High-Risk Category Addendum
Find It All (FIA)
A Brand under Innovara Marketing Inc.
Effective Date: 30th September 2026
Last Updated: 30th September 2026
Some businesses operate in industries where inaccurate information may create greater legal, financial, health, safety or consumer risk.
For that reason, Find It All (“FIA”), operated by Innovara Marketing Inc., may require additional information or verification from businesses operating in certain regulated or higher-risk categories.
If FIA identifies this Addendum as applicable to your business, listing, claim or service category, you agree to comply with these additional requirements.
This Addendum supplements FIA’s other applicable terms and policies.
Why Additional Requirements May Apply
Some business activities may be subject to:
professional licensing;
government registration;
permits;
insurance requirements;
professional oversight;
safety requirements;
age restrictions;
specialized consumer-protection requirements; or
other legal or regulatory obligations.
The requirements applicable to a business may depend on:
the services provided;
the products offered;
the profession involved;
the business location;
where customers are located; and
applicable federal, provincial, territorial or municipal requirements.
FIA does not determine which laws apply to your business.
Your business remains responsible for determining and complying with its own obligations.
Categories That May Require Additional Review
Depending on the activity and jurisdiction, additional requirements may apply to businesses operating in areas such as:
healthcare and health-related services;
legal services;
immigration-related services;
financial services;
lending or credit-related services;
insurance;
childcare;
transportation;
regulated trades;
professional services;
accommodation-related services;
controlled or restricted products;
services involving vulnerable individuals;
services involving significant financial commitments; or
other activities where stronger trust or safety measures are appropriate.
This list is illustrative and is not exhaustive.
A category appearing on this list does not mean every business within that category is subject to exactly the same requirements.
FIA Is Not a Regulator
FIA is a business discovery and growth platform.
Innovara Marketing Inc. is not automatically the:
licensing authority;
professional regulator;
government agency;
accreditation body; or
enforcement authority
for businesses appearing on FIA.
FIA may review certain information for Platform purposes, but that does not replace any registration, licensing, inspection or approval required by the appropriate authority.
Your Responsibility to Be Legally Authorized
If your business requires a licence, registration, permit, certification or other authorization to provide a particular service, you are responsible for having the required authorization.
You must not use FIA to offer a regulated activity that you are not legally authorized to provide.
Licence and Registration Claims
If you state that you or your business is:
licensed;
registered;
certified;
accredited;
professionally regulated;
insured; or
authorized by a government or professional body,
that statement must be accurate.
Where appropriate, FIA may ask you to provide information supporting that claim.
Information FIA May Request
Depending on the category and the claim being made, FIA may request reasonable supporting information such as:
business registration information;
professional licence information;
permit information;
certification information;
regulator or professional-body information;
licence or registration number;
insurance information;
proof of business identity;
proof of authority to represent the business; or
another document reasonably connected with the relevant claim.
The information requested may vary depending on the business and service.
Use the Least Sensitive Information Reasonably Necessary
Where supporting information is requested, provide only the information reasonably necessary for the purpose.
Where appropriate, you may be able to redact information that FIA does not need.
Do not send unnecessary:
Social Insurance Numbers;
banking passwords;
full payment-card numbers;
unrelated financial records;
health records;
government identification unrelated to the request; or
other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
If you are unsure what information is required, contact FIA before sending highly sensitive documents.
Information Must Be Genuine
All documents and information provided to FIA must be genuine.
You must not submit:
altered licences;
fabricated certificates;
expired credentials presented as current;
fake insurance documents;
false licence numbers;
misleading regulator information;
forged permits;
impersonated identities; or
other fraudulent evidence.
Expired, Suspended or Revoked Credentials
You must not present an expired, suspended, revoked or otherwise invalid credential as current and valid.
If a material licence, registration, permit or professional authorization shown or relied upon through FIA:
expires;
is suspended;
is revoked;
becomes restricted;
changes materially; or
is no longer applicable,
you should promptly update the relevant information and stop making any claim that is no longer accurate.
Insurance Claims
If you state that your business is insured, the statement must be accurate.
Where FIA requires insurance for a particular program, service or category, you may be asked to provide appropriate confirmation.
Insurance requirements may differ depending on the type of business or service.
A reference to insurance on FIA does not mean FIA guarantees:
the amount of coverage;
every exclusion;
every policy condition;
that a particular customer claim will be covered; or
that the policy will remain active indefinitely.
Professional Credentials
If you advertise professional qualifications through FIA, you are responsible for ensuring those qualifications are accurately described.
Do not use:
a protected title;
professional designation;
certification;
accreditation;
membership claim; or
other credential
unless you are entitled to use it.
Individual Professionals and Businesses
A business may employ or work with multiple professionals.
A qualification held by one person does not automatically mean that:
every employee has that qualification;
every contractor has that qualification; or
the business itself holds the same professional credential.
Your FIA profile should not create a misleading impression about who holds a particular credential.
Regulated Services Must Be Described Accurately
Your business description should accurately identify the services you are authorized to provide.
You must not intentionally describe an unregulated or limited service in a way that creates the impression that you provide a regulated professional service when you do not.
Health-Related Claims
Businesses offering health, wellness or health-related products or services must take particular care not to make false or misleading claims concerning:
diagnosis;
treatment;
prevention;
cure;
medical outcomes;
professional qualifications; or
guaranteed results.
FIA may restrict unsupported or inappropriate health-related claims.
Financial and Insurance-Related Claims
Businesses providing financial, lending, credit, investment, insurance or similar services must accurately describe:
their services;
professional or regulatory status;
fees where advertised;
material conditions; and
any authorization they claim to hold.
