Affiliate Tracking & Attribution Disclosure

Find It All (FIA)

Effective Date: 30th September 2026
Last Updated: 30th September 2026

Find It All (“FIA”), operated by Innovara Marketing Inc., may use referral links and similar technologies to determine whether a qualifying FIA purchase should be attributed to an approved FIA Affiliate.

This disclosure explains how FIA’s standard Affiliate attribution model works when Affiliate tracking is active.

By participating in the FIA Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to the tracking and attribution rules described in this disclosure and the applicable Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

Why FIA Uses Affiliate Tracking

FIA’s Affiliate Program rewards approved Affiliates for genuine referrals that result in qualifying purchases.

To determine whether an Affiliate is eligible for commission, FIA may need to identify:

  • which Affiliate made the referral;

  • when the referral occurred;

  • whether a qualifying purchase followed;

  • whether the attribution period remained valid; and

  • whether the transaction satisfies FIA’s Affiliate Program Terms.

Affiliate tracking is used for attribution and program administration.

Affiliate Links

Approved Affiliates may receive or use a unique referral link, referral identifier or another approved attribution method.

When someone follows an eligible Affiliate referral, FIA may receive information that identifies the referring Affiliate.

This may involve information such as:

  • an Affiliate identifier;

  • referral parameters;

  • date and time of the referral;

  • landing page;

  • transaction information; and

  • other technical information reasonably required to determine attribution.

FIA’s Standard Attribution Window

FIA’s standard Affiliate attribution model uses a:

24-hour protected referral window.

When a valid Affiliate referral is recognized, that referral may establish a 24-hour attribution period.

If a qualifying purchase occurs during that period and all other program requirements are satisfied, the transaction may be attributed to the applicable Affiliate.

First-Valid-Click Rule

FIA’s standard model uses a first-valid-click approach during the protected 24-hour window.

This means that when a valid Affiliate referral establishes an active attribution window, a later Affiliate click should not ordinarily replace that valid referral during the same protected period.

The purpose is to recognize the Affiliate whose valid referral first established the applicable attribution window.

Example

A customer follows Affiliate A’s valid referral link at 10:00 a.m.

That referral establishes the applicable 24-hour attribution window.

If the same customer later follows Affiliate B’s link at 4:00 p.m. while Affiliate A’s valid window remains active, the later click does not ordinarily replace Affiliate A’s protected attribution.

If a qualifying purchase is completed within the valid period and all other requirements are satisfied, the purchase may therefore remain attributed to Affiliate A.

What Happens When the 24-Hour Window Expires?

If no qualifying purchase occurs before the applicable attribution window expires, that referral is no longer protected under the standard 24-hour rule.

A later valid Affiliate referral may then establish a new 24-hour attribution window.

For example:

  • Affiliate A makes a valid referral;

  • the 24-hour window expires without a qualifying purchase;

  • the customer later follows Affiliate B’s valid referral; and

  • Affiliate B’s referral may establish a new applicable window.

A Click Alone Does Not Earn Commission

An Affiliate referral or click does not by itself create a commission entitlement.

A qualifying purchase must also satisfy the applicable FIA Affiliate Program Terms.

Commission may depend on matters such as:

  • a valid referral;

  • eligible FIA product or service;

  • successful payment;

  • attribution within the applicable period;

  • absence of fraud or manipulation;

  • applicable refund or cancellation rules; and

  • any additional conditions attached to the relevant offer.

Standard Commission

Unless FIA identifies a different eligible arrangement, the standard Affiliate model provides:

4% commission on the first qualifying sale.

Standard Affiliate attribution does not automatically create ongoing commission on later purchases, renewals or recurring charges.

First Qualifying Sale

The standard FIA Affiliate Program rewards the first qualifying purchase associated with the applicable referral.

A customer becoming associated with an Affiliate does not ordinarily mean that every future FIA purchase by that customer belongs to that Affiliate.

Separate rules may apply where FIA expressly identifies a particular offer as having different commission treatment.

Tier-Eligible Services

Certain FIA services may be identified as Tier Eligible.

