Insurance Declaration & Acknowledgement

A Brand under Innovara Marketing Inc.

Effective Date: 30th September 2026
Last Updated: 30th September 2026

Insurance Declaration & Acknowledgement

Find It All (“FIA”), operated by Innovara Marketing Inc., may ask certain businesses or FIA Service Partners to provide information about their insurance where insurance is relevant to:

  • the services being offered;

  • the applicable business category;

  • participation in an FIA program;

  • a particular customer engagement; or

  • another reasonable risk or eligibility requirement.

If FIA asks you to complete an insurance declaration or provide proof of insurance, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and agree to this Insurance Declaration & Acknowledgement.

When This Declaration Applies

This Declaration applies where FIA specifically asks a business, professional or Service Partner to:

  • confirm that insurance is in place;

  • provide information about coverage;

  • provide proof of insurance;

  • maintain particular insurance as part of an applicable agreement; or

  • update previously provided insurance information.

Not every business listed on FIA will necessarily be asked to provide insurance information.

Your Responsibility for Insurance

Your business is responsible for determining what insurance is appropriate or required for its own operations.

This may depend on factors such as:

  • the services you provide;

  • your industry;

  • your location;

  • your employees or contractors;

  • your customers;

  • the property or equipment you use;

  • professional requirements;

  • contractual requirements; and

  • applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

FIA does not provide insurance advice and does not determine what coverage is sufficient for every business.

Where appropriate, you should obtain advice from a qualified insurance professional.

Your Insurance Information Must Be Accurate

If you state that you or your business is insured, that statement must be accurate.

Information provided to FIA must not intentionally misrepresent matters such as:

  • whether coverage exists;

  • the insured business or person;

  • the insurer;

  • the type of coverage;

  • policy limits;

  • the policy period;

  • expiry date;

  • cancellation status; or

  • another material aspect of the insurance information requested.

Proof of Insurance

Where appropriate, FIA may ask for reasonable proof that insurance is in place.

This may include information such as:

  • a certificate of insurance;

  • proof of coverage;

  • insurer information;

  • policy type;

  • applicable coverage limits;

  • effective date;

  • expiry date; or

  • another reasonable confirmation of coverage.

Provide only the information reasonably necessary for the request.

Do Not Send Unnecessary Sensitive Information

Insurance documents can sometimes contain information that FIA does not need.

Where appropriate, avoid providing unnecessary:

  • banking information;

  • payment-card details;

  • personal financial information;

  • unrelated policy information;

  • unrelated claims history;

  • government identification numbers; or

  • other sensitive information not required for the insurance review.

If you are unsure what FIA needs, contact us before providing unnecessary sensitive information.

Insurance Documents Must Be Genuine

Any insurance document or information you provide to FIA must be genuine.

You must not provide:

  • fabricated insurance certificates;

  • altered policy documents;

  • false insurer information;

  • false policy numbers;

  • expired coverage presented as current;

  • cancelled coverage presented as active; or

  • another false or misleading insurance record.

Submitting fraudulent insurance information may result in rejection, restriction or removal from the applicable FIA program or service.

Coverage Must Relate to the Correct Business

Insurance provided as evidence for a business or Service Partner should reasonably relate to the business, professional or entity that is providing the relevant services.

You must not use another person’s or business’s insurance to create a misleading impression that your own business is covered.

Coverage Must Be Current

Where current insurance is required for participation in a particular FIA program or service, the coverage must remain current for the applicable period.

An expired policy should not be presented as evidence of active insurance.

Changes to Your Insurance

If insurance information previously provided to FIA materially changes, you should notify FIA where the coverage remains relevant to your participation.

This may include circumstances where:

  • a policy expires;

  • coverage is cancelled;

  • coverage is suspended;

  • the insurer changes;

  • the insured business changes;

  • applicable coverage is materially reduced; or

  • the relevant policy is no longer in force.

Renewal

If continued insurance is a requirement of your FIA Service Partner Agreement or another applicable arrangement, you may be asked to provide updated proof following renewal.

A previous declaration does not automatically confirm that coverage remains active indefinitely.

Minimum Coverage Requirements

Where FIA requires a particular type or minimum level of insurance for a specific program, service category or engagement, that requirement will be communicated separately or included in the applicable agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the insurance you maintain satisfies the applicable requirement.

FIA does not create a universal insurance limit for every business merely through this Declaration.

Different Businesses Have Different Risks

Insurance appropriate for one business may not be appropriate for another.

Depending on the circumstances, businesses may maintain different forms of coverage.

This Declaration does not tell you which insurance products you should purchase.

You remain responsible for assessing your own needs with an appropriate insurance professional where necessary.

Service Partners

Where insurance is required for participation as an FIA Service Partner, the Service Partner remains responsible for:

  • obtaining the required insurance;

  • maintaining that coverage;

  • paying the applicable premiums;

  • understanding exclusions and conditions;

  • complying with insurer requirements; and

  • providing updated evidence where reasonably requested.

Acceptance as an FIA Service Partner does not mean Innovara Marketing Inc. assumes responsibility for the Service Partner’s insurance obligations.

Insurance Does Not Create Employment

Maintaining insurance as part of an FIA Service Partner relationship does not by itself create an employment relationship between the Service Partner and Innovara Marketing Inc.

The nature of the relationship is governed by the applicable Service Partner Agreement and the actual relationship between the parties.

Additional Insured Status

You should not list Find It All or Innovara Marketing Inc. as an additional insured unless FIA has specifically requested or agreed to that requirement in writing.

Likewise, providing ordinary proof of insurance does not automatically mean that Innovara Marketing Inc. is covered under your policy.

Where additional insured status is required for a particular arrangement, that requirement should be expressly stated.