You must not use FIA to create a false impression that a financial result, approval, return or outcome is guaranteed where it is not.
Legal and Immigration-Related Services
If you provide legal, immigration or related professional services, you are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to provide and advertise those services.
Do not represent yourself as a lawyer, licensed consultant, authorized representative or other regulated professional unless that representation is accurate.
Childcare and Services Involving Vulnerable Individuals
Businesses providing services involving children or other vulnerable individuals may be subject to additional legal, licensing, screening, insurance or safety requirements.
The business remains responsible for understanding and complying with those obligations.
An FIA listing does not replace the customer’s responsibility to make appropriate checks when choosing a provider.
Transportation and Safety-Sensitive Services
Where a service involves transportation, equipment operation, safety-sensitive activities or similar risks, the business remains responsible for applicable:
licensing;
permits;
insurance;
inspections;
certifications;
operator requirements; and
safety obligations.
Restricted or Controlled Products and Services
Some products or services may be legally restricted, age-restricted, controlled or prohibited.
FIA may restrict or prohibit listings or promotions involving products or services that:
cannot lawfully be offered;
cannot appropriately be offered through FIA;
create unacceptable safety or Platform risks; or
violate FIA’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Being technically able to submit a listing does not mean that the product or service is permitted on FIA.
No False Government Affiliation
You must not falsely state or imply that your business is:
government operated;
government endorsed;
officially approved by FIA;
regulator endorsed;
regulator recommended; or
affiliated with a government or professional body
unless the relationship is genuine and accurately described.
Do Not Use FIA Verification as a Substitute for Your Credentials
FIA verification statuses have specific meanings.
An Owner Verified or Platform Verified status does not replace:
a professional licence;
government registration;
a permit;
insurance;
accreditation;
a professional certification; or
another authorization required for your business.
You must not use an FIA badge or status to create that impression.
Additional Verification Does Not Equal Endorsement
Even where FIA has checked a licence, registration, credential or other document for a particular purpose, that check does not mean FIA:
guarantees the business;
recommends the business;
certifies professional competence;
guarantees legal compliance;
guarantees customer satisfaction;
guarantees future conduct; or
assumes responsibility for the business’s services.
Verification confirms only the specific information FIA states that it has checked.
Verification Reflects a Point in Time
Information may change after it is reviewed.
A licence or insurance policy that was valid at one time may later:
expire;
be cancelled;
become restricted;
be suspended; or
otherwise change.
Businesses remain responsible for keeping important information current.
FIA May Request Updated Information
Where reasonably appropriate, FIA may ask a business to provide updated information concerning:
licensing;
professional standing;
registration;
insurance;
authority;
ownership; or
another material qualification.
Failure to provide information reasonably required for a particular regulated or higher-risk claim may affect whether FIA can continue displaying that claim or related status.
FIA May Limit Certain Claims or Categories
FIA may decline, restrict or remove particular:
listings;
categories;
claims;
products;
services;
verification statuses; or
promotional statements
where reasonably necessary to address legal, regulatory, safety, fraud or Platform-integrity concerns.
FIA may also decide not to support a particular category where appropriate safeguards are not available.
Customers Should Still Make Their Own Checks
Even where a business appears on FIA or has an FIA verification status, customers should make their own decisions.
Where relevant, customers should consider independently confirming matters such as:
professional licensing;
registration status;
insurance;
qualifications;
pricing;
warranties;
permits; or
other information important to their decision.
Your Listing Must Remain Accurate
Businesses subject to this Addendum must make reasonable efforts to keep material profile information accurate.
You should promptly correct information that becomes materially inaccurate.
This obligation applies in addition to FIA’s Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration.
Changes to Your Services
If you add a new regulated or higher-risk service, you should ensure that:
you are authorized to provide it;
your profile describes it accurately;
required qualifications are current; and
any additional FIA requirements applicable to the service are satisfied.
Approval for one type of service does not automatically mean that every other regulated service may be added without additional review.
Changes in Ownership
If ownership or control of the business changes, any verification based on the previous owner or representative may need to be reviewed.
A new owner should not rely on another person’s authority or credentials where those credentials do not transfer.
Complaints or Regulatory Concerns
If FIA receives a credible concern relating to matters such as:
false credentials;
unlicensed activity;
impersonation;
expired licences;
fraudulent documentation;
serious safety concerns; or
misleading professional claims,
FIA may review the relevant listing or claim.
Where appropriate, FIA may request clarification or supporting information.
FIA Does Not Decide Every Regulatory Dispute
FIA may take action necessary to manage its own Platform, but it is not a substitute for a regulator, court or other competent authority.
Questions about whether a person or business is legally entitled to perform a regulated activity may ultimately need to be determined by the appropriate authority.
Privacy
Any personal information provided for additional verification is handled according to FIA’s Privacy Policy.
Please provide only information reasonably necessary for the applicable verification purpose.
By Continuing in an Applicable Category, You Confirm
If FIA identifies this High-Risk Category Addendum as applicable to your business, listing, claim or service category, you agree to this Addendum.
You confirm that:
information you provide about licences, credentials, registrations, permits and insurance is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you are legally responsible for determining whether your business requires any licence, registration, permit or professional authorization;
you will not advertise a qualification or authorization you do not hold;
supporting documents you provide are genuine;
you will make reasonable efforts to keep material regulatory and professional information current;
you will notify or update FIA where a material credential displayed or relied upon is no longer valid;
FIA verification is not a government certification or general endorsement;
FIA may request reasonable additional information before displaying certain regulated or higher-risk claims; and
FIA may restrict claims or listings where applicable requirements cannot reasonably be supported.
