Service Partner Application Acknowledgement

Find It All (FIA)
A Brand under Innovara Marketing Inc.

Effective Date: 30th September 2026
Last Updated: 30th September 2026

Find It All (“FIA”), operated by Innovara Marketing Inc., may work with selected independent service providers through the FIA Service Partner Program.

Service Partners may help businesses access specialist services through the broader FIA ecosystem.

Applying to become an FIA Service Partner does not automatically mean that you have been accepted into the program.

By submitting or continuing with an FIA Service Partner application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Service Partner Application Acknowledgement.

About the FIA Service Partner Program

The FIA Service Partner Program is intended to connect FIA with qualified independent businesses or professionals that may be able to provide specialist services to FIA customers or businesses.

Depending on the approved category, a Service Partner may provide services such as:

  • professional business services;

  • creative services;

  • technology services;

  • marketing-related services;

  • operational support;

  • business-launch services;

  • specialist consulting; or

  • other approved services.

The services available through the program may change over time.

Applying Does Not Guarantee Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee that you or your business will be accepted as an FIA Service Partner.

FIA may consider factors such as:

  • experience;

  • qualifications;

  • service category;

  • location;

  • business needs;

  • available capacity;

  • reputation;

  • insurance where applicable;

  • regulatory requirements;

  • service quality;

  • customer experience; and

  • overall fit with the FIA Service Partner Program.

FIA may approve or decline an application at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Your Application Information Must Be Accurate

You confirm that information provided in your Service Partner application is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

This may include information about:

  • your name;

  • business name;

  • contact information;

  • experience;

  • qualifications;

  • services;

  • service areas;

  • pricing information;

  • portfolio;

  • licences;

  • certifications;

  • insurance;

  • references; and

  • other information submitted with your application.

You must not knowingly submit materially false or misleading information.

Your Authority

If you are applying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to submit the application and provide the information included in it.

You must not apply in the name of another business without appropriate authority.

Qualifications and Professional Claims

Any professional qualification, licence, certification, accreditation or similar credential you state in your application must be accurate.

You must not state or imply that you are:

  • licensed;

  • certified;

  • accredited;

  • insured;

  • professionally registered; or

  • otherwise qualified

unless that statement is accurate.

Where your service requires a professional or regulatory authorization, you remain responsible for maintaining it.

FIA May Request Supporting Information

FIA may ask for reasonable additional information before deciding whether to accept a Service Partner application.

This may include information supporting:

  • identity;

  • business registration;

  • experience;

  • professional qualifications;

  • licences;

  • insurance;

  • portfolio work;

  • references; or

  • other relevant application information.

Please provide only information reasonably requested for the application.

Do Not Submit Fraudulent Information

You must not submit:

  • fake licences;

  • altered certificates;

  • fabricated insurance documents;

  • false references;

  • misleading portfolio work;

  • impersonated identities;

  • fabricated business records; or

  • other fraudulent information.

Providing false or misleading application information may result in rejection or removal from the FIA Service Partner Program.

Selection May Be Limited

FIA may select Service Partners according to particular:

  • service categories;

  • locations;

  • markets;

  • business needs; or

  • program requirements.

Acceptance into one category or area does not automatically authorize you to represent yourself as an FIA Service Partner in every category or location.

Category and Location

If you are accepted for a particular service category or location, your Service Partner participation applies only to the category, market or scope confirmed by FIA.

You must not represent that your approval extends beyond the scope actually granted to you.

Program Term

Where FIA appoints a Service Partner for a defined program term, the applicable appointment or Service Partner Agreement will state that term.

A selected category or location may be assigned for a 12-month term where that is the arrangement confirmed by FIA.

The existence of a term does not create ownership of a territory or a permanent right to future work.

No Ownership of a City or Territory

Being selected as an FIA Service Partner for a particular location does not mean you:

  • own that city or territory;

  • receive a franchise territory;

  • receive permanent exclusivity;

  • own FIA customers in that area; or

  • have a permanent right to FIA opportunities.

Any exclusivity or special arrangement must be expressly confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

No Guaranteed Leads

FIA does not guarantee that acceptance into the Service Partner Program will result in:

  • a minimum number of leads;

  • customer enquiries;

  • referrals;

  • projects;

  • contracts;

  • bookings;

  • sales;

  • revenue; or

  • income.

Opportunities may vary significantly by:

  • location;

  • service category;

  • customer demand;

  • season;

  • price;

  • availability;

  • performance; and

  • other factors.

No Guaranteed Revenue or Return

Participation in the FIA Service Partner Program is not a guarantee of:

  • earnings;

  • revenue;

  • profit;

  • customer volume;

  • business growth; or

  • return on investment.

You remain responsible for evaluating whether participation is appropriate for your own business.

Application Is Not Employment

Applying to or participating in the FIA Service Partner Program does not by itself make you an employee of Innovara Marketing Inc.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, an FIA Service Partner operates as an independent business or independent service provider.

No Franchise Relationship

The FIA Service Partner Program is not intended to create a franchise merely because a Service Partner may:

  • receive referrals;

  • be identified as an FIA Service Partner;

  • follow applicable program standards; or

  • participate in FIA’s business ecosystem.

A Service Partner does not own or operate Find It All.

No General Authority to Represent FIA

Service Partner participation does not give you general authority to:

  • enter contracts on behalf of FIA;

  • collect money on behalf of FIA unless specifically authorized;

  • make commitments for FIA;

  • change FIA pricing;

  • promise FIA discounts;

  • guarantee FIA results;

  • speak for Innovara Marketing Inc.; or

  • represent yourself as an employee of FIA.

You may describe your relationship only in a way consistent with the Service Partner status actually granted to you.

Your Services Remain Your Responsibility

Unless the applicable customer arrangement expressly states otherwise, you remain responsible for the specialist services you provide.

