate may be determined according to eligible realized sales for the applicable month.
The current FIA tier structure is:
Below CAD $10,000: 10%
CAD $10,000–$24,999.99: 15%
CAD $25,000 or more: 20%
The maximum Affiliate commission rate under this tier structure is 20%.
The Initial 4% Is Part of the Final Commission
Where a qualifying Tier-Eligible transaction is subject to the monthly tier structure, the initial 4% is part of the final applicable commission rate.
It is not an additional 4% on top of the final tier.
For example, where the final applicable rate is 15%, the Affiliate does not receive 4% + 15%.
The total applicable commission is 15%, subject to the Affiliate Program Terms.
When Commission Becomes Eligible
For qualifying transactions, the initial commission component may be recognized after FIA has received the qualifying customer payment.
Where a Tier-Eligible service requires completion or another applicable service milestone, any remaining tier adjustment may be determined after:
the applicable service milestone has been reached; and
the Affiliate’s monthly tier has been finalized.
Commission may be adjusted for transactions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible under the Affiliate Program Terms.
What Counts Toward Affiliate Tiers
Not every FIA purchase automatically increases an Affiliate’s monthly tier.
Only sales or services that FIA identifies as Tier Eligible count toward the applicable tier calculation.
Ordinary FIA-site purchases do not automatically count toward the tier structure merely because an Affiliate earned standard commission on the sale.
Payouts
Eligible Affiliate balances are paid according to FIA’s Affiliate Program Terms.
FIA’s current target is to process eligible prior-period Affiliate payouts around the 15th of the applicable month, subject to review, payment processing and other applicable requirements.
The standard minimum payout threshold is:
CAD $50
Balances below the applicable threshold may be carried forward until the threshold is reached, subject to the Affiliate Program Terms.
A target payout date is not a guarantee that every payment will settle on that exact date.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their own tax obligations arising from Affiliate income.
Where FIA is required by law to collect tax information, issue records, make deductions or comply with reporting obligations, Affiliates must reasonably cooperate.
Affiliate Disclosure
If you promote FIA because you may receive a commission or other benefit, that relationship must be clearly disclosed where required.
Your audience should be able to understand that you may benefit financially if they purchase through your referral.
A disclosure should be clear, prominent and appropriate to the way the promotion is presented.
You must follow FIA’s Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines.
Do Not Hide Your Affiliate Relationship
You must not deliberately hide the fact that you may receive commission from a referral.
A disclosure should not be intentionally buried where an ordinary viewer is unlikely to notice it.
Simply posting an Affiliate link does not necessarily make the commercial relationship obvious to the audience.
Be Truthful When Promoting FIA
You must not make false or misleading statements about FIA.
Do not make unauthorized claims about:
prices;
discounts;
services;
features;
verification;
earnings;
results;
guarantees;
Marketplace functionality;
customer outcomes; or
FIA’s relationship with you.
You may promote only offers and information that FIA has actually made available.
Do Not Promise Business Results
You must not tell customers that purchasing an FIA service guarantees:
rankings;
website traffic;
enquiries;
leads;
customers;
bookings;
sales;
revenue;
business growth; or
return on investment
unless FIA has expressly provided a specific written guarantee for that particular offer.
Do Not Claim to Work for FIA
Being an FIA Affiliate does not make you:
an employee of FIA;
an employee of Innovara Marketing Inc.;
an FIA Service Partner;
an FIA sales employee;
a franchisee;
a legal representative;
a general agent; or
a person authorized to enter contracts on behalf of FIA.
You must not describe yourself in a way that creates that impression.
Affiliate and Service Partner Are Different Roles
An Affiliate primarily earns commission from eligible referrals according to the Affiliate Program Terms.
An FIA Service Partner may independently provide approved specialist services under a separate Service Partner arrangement.
Being approved as an Affiliate does not automatically make you a Service Partner.
Being a Service Partner does not automatically create Affiliate rights unless participation in both programs is separately approved.
No Authority to Change FIA Pricing
Affiliates must not:
create unauthorized FIA discounts;
change FIA pricing;
promise refunds on FIA’s behalf;
negotiate FIA contracts without authority;
promise services FIA has not approved; or
make financial commitments on behalf of Innovara Marketing Inc.
Only FIA’s current authorized offers and pricing should be promoted.
No Self-Referrals
The Affiliate Program is intended to reward genuine third-party referrals.
You must not use your Affiliate link or attribution method to generate commission from:
your own purchase;
a purchase you control;
a business you control where FIA treats the transaction as a self-referral; or
another arrangement created primarily to generate Affiliate commission rather than a genuine referral.
No Fake or Manipulated Transactions
You must not attempt to earn commission through:
fabricated customers;
fake accounts;
fraudulent payments;
sham transactions;
coordinated transaction manipulation;
unauthorized payment methods;
refund manipulation; or
other artificial activity.