Those services may qualify for FIA’s applicable monthly Affiliate tier structure:

  • Below CAD $10,000: 10%

  • CAD $10,000–$24,999.99: 15%

  • CAD $25,000 or more: 20%

The maximum rate under this structure is 20%.

Only transactions expressly treated as Tier Eligible count toward the applicable tier calculation.

The Initial 4% Is Not Additional

For Tier-Eligible services, the initial 4% forms part of the final applicable commission.

It is not added on top of the final tier percentage.

For example, if the final applicable monthly commission rate is 15%, the total commission is 15%, not 19%.

Customer Privacy Choices Come First

Affiliate attribution does not override a visitor’s privacy rights or available cookie choices.

Where FIA relies on a non-essential cookie or similar technology for Affiliate tracking and consent or user choice is required, the visitor’s available privacy choice applies.

FIA does not require someone to accept optional Affiliate tracking solely so that an Affiliate can earn commission.

If Tracking Is Declined or Blocked

If information reasonably required to establish an Affiliate referral cannot be stored or recognized, FIA may be unable to attribute the purchase to an Affiliate.

This may occur where, for example:

  • optional tracking is declined;

  • cookies are disabled;

  • a browser blocks the relevant technology;

  • stored referral information is deleted; or

  • another privacy control prevents attribution.

An unattributed purchase does not automatically create a commission entitlement merely because an Affiliate believes they originally introduced the customer.

Browser and Device Changes

Affiliate attribution may also be affected where a customer:

  • changes browsers;

  • changes devices;

  • uses private browsing;

  • clears browser data;

  • blocks cookies or storage;

  • follows a different purchasing route; or

  • otherwise removes or prevents the information required for attribution.

FIA cannot guarantee that every referral will remain technically identifiable.

Customer Accounts and Other Attribution Information

Where appropriate and permitted, FIA may use other relevant information available through the transaction or account to determine whether an eligible Affiliate referral can reasonably be established.

However, FIA is not required to manually attribute every transaction where the required referral relationship cannot reasonably be verified.

Referral Information Does Not Give Affiliates Customer Access

Affiliate tracking does not give an Affiliate a general right to see a customer’s personal information.

An Affiliate should not assume that FIA will disclose:

  • a customer’s private contact information;

  • payment-card information;

  • confidential account information;

  • unrelated transaction history; or

  • other private information

simply because a referral may have been attributed to that Affiliate.

Affiliate Reporting

Where FIA provides Affiliate reporting functionality, information displayed to an Affiliate may include appropriate information concerning matters such as:

  • eligible referral activity;

  • qualifying transactions;

  • commission status; or

  • payout information.

FIA may limit information displayed where necessary to protect customer privacy, security or confidential information.

Referral Tracking Is Not Customer Ownership

An Affiliate does not own a customer merely because the customer followed their referral link.

Affiliate attribution determines eligibility for commission under the applicable FIA Program Terms.

It does not give the Affiliate:

  • ownership of the customer relationship;

  • permanent rights over the customer’s future purchases;

  • access to the customer’s private FIA information; or

  • authority to contact the customer using information obtained from FIA unless separately permitted.

No Self-Attribution

Affiliate tracking must not be used to generate commission from prohibited self-referrals.

This includes transactions structured primarily to create Affiliate commission from:

  • your own purchase;

  • a controlled purchase;

  • a business you control where FIA treats the transaction as a self-referral; or

  • another artificial arrangement rather than a genuine third-party referral.

No Cookie Stuffing

Affiliates must not attempt to create attribution without a genuine user referral.

Prohibited conduct includes practices commonly described as:

  • cookie stuffing;

  • forced clicks;

  • invisible Affiliate links;

  • hidden redirects;

  • automatic attribution;

  • unauthorized pop-ups;

  • hidden frames; or

  • other techniques intended to create Affiliate attribution without meaningful user interaction.

No Interference With Another Affiliate’s Referral

Affiliates must not deliberately interfere with another Affiliate’s valid attribution.

You must not attempt to:

  • overwrite another Affiliate’s referral through manipulation;

  • force a customer through your Affiliate link without genuine choice;

  • alter referral parameters belonging to another Affiliate;

  • impersonate another Affiliate; or

  • use deceptive methods to capture attribution.