This may include responsibility for:

  • defining your service scope;

  • performing the work;

  • meeting professional standards;

  • managing your staff or contractors;

  • customer communication;

  • project delivery;

  • warranties or corrections;

  • licences;

  • permits;

  • insurance;

  • professional obligations;

  • taxes; and

  • legal compliance.

Customer Agreements

Where you provide services independently to an FIA-referred customer, the applicable service relationship may require a separate agreement between you and the customer.

You should clearly explain:

  • what you will provide;

  • what is excluded;

  • pricing;

  • payment terms;

  • timelines;

  • responsibilities; and

  • any relevant service conditions.

Do not create the impression that FIA has guaranteed your work unless FIA expressly states otherwise.

Pricing

You must not make false or misleading statements about:

  • your prices;

  • FIA prices;

  • discounts;

  • savings;

  • promotional offers; or

  • expected customer results.

Where FIA has agreed to a particular pricing or commercial arrangement with you, you must follow that arrangement.

Service Quality

If accepted as a Service Partner, you are expected to provide services professionally and in good faith.

This includes:

  • communicating clearly;

  • responding within reasonable timeframes;

  • treating customers respectfully;

  • providing services within the agreed scope;

  • avoiding deceptive practices; and

  • addressing legitimate service concerns appropriately.

Customer Information

You may receive information about FIA customers or businesses where necessary to provide a service.

You must handle that information responsibly and only for appropriate purposes connected with the service.

You must not misuse customer information for:

  • unrelated marketing;

  • resale;

  • unauthorized disclosure;

  • identity misuse;

  • harassment; or

  • another unrelated purpose.

Your own privacy obligations may also apply.

Confidential Information

If you receive non-public information from FIA or a customer, you must not improperly disclose or use that information.

Additional confidentiality obligations may apply under the FIA Service Partner Agreement or another written agreement.

Intellectual Property

You must respect the intellectual-property rights of:

  • FIA;

  • Innovara Marketing Inc.;

  • customers;

  • other businesses; and

  • third parties.

You may not copy or use FIA branding, content, documents or materials beyond the permission provided to you.

FIA Branding

If you are accepted into the program, FIA may provide rules for how you may describe or display your Service Partner relationship.

You must not create:

  • unauthorized FIA logos;

  • fake verification badges;

  • misleading FIA certificates;

  • false partnership announcements; or

  • materials suggesting ownership of FIA.

Permission to use FIA branding may end if your participation ends.

Marketing Your Service Partner Status

If approved, you may describe yourself as an FIA Service Partner only while you remain authorized to do so.

You must not imply that:

  • FIA guarantees your services;

  • FIA certifies your professional competence;

  • FIA guarantees customer satisfaction;

  • you are an employee of FIA;

  • you own FIA;

  • you operate an FIA franchise; or

  • FIA guarantees your business results.

Referrals and Customer Choice

Where FIA introduces a potential customer to a Service Partner, the customer remains free to decide whether to proceed with the Service Partner.

An introduction does not guarantee a sale or contract.

Likewise, FIA may determine how opportunities are introduced or distributed according to the applicable program arrangement.

Customer Complaints

If a customer raises a legitimate concern about your services, you are expected to cooperate reasonably in addressing it.

FIA may review concerns involving matters such as:

  • fraud;

  • serious service misconduct;

  • misleading representations;

  • unauthorized FIA claims;

  • privacy abuse;

  • repeated customer complaints; or

  • other serious program concerns.

FIA May Review Continued Participation

Acceptance into the Service Partner Program does not guarantee permanent participation.

FIA may review continued participation where appropriate, including where there are concerns about:

  • service quality;

  • customer experience;

  • qualifications;

  • insurance;

  • professional status;

  • policy compliance;

  • fraudulent conduct;

  • misleading FIA representations; or

  • program suitability.

The applicable Service Partner Agreement governs the final terms of an accepted partner relationship.

Application and Final Appointment Are Different

This acknowledgement applies to your application.

If FIA accepts your application, you may be required to enter into a separate FIA Service Partner Agreement before you are formally appointed or begin receiving opportunities.

That agreement may include additional terms concerning:

  • services;

  • category;

  • location;

  • term;

  • referrals;

  • fees;

  • responsibilities;

  • confidentiality;

  • branding;

  • customer relationships;

  • insurance;

  • termination; and

  • other program requirements.

Submitting this application alone does not create a final Service Partner appointment.

Privacy

Innovara Marketing Inc. may collect and use information submitted through your application to:

  • assess the application;

  • contact you;

  • verify relevant information;

  • administer the Service Partner Program;

  • prevent fraud;

  • maintain program records; and

  • comply with applicable obligations.

Personal information is handled according to FIA’s Privacy Policy.

Marketing Communications Are Separate

Submitting a Service Partner application allows FIA to contact you about your:

  • application;

  • eligibility;

  • verification;

  • onboarding;

  • program participation; or

  • related operational matters.

This is separate from optional consent to receive unrelated promotional marketing from FIA.

By Applying, You Confirm

By submitting or continuing with an FIA Service Partner application, you agree to this Service Partner Application Acknowledgement.

You confirm that:

  • the information in your application is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • you are authorized to apply on behalf of the business where applicable;

  • your stated qualifications, licences and professional claims are genuine;

  • FIA may request reasonable information to assess your application;

  • submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance;

  • acceptance does not guarantee leads, customers, projects, revenue or income;

  • an approved category or location does not give you ownership of a territory;

  • Service Partner participation does not automatically create employment, franchise, partnership or general agency with FIA;

  • you remain responsible for the independent services you provide;

  • you will not make unauthorized promises or representations on behalf of FIA; and

  • if accepted, your participation may be subject to a separate FIA Service Partner Agreement.
