1. Purpose

These Business Story Service Terms (“Story Terms”) govern paid Find It All (“FIA”) Business Story services provided by Innovara Marketing Inc.

They explain matters including:

  • the nature of the Business Story service;

  • sponsored editorial disclosure;

  • Story packages;

  • customer responsibilities;

  • interviews and information;

  • factual review;

  • editorial control;

  • media and intellectual-property permissions;

  • revisions;

  • approval;

  • publication;

  • promotion and distribution;

  • paid media;

  • pricing and payment;

  • cancellation and refunds;

  • publication corrections;

  • removal;

  • prohibited content; and

  • limitations on promised results.

These Story Terms should be read together with the applicable FIA order, quotation, invoice or service confirmation.

2. Who Provides the Service

Find It All (FIA) is a brand under Innovara Marketing Inc.

Innovara Marketing Inc. owns, operates and manages FIA and provides FIA Business Story services unless the applicable order expressly identifies another arrangement.

References to “FIA,” “Find It All,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean Innovara Marketing Inc. operating the FIA brand.

3. What Is an FIA Business Story?

An FIA Business Story is a paid sponsored editorial and business-storytelling service.

It is designed to help a participating business communicate its:

  • story;

  • history;

  • people;

  • products or services;

  • purpose;

  • milestones;

  • customer proposition;

  • local connection;

  • founder journey; or

  • other approved business information

through FIA’s editorial and content process.

4. Business Stories Are Sponsored Content

A Business Story is not presented as independent unpaid journalism.

The participating business pays FIA for the applicable Business Story service.

FIA therefore clearly discloses the sponsored nature of the content.

5. Required FIA Sponsored Disclosure

Published FIA Business Stories must use FIA’s approved disclosure:

Sponsored Business Story — This feature was produced by FIND IT ALL as part of a paid business-story service in collaboration with the featured business.

FIA may also use additional platform or advertising disclosures where required.

6. Payment Does Not Buy an Unqualified Endorsement

Purchasing a Business Story does not mean that FIA:

  • independently recommends the business;

  • guarantees its products or services;

  • certifies the business;

  • guarantees its professional competence;

  • guarantees its safety;

  • guarantees future conduct; or

  • acts as a government or regulatory authority.

The service purchases sponsored editorial production and the applicable agreed distribution—not an unrestricted FIA endorsement.

BUSINESS STORY PACKAGES

7. FIA Business Story Services

FIA may offer Business Story packages including:

  • Business Story;

  • Story Spotlight; and

  • Story Amplify.

FIA may add, modify or retire packages prospectively.

8. Scope Is Determined by the Purchased Package

The exact scope of a Business Story engagement is determined by the applicable:

  • FIA offer;

  • quotation;

  • order;

  • invoice;

  • checkout;

  • proposal; or

  • other written service confirmation.

A package name alone should not be interpreted as including every content, advertising or distribution service FIA may offer.

9. Possible Story Components

Depending on the purchased package, a Business Story engagement may include agreed elements such as:

  • business intake;

  • interview;

  • editorial research;

  • written story;

  • FIA webpage publication;

  • photographs supplied by the business;

  • FIA-designed graphics;

  • social-media adaptation;

  • short-form content;

  • promotional distribution;

  • content repurposing;

  • campaign support; or

  • another specifically described deliverable.

Only the elements included in the applicable purchased scope are owed.

10. Paid Advertising Is Separate Unless Included

Paid advertising or paid media spend is separate unless expressly included in writing.

Where a package includes advertising management but not media spend, the advertising budget remains an additional cost.

CUSTOMER AUTHORITY

11. Authorized Purchaser

The person purchasing a Business Story on behalf of a business represents that they have appropriate authority to:

  • commission the Story;

  • provide business information;

  • approve factual information;

  • supply relevant media;

  • authorize use of supplied materials; and

  • enter into the applicable commercial arrangement.

12. Unauthorized Requests

FIA may pause or decline a Story where there is a reasonable concern that the purchaser lacks authority to represent the featured business.

BUSINESS INFORMATION

13. Customer-Supplied Information

The featured business may be asked to provide information concerning matters such as:

  • business history;

  • founders;

  • services;

  • products;

  • milestones;

  • locations;

  • business philosophy;

  • achievements;

  • staff;

  • customer experience;

  • community involvement;

  • photographs;

  • logos;

  • awards;

  • statistics; or

  • other information relevant to the Story.

14. Accuracy Responsibility

The business is responsible for ensuring that information it supplies is accurate to the best of its knowledge.

The business must not knowingly provide:

  • fabricated achievements;

  • fake awards;

  • false customer numbers;

  • false revenue statistics;

  • false qualifications;

  • false licences;

  • fake certifications;

  • false testimonials;

  • misleading business history;

  • fabricated locations; or

  • other materially inaccurate information.

15. Supporting Information

FIA may request reasonable supporting information for a claim that appears:

  • significant;

  • unusual;

  • regulated;

  • objectively measurable;

  • potentially misleading; or

  • important to the Story.