Do Not Manipulate Referral Data

Affiliate referral links, identifiers and tracking information must not be manipulated to create false commission claims.

Fraudulent or manipulated transactions may be:

  • rejected;

  • excluded from commission;

  • reversed;

  • investigated; or

  • subject to additional action under FIA’s Affiliate Program Terms.

Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

A transaction that initially appears eligible may later become ineligible.

Commission may be adjusted, reversed or withheld where a transaction is:

  • refunded;

  • cancelled;

  • charged back;

  • unpaid;

  • fraudulent;

  • duplicated; or

  • otherwise disqualified under the Affiliate Program Terms.

Transaction Timing

A referral may occur before payment, while commission eligibility may depend on payment being successfully received.

For certain Tier-Eligible services, final commission may also depend on:

  • applicable service completion or milestone requirements; and

  • finalization of the Affiliate’s monthly tier.

Referral attribution and commission payment are therefore not necessarily the same event.

Affiliate Links Must Not Mislead Users

An Affiliate should not disguise a referral link in a manner intended to deceive people about where the link leads or why it is being used.

Affiliates must also make the applicable Affiliate relationship clear when promoting FIA.

Please review FIA’s Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines.

Tracking and Affiliate Disclosure Are Different

FIA’s technical ability to attribute a purchase does not replace an Affiliate’s responsibility to disclose their commercial relationship.

If you may receive commission from a recommendation or promotion, you must provide the appropriate disclosure regardless of whether tracking occurs through:

  • a cookie;

  • referral parameter;

  • unique link;

  • promotional code; or

  • another approved method.

Personal Information

Information used for Affiliate attribution may constitute personal information depending on the circumstances.

Innovara Marketing Inc. handles personal information in accordance with FIA’s Privacy Policy.

FIA’s Cookie & Tracking Policy provides additional information about cookies and similar technologies.

Cookie Choices

Where FIA provides cookie controls, visitors may be able to review or change available preferences through Cookie Settings.

Changing or deleting tracking preferences may affect FIA’s ability to recognize an Affiliate referral.

Where applicable privacy requirements provide a choice concerning non-essential tracking, the customer’s privacy choice takes priority over Affiliate attribution.

Quebec Users

Where applicable Quebec privacy requirements apply to technology capable of identification, location or profiling, FIA will provide the information and choices required for those technologies.

Affiliate tracking will not be treated as permission to bypass applicable privacy choices.

Affiliate Program Availability

FIA is continuing to develop its Affiliate technology and program experience.

Publication of this disclosure does not by itself mean that every Affiliate feature, dashboard or automated tracking capability is currently available.

Affiliate tracking and attribution apply when FIA activates the relevant program functionality.

Changes to Attribution Rules

FIA may update its Affiliate tracking or attribution model.

If a material change is made, the applicable Affiliate Program Terms or disclosure may be updated.

Affiliate commission is determined under the terms that apply to the relevant transaction.

Questions About Attribution

If you believe an Affiliate transaction has been incorrectly attributed, you may contact FIA through the Policy, Privacy & Legal Enquiry process.

Please provide information reasonably relevant to the enquiry, such as:

  • the Affiliate account or referral involved;

  • approximate referral date;

  • relevant transaction information; and

  • an explanation of the issue.

Do not submit customer passwords, payment-card security codes or unnecessary sensitive information.

By Participating, You Acknowledge

You understand that:

  • FIA’s standard attribution window is 24 hours;

  • the standard model uses a protected first-valid-click rule;

  • a click alone does not create commission entitlement;

  • standard commission generally applies to the first qualifying sale;

  • referral attribution may fail where required tracking information is unavailable;

  • customer privacy choices take priority over Affiliate commission tracking;

  • a later valid referral may establish a new attribution period after an earlier window expires;

  • self-referrals, cookie stuffing and manipulated attribution are prohibited;

  • refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud and other ineligible transactions may affect commission;

  • Affiliate attribution does not create ownership of a customer; and

  • applicable Affiliate Program Terms control commission eligibility and payment.
