This Reviews & Ratings Policy (“Policy”) governs the submission, display, moderation, and use of reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback (“Reviews”) on the Find It All platform, owned and operated by Innovara Marketing Inc. (“Innovara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting or interacting with Reviews on the Platform, users agree to this Policy.
1. PURPOSE OF REVIEWS

5. BUSINESS RESPONSE TO REVIEWS
5.1 Businesses may:
- Publicly respond to reviews in a professional manner
- Clarify misunderstandings
- Address concerns constructively
5.2 Businesses may not:
- Harass or intimidate reviewers
- Offer incentives to remove or alter reviews
- Attempt to manipulate ratings
6. MODERATION & REMOVAL
6.1 Innovara reserves the right to:
- Review, moderate, edit, or remove Reviews
- Temporarily hide Reviews under investigation
6.2 Reviews may be removed if they:
- Violate this Policy
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Pose legal or reputational risk to the Platform
6.3 Innovara is not obligated to remove Reviews solely because a business disagrees with them.
7. DISPUTES & REVIEW CHALLENGES
7.1 Businesses may report Reviews believed to be:
- False
- Fraudulent
- Policy-violating
7.2 Innovara may request:
- Additional context
- Evidence
- Clarification from reviewers or businesses
7.3 Innovara’s moderation decision is final.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS
8.1 Reviews are user-generated content and are provided “as-is.”
8.2 Innovara does not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Timeliness
- Fairness of Reviews
Users should exercise independent judgment.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Innovara is not liable for:
- User opinions expressed in Reviews
- Business losses arising from Reviews
- Decisions made based on Reviews
10. ABUSE & MISUSE PREVENTION
Innovara may take action against:
- Review manipulation
- Fake review networks
- Repeated policy violations
Actions may include:
- Review removal
- Account suspension
- Platform access restrictions
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Innovara may update this Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