FIA’s Review Is Limited

Where FIA reviews proof of insurance, FIA’s review is intended to determine whether the information appears to satisfy the applicable FIA requirement.

FIA is not your insurance broker, insurer or coverage adviser.

FIA’s review does not mean that FIA has independently determined that:

  • your insurance is sufficient for every possible risk;

  • every activity you perform is covered;

  • every exclusion has been reviewed;

  • every policy condition has been satisfied;

  • the insurer will accept a future claim; or

  • the policy will respond to every incident.

FIA Does Not Guarantee Insurance Coverage

A business displaying information indicating that it is insured should not be interpreted as a guarantee by FIA that a particular loss or customer claim will be covered.

Actual insurance coverage depends on matters such as:

  • the policy;

  • applicable limits;

  • exclusions;

  • endorsements;

  • policy conditions;

  • the circumstances of the incident; and

  • the insurer’s coverage determination.

FIA Is Not the Insurer

Innovara Marketing Inc. and Find It All do not become the insurer of a business merely because FIA:

  • asks for insurance information;

  • reviews a certificate;

  • records insurance information;

  • permits participation in an FIA program; or

  • allows the business to appear on FIA.

Any insurance claim must be handled according to the applicable insurance policy and insurer process.

Insurance Is Not an FIA Guarantee

The fact that a business has provided proof of insurance does not mean FIA:

  • guarantees the business;

  • endorses the business;

  • guarantees service quality;

  • guarantees customer satisfaction;

  • guarantees professional competence;

  • guarantees legal compliance;

  • guarantees that every customer loss will be covered; or

  • accepts responsibility for the business’s conduct.

Insurance and FIA Verification Are Different

Insurance information and FIA verification statuses serve different purposes.

Providing proof of insurance does not automatically provide:

  • Owner Verified status;

  • Platform Verified status;

  • a professional certification;

  • a government approval; or

  • another FIA status.

Likewise, an FIA verification status does not automatically mean that FIA has verified insurance unless FIA specifically states that insurance was included in the applicable check.

Do Not Make Misleading Insurance Claims

You must not use FIA to make an insurance claim that is false or misleading.

For example, do not represent that you have:

  • unlimited coverage;

  • coverage for every possible claim;

  • FIA-guaranteed insurance;

  • government-approved insurance; or

  • another insurance protection

unless the statement is accurate and supportable.

Public References to Insurance

Where insurance information is displayed publicly, any statement should accurately reflect what is known.

A public statement that a business has provided insurance information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of:

  • continuing coverage;

  • claim eligibility;

  • policy adequacy; or

  • future renewal.

Customers should ask the business directly where specific insurance coverage is important to their decision.

Customers May Request Their Own Confirmation

A customer may decide that insurance is important before entering into a service arrangement.

Customers remain free to ask a business or Service Partner for appropriate confirmation directly.

FIA should not be treated as a substitute for a customer’s own due diligence where insurance coverage is material to the engagement.

Customer Contracts May Require Different Coverage

An FIA requirement does not necessarily mean that your insurance satisfies every customer’s contractual requirements.

A particular customer, landlord, venue, contractor, government authority or other party may require different coverage.

You remain responsible for reviewing those requirements before accepting the engagement.

Insurance Does Not Replace Professional Requirements

Insurance is separate from:

  • licences;

  • permits;

  • registrations;

  • professional credentials;

  • certifications; and

  • other legal or professional authorizations.

Having insurance does not authorize a business to perform a regulated service that it is otherwise not permitted to provide.

Claims and Incidents

If an incident occurs involving services you provide, you remain responsible for taking the steps required under your own insurance arrangements.

This may include notifying your insurer within applicable timeframes.

FIA cannot submit an insurance claim on your behalf unless a separate arrangement expressly provides otherwise.

FIA May Request Updated Information

FIA may ask for updated insurance information where reasonably relevant to:

  • continued Service Partner participation;

  • a specific service category;

  • a customer engagement;

  • expiry of previously provided coverage;

  • material changes to your business; or

  • a legitimate concern about previously declared coverage.

If Required Insurance Is No Longer Maintained

Where maintaining insurance is an express requirement of an FIA program or agreement, failure to maintain that insurance may affect your eligibility to continue participating.

Depending on the circumstances, FIA may:

  • request updated information;

  • restrict the applicable participation;

  • pause applicable opportunities; or

  • end participation according to the relevant agreement.

False Insurance Information

Materially false or fraudulent insurance information may result in:

  • rejection of an application;

  • loss of eligibility;

  • suspension of Service Partner participation;

  • removal from an applicable program;

  • account restrictions; or

  • other action under FIA’s applicable terms and agreements.

Privacy

Innovara Marketing Inc. handles personal information contained in insurance documentation according to FIA’s Privacy Policy.

Where possible, provide business insurance information rather than unnecessary personal information.

By Providing Insurance Information, You Confirm

By submitting an insurance declaration or proof of insurance to Find It All, you agree to this Insurance Declaration & Acknowledgement.

You confirm that:

  • the insurance information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • any documents you provide are genuine;

  • coverage presented as active is currently in force to the best of your knowledge;

  • the insurance relates appropriately to the business or services for which it is being provided;

  • you will not intentionally misrepresent the type, amount or status of your coverage;

  • you remain responsible for determining and maintaining insurance appropriate to your business;

  • you understand that FIA is not your insurer, insurance broker or insurance adviser;

  • FIA’s review does not guarantee that your policy covers every activity, customer or claim;

  • providing proof of insurance does not constitute an FIA endorsement or guarantee;

  • you will provide updated information where continued insurance is an applicable FIA requirement and material coverage changes; and

  • you remain responsible for complying with any insurance requirement contained in your applicable FIA agreement.