No Cookie Stuffing or Forced Attribution
You must not attempt to place or trigger Affiliate attribution without a genuine referral interaction.
Prohibited behaviour includes techniques commonly described as:
cookie stuffing;
forced clicks;
hidden referral links;
misleading redirects;
invisible frames;
automatic referral activation; or
other artificial attribution methods.
No Misleading Domain or Brand Use
You must not create a website, social account, advertisement or identity that falsely appears to be an official FIA property.
You must not intentionally use FIA branding in a way that causes people to believe they are dealing directly with FIA when they are actually dealing with an independent Affiliate.
FIA Branding
If FIA gives you approved Affiliate marketing materials or permission to use particular brand assets, you may use them only for the authorized purpose.
You must not:
materially alter FIA logos in a misleading way;
create fake FIA badges;
create fake verification certificates;
imply FIA endorsement of you beyond Affiliate participation; or
register misleading FIA-branded identities.
Permission to use Affiliate materials may end when your Affiliate participation ends.
Paid Advertising
Affiliates must follow any FIA rules applicable to paid advertising.
You must not use advertisements that:
impersonate FIA;
misrepresent prices;
make unsupported claims;
conceal the Affiliate relationship;
create fake urgency;
direct users through deceptive pages; or
otherwise violate FIA’s policies.
Email, Text and Direct Messaging
If you promote FIA through email, text message or another electronic messaging channel, you are responsible for complying with applicable requirements governing commercial electronic messages.
You must not send unlawful spam or use purchased, scraped or improperly obtained contact lists to promote FIA.
Where consent, sender identification or an unsubscribe mechanism is required, you are responsible for meeting those requirements.
Social Media
When promoting FIA on social media, you must make the Affiliate relationship understandable to the audience.
Disclosure requirements apply regardless of whether the promotion appears as:
a post;
Reel;
Story;
short video;
livestream;
caption;
review;
testimonial; or
other promotional content.
Testimonials and Personal Experience
If you describe your own experience with FIA, your statements must be genuine.
Do not:
fabricate personal experience;
invent customer experiences;
use fake testimonials; or
make performance claims that you cannot support.
Intellectual Property
You must respect the intellectual-property rights of FIA and third parties.
Affiliate participation does not transfer ownership of FIA’s:
trademarks;
logos;
website content;
graphics;
Business Stories;
photographs;
software; or
other protected material.
Customer Information
Affiliate participation does not give you a general right to receive FIA customer personal information.
If information is made available to you for an authorized purpose, you must use it responsibly and only for that purpose.
You must not sell, improperly disclose or misuse customer information.
Your Own Audience and Data Practices
If you collect personal information independently through your own:
website;
mailing list;
form;
social account;
CRM; or
other system,
you are responsible for your own privacy and legal obligations relating to that information.
Do not state that FIA controls your independent privacy practices unless that is actually the case.
No Guaranteed Earnings
FIA does not guarantee that an Affiliate will earn:
a particular commission amount;
a minimum monthly payment;
recurring income;
passive income;
a particular number of referrals;
a particular number of customers; or
any specific level of earnings.
Affiliate results depend on actual qualifying activity and the applicable Program Terms.
Commission May Be Reversed or Withheld
Commission may not be payable, or may be reversed or adjusted, where the associated transaction is:
refunded;
cancelled;
charged back;
fraudulent;
duplicated;
unpaid;
manipulated;
ineligible; or
otherwise excluded under the Affiliate Program Terms.
FIA may also review suspicious referral activity before releasing commission.
Program Changes
FIA may update eligible offers, commission structures, attribution rules or other Affiliate Program terms from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected in the applicable Affiliate Program Terms or communicated through an appropriate FIA channel.
Continued participation after an applicable change may be subject to the updated terms.
FIA May Review Affiliate Participation
FIA may review an Affiliate’s continued participation where there is a reasonable concern involving matters such as:
fraud;
misleading promotion;
spam;
undisclosed Affiliate relationships;
fake referrals;
self-referrals;
cookie stuffing;
impersonation;
misuse of FIA branding;
customer complaints; or
another serious policy violation.
Affiliate participation may be restricted or ended according to the Affiliate Program Terms.
Marketing Communications to Affiliates
FIA may contact you about operational matters relating to your:
application;
approval;
Affiliate account;
referral links;
commission;
payout;
compliance;
program changes; or
participation.
These program communications are separate from optional unrelated marketing communications.
Privacy
Innovara Marketing Inc. may use information submitted through the Affiliate Program to:
assess Affiliate applications;
administer Affiliate accounts;
attribute eligible referrals;
calculate commissions;
process payouts;
prevent fraud;
investigate suspicious activity;
maintain program records; and
comply with applicable obligations.
Personal information is handled according to FIA’s Privacy Policy.