16. FIA May Decline Unsupported Claims

FIA is not required to publish a claim merely because the customer asks for it.

FIA may:

  • request evidence;

  • modify wording;

  • attribute the claim clearly;

  • remove the claim; or

  • decline publication

where FIA reasonably believes the proposed wording may be misleading, unsupported or inappropriate.

INTERVIEWS

17. Interviews

Depending on the package, FIA may gather Story information through:

  • telephone;

  • video call;

  • written questionnaire;

  • email;

  • recorded interview;

  • in-person discussion; or

  • another agreed method.

18. Interview Recording

If FIA intends to record an interview, FIA should provide appropriate notice or obtain permission where required.

Recordings may be used for purposes reasonably connected with:

  • transcription;

  • editorial preparation;

  • factual review;

  • content development; or

  • agreed media production.

19. Interview Statements

Interview statements may be:

  • quoted;

  • paraphrased;

  • summarized; or

  • reorganized

for editorial clarity, provided FIA does not intentionally change the material meaning of what was communicated.

EDITORIAL PROCESS

20. FIA Produces the Story

FIA develops the final Story using its editorial process.

The Story may combine:

  • business-supplied information;

  • interviews;

  • approved public information;

  • FIA editorial writing;

  • FIA research;

  • business-supplied media;

  • FIA-created graphics; and

  • appropriate AI-assisted editorial tools.

21. FIA Editorial Control

Unless the applicable order expressly provides otherwise, FIA retains reasonable editorial control over matters such as:

  • headline;

  • structure;

  • wording;

  • length;

  • formatting;

  • style;

  • visual presentation;

  • categorization;

  • metadata;

  • publication placement; and

  • FIA Brand presentation.

22. Business Factual Review

Before publication, FIA may provide the featured business with an opportunity to review the Story for material factual accuracy.

The purpose of this review is to identify errors such as:

  • incorrect names;

  • incorrect dates;

  • wrong locations;

  • incorrect product information;

  • inaccurate quotations;

  • incorrect business facts; or

  • other material factual mistakes.

23. Factual Review Is Not Unlimited Editorial Control

The factual-review process does not automatically give the featured business the right to:

  • rewrite the entire article;

  • require exaggerated promotional claims;

  • remove the sponsored disclosure;

  • dictate FIA’s editorial voice;

  • require misleading statements;

  • require unsupported claims; or

  • transform the Story into unrelated advertising copy.

24. Reasonable Editorial Requests

FIA may nevertheless consider reasonable customer requests concerning:

  • tone;

  • terminology;

  • sensitive business information;

  • product descriptions;

  • quotations;

  • factual emphasis; or

  • Brand presentation.

REVISIONS

25. Included Revisions

Any revision entitlement is determined by the purchased package or written order.

Where a specific revision quantity is included, revisions beyond that amount may:

  • require additional payment;

  • require a scope change; or

  • be declined.

26. What Counts as a Revision

A revision may include requested changes to an existing draft.

A request to substantially replace the original:

  • business;

  • concept;

  • interview;

  • campaign;

  • audience;

  • story direction; or

  • service scope

may constitute new work rather than an ordinary revision.

27. Customer Delays

If the business delays:

  • intake;

  • interview scheduling;

  • information;

  • approvals;

  • media;

  • factual review; or

  • another required dependency,

the publication schedule may also be delayed.

FIA is not responsible for delays caused primarily by missing customer dependencies.

APPROVAL

28. Approval for Publication

FIA may request customer approval of:

  • material factual content;

  • supplied quotations;

  • selected images; or

  • the final draft

before publication.

The exact approval workflow may depend on the package.

29. Approval Deadlines

Where FIA requests review or approval, the business should respond within the timeframe communicated for the project.

Extended inactivity may cause FIA to:

  • pause the project;

  • reschedule publication;

  • close the active production stage; or

  • require a restart fee where substantial reactivation work is necessary and that fee has been disclosed.

30. Deemed Approval Must Be Expressly Established

FIA will not treat silence as final approval unless the applicable order, workflow or communication clearly states:

  • the review deadline; and

  • the consequence of failing to respond.

PUBLICATION

31. Publication Location

A Business Story may be published through applicable FIA channels, such as:

  • FindItAll.ca;

  • FIA Spotlight;

  • relevant category pages;

  • FIA social channels; or

  • other distribution included in the purchased package.

32. Publication Timing

Any publication date provided by FIA is an expected target unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Timing may change because of:

  • customer delays;

  • editorial issues;

  • technical problems;

  • required corrections;

  • legal concerns;

  • platform outages;

  • third-party dependencies; or

  • other reasonable operational circumstances.

33. FIA May Decline Publication

FIA may decline or pause publication where the proposed Story would reasonably create concerns involving:

  • illegality;

  • fraud;

  • intellectual-property infringement;

  • deceptive marketing;

  • privacy;

  • safety;

  • defamatory content;

  • regulatory misrepresentation;

  • false credentials;

  • prohibited products or services;

  • FIA policy violations; or

  • serious Brand-integrity concerns.

