Claim & Ownership Verification Declaration
Find It All (FIA)

Effective Date: 30th September 2026
Last Updated: 30th September 2026
Find It All (“FIA”) allows eligible business owners and authorized representatives to request control of business profiles appearing on the Platform.
Claiming a business helps FIA distinguish between an ordinary business listing and a profile being managed by someone who appears authorized to represent that business.
By submitting or continuing with a business claim on Find It All, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Claim & Ownership Verification Declaration.
If you are not authorized to represent the business, you should not submit or continue with the claim.
Who May Claim a Business?
You may submit a business claim if you are reasonably authorized to represent or manage the business.
This may include a:
business owner;
director or officer;
authorized employee;
authorized manager;
authorized agency or marketing representative;
legal representative; or
another person who has legitimate authority to act for the business.
Having access to a business’s public information alone does not give you authority to claim its FIA profile.
Your Declaration of Authority
By claiming the business, you confirm that:
you are authorized to represent or manage the business;
the business you are claiming is the correct business;
the information you provide to FIA is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you are not impersonating another person or organization;
you are not attempting to obtain profile access through deception; and
you will notify FIA if your authority to manage the business materially changes.
FIA May Verify Your Authority
FIA may take reasonable steps to determine whether you appear authorized to manage the business profile.
Depending on the circumstances, FIA may use one or more appropriate methods.
These may include confirmation through:
an official business email address;
a publicly listed business telephone number;
the business’s official website;
a business-controlled online account;
publicly available business information;
business registration or supporting records where reasonably necessary; or
another method that reasonably supports your authority to represent the business.
Not every business claim will require the same verification method.
Additional Information May Be Required
In some cases, FIA may need more information before approving a business claim.
This may happen where:
ownership is unclear;
more than one person claims the same business;
business information does not match;
the business is in a higher-risk or regulated category;
the available evidence is insufficient;
impersonation is suspected; or
another legitimate verification concern exists.
FIA may ask you to provide additional information reasonably necessary to resolve the issue.
Please Do Not Send Unnecessary Sensitive Information
FIA aims to use proportionate verification methods.
You should not provide highly sensitive information unless FIA specifically requests it for a legitimate verification purpose.
Do not send unnecessary:
Social Insurance Numbers;
complete banking information;
full payment-card numbers;
passwords;
security codes;
unrelated government identification;
unrelated financial documents; or
other sensitive personal information.
Where additional verification information is required, provide only what is reasonably necessary for the request.
Verification Information Must Be Genuine
Any document, account, email address, telephone number or other evidence you provide must be genuine and legitimately connected to your authority to represent the business.
You must not submit:
altered documents;
fabricated records;
fake identification;
false registration information;
impersonated email accounts;
unauthorized business email addresses;
fake websites;
misleading screenshots;
false ownership information; or
other fraudulent evidence.
False Claims Are Prohibited
Attempting to claim a business you are not authorized to represent is prohibited.
This includes trying to obtain control of a profile belonging to:
another business;
a former employer;
a former client;
a competitor;
a customer;
another owner without authority; or
any organization you do not have permission to represent.
False or fraudulent claims may result in rejection, removal of profile access, account restrictions or other action under FIA’s policies.
What Happens When a Claim Is Approved?
When FIA approves an eligible business claim, the approved claimant may receive permission to manage the relevant FIA business profile.
Depending on the functionality available, this may allow the authorized representative to manage information such as:
business details;
contact information;
hours;
descriptions;
categories;
photographs;
logos;
services; or
other available profile information.
Access remains subject to FIA’s Terms of Service and applicable policies.
Claim Approval Is Not a Business Endorsement
Approval of your business claim means FIA has accepted your authority to manage the relevant profile according to the applicable claim process.
It does not mean FIA guarantees or endorses:
the business;
its products;
its services;
its employees;
its professional competence;
its licences;
its insurance;
its financial condition;
its customer service; or
its future conduct.
Owner Verified
Where FIA has completed the applicable ownership or authority verification process, FIA may identify the profile with the relevant ownership verification status.
An Owner Verified status means FIA has completed a reasonable process to confirm that the person claiming the profile appears authorized to represent or manage the business on FIA.
Owner Verified does not mean that FIA has independently verified every fact about the business.
Owner Verified Is Different From Platform Verified
FIA may use different verification statuses for different purposes.
Owner Verified concerns the authority of the person managing or claiming the business profile.
Platform Verified concerns specified core business information that FIA has checked according to the Business Verification Standards.
One status should not be interpreted as automatically providing the other unless FIA expressly displays both.
Verification Is Not Government Certification
FIA is not a government regulator or licensing authority.
A business claim or FIA verification status does not mean that the business has received:
government certification;
regulatory approval;
professional accreditation;
a guarantee of legal compliance; or
a general FIA quality certification.
Where licences, insurance or professional standing are important to your decision, users should confirm them with the business or appropriate authority.
Claiming Your Business Does Not Require a Paid Service
An eligible business claim is separate from FIA’s paid business services.
Claiming a business does not require you to purchase:
a Business Story;
marketing services;
advertising;
a paid listing plan;
growth services; or
another FIA commercial service.
Purchasing a paid FIA service also does not automatically approve a business claim or provide verification.
You Remain Responsible for Your Profile
Once you are authorized to manage a business profile, you are responsible for making reasonable efforts to ensure the information you submit or maintain remains accurate.
You must not knowingly publish materially false or misleading business information.
Your responsibilities are also explained in FIA’s Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration.
Changes in Ownership or Authority
Your authority to manage a profile may change over time.
You should notify FIA if:
the business is sold;
ownership changes;
your employment ends;
your management role ends;
an agency engagement ends;
the business withdraws your authorization; or
you otherwise cease to have authority to manage the profile.
You must not continue presenting yourself as an authorized representative after your authority ends.
FIA may require a new claim or verification process.
Ownership Disputes
Sometimes more than one person may claim authority over the same business.
If a genuine ownership or management dispute arises, FIA may temporarily restrict profile changes while the matter is reviewed.
FIA may ask the parties for information reasonably relevant to determining who appears authorized to manage the FIA profile.
FIA is not a court and does not determine legal ownership disputes beyond what is reasonably necessary to administer access to the FIA profile.
Where the dispute requires a legal determination, the parties may need to resolve it through the appropriate external process.
Former Employees, Agencies and Representatives
If you previously had authority to represent a business but that authority has ended, you must not continue controlling the FIA profile on that basis.
Examples include a:
former employee;
former manager;
former marketing agency;
former contractor;
former partner; or
former authorized representative
whose authority has ended.
The business or another authorized representative may ask FIA to review profile control.
FIA May Reverify Authority
Approval of a claim does not necessarily last indefinitely without review.
FIA may request reverification where appropriate, including where:
ownership changes;
account control changes;
important business information changes;
a credible unauthorized-claim report is received;
previously relied-on evidence becomes unreliable; or
there is another reasonable concern about continued authority.
FIA May Suspend or Remove Profile Control
FIA may restrict, suspend or remove a person’s ability to manage a business profile where reasonably necessary because of:
fraudulent information;
impersonation;
loss of authority;
ownership disputes;
compromised accounts;
false verification evidence;
serious policy violations; or
another legitimate Platform-integrity concern.
Where appropriate, the affected person may use FIA’s applicable complaint or review process.
Protect Your Account
If FIA gives you access to manage a business profile, you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account.
You should:
use a strong password;
keep login credentials private;
protect access to your email account;
avoid sharing authentication codes; and
report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Never provide your FIA password to another person claiming to be FIA support.
Personal Information Used for Verification
Innovara Marketing Inc. may collect and use information reasonably necessary to:
assess your business claim;
verify your authority;
prevent fraud and impersonation;
administer profile access;
investigate ownership disputes;
maintain appropriate verification records; and
protect FIA and its users.
Personal information is handled according to FIA’s Privacy Policy.
Public and Private Information
Some business information is intended for public display on FIA.
Information provided specifically for ownership verification may not necessarily be displayed publicly.
Do not assume that every verification document you provide will become part of the public business profile.
Your Business Remains Independent
Claiming or verifying authority over a business profile does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, agency or joint-venture relationship between the business and Innovara Marketing Inc.
The business remains responsible for its own:
operations;
products;
services;
employees;
pricing;
licences;
permits;
insurance;
taxes;
customers; and
legal obligations.
If Someone Has Claimed Your Business Without Permission
If you believe someone has obtained or is attempting to obtain control of your business profile without authorization, please report it through FIA’s Report a Concern / Abuse process.
Provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, such as:
the business name;
FIA profile link;
your relationship to the business; and
an explanation of the unauthorized claim.
Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
By Claiming Your Business, You Confirm
By submitting or continuing with a business claim on Find It All, you agree to this Claim & Ownership Verification Declaration.
You confirm that:
you are authorized to represent or manage the business;
the business you are claiming is the correct business;
information and evidence you provide are genuine and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you are not attempting to impersonate another person or business;
you understand that FIA may take reasonable steps to verify your authority;
you understand that FIA may request reverification if circumstances change;
you understand that claim approval or Owner Verified status is not an FIA endorsement or government certification;
you will notify FIA if you cease to be authorized to manage the profile; and
you agree to FIA’s applicable Terms of Service, Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration and Business Verification Standards.