34. Payment Does Not Require FIA to Publish Unlawful Content

A customer cannot require FIA to publish content that FIA reasonably believes would violate:

  • law;

  • court order;

  • FIA policy;

  • another person’s rights; or

  • the legitimate integrity of FIA’s Platform.

Refund consequences, if any, depend on why publication cannot proceed and how much work has already been completed.

SPONSORED DISCLOSURE

35. Disclosure Cannot Be Removed

The featured business may not require FIA to remove, conceal or materially weaken the sponsored-content disclosure.

36. FIA May Add Additional Disclosure

FIA may add additional labels such as:

  • Sponsored;

  • Paid Partnership;

  • Advertisement;

  • Promotional Feature; or

  • similar disclosure

where reasonably necessary for the publication channel or applicable requirements.

CONTENT PROMOTION AND DISTRIBUTION

37. Distribution Is Package-Specific

The fact that FIA publishes a Story does not mean the Story will automatically receive:

  • paid advertising;

  • email distribution;

  • homepage placement;

  • social-media promotion;

  • featured placement;

  • long-term priority placement; or

  • every FIA promotional channel.

These elements apply only where included in the purchased package or otherwise expressly agreed.

38. Organic Distribution

Where organic FIA promotion is included, FIA may determine reasonable:

  • timing;

  • format;

  • caption;

  • channel;

  • creative;

  • placement; and

  • scheduling

consistent with the purchased scope.

39. Third-Party Platform Performance

Distribution through independent services such as:

  • Google;

  • Instagram;

  • Facebook;

  • LinkedIn;

  • TikTok;

  • YouTube; or

  • other platforms

remains subject to those platforms’:

  • algorithms;

  • policies;

  • availability;

  • technical systems; and

  • independent decisions.

NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

40. No Ranking Guarantee

FIA does not guarantee that a Business Story will achieve:

  • a first-page Google result;

  • a particular search position;

  • a specific keyword ranking;

  • a featured snippet;

  • a particular index date; or

  • any other search-engine position.

41. No Traffic Guarantee

Unless an applicable written order expressly establishes a defined paid-media delivery obligation, FIA does not guarantee a particular number of:

  • views;

  • impressions;

  • visitors;

  • clicks; or

  • readers.

42. No Lead or Sales Guarantee

FIA does not guarantee a Business Story will generate:

  • enquiries;

  • leads;

  • bookings;

  • customers;

  • sales;

  • contracts;

  • revenue;

  • profit; or

  • return on investment.

43. No Backlink Guarantee

Unless expressly included in writing, FIA does not guarantee:

  • third-party backlinks;

  • media coverage;

  • external publication;

  • syndication;

  • referral-domain growth; or

  • another SEO outcome.

44. Editorial Service vs Business Outcome

FIA’s obligation is to provide the purchased editorial/content/distribution service according to the agreed scope.

Commercial results depend on many factors outside FIA’s control.

FEATURED BUSINESS STATUS

45. Business Story Does Not Equal Verification

Purchasing a Business Story does not automatically create:

  • Owner Verified status;

  • Platform Verified status;

  • another FIA verification status; or

  • future Trusted Business status.

Verification is governed separately by FIA’s Business Verification Standards.

46. Business Story Does Not Improve Reviews

Purchasing a Business Story does not automatically:

  • improve a review rating;

  • remove negative reviews;

  • create positive reviews; or

  • give the business preferential review treatment.

47. Business Story Does Not Buy Directory Ranking

Unless the purchased offer expressly includes a disclosed promotional placement, a Business Story does not automatically purchase preferential directory ranking.

MEDIA AND CONTENT RIGHTS

48. Business-Supplied Media

The business may provide:

  • photographs;

  • logos;

  • graphics;

  • videos;

  • testimonials;

  • documents; or

  • other materials.

The business represents that it has appropriate rights or permissions for FIA to use those materials for the agreed Story service.

49. People Appearing in Media

The business is responsible for obtaining any permission reasonably required from identifiable:

  • employees;

  • founders;

  • customers;

  • models;

  • contractors;

  • children; or

  • other individuals

appearing in business-supplied media.

50. Customer Testimonials

If the business supplies a customer testimonial, the business must not knowingly provide:

  • a fake testimonial;

  • fabricated customer;

  • materially edited statement that changes its meaning; or

  • testimonial used without required permission.

51. Licence to FIA

The business grants Innovara Marketing Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the business-supplied materials reasonably necessary to:

  • produce;

  • edit;

  • format;

  • publish;

  • host;

  • reproduce;

  • promote;

  • distribute; and

  • archive

the purchased Business Story and related agreed promotional content.

52. Ownership of Business Materials

The business retains ownership of intellectual property it already owned, subject to the permissions granted for the Story.

53. FIA-Created Editorial Content

Unless a separate agreement expressly provides otherwise, original editorial, design and creative material created by Innovara Marketing Inc. remains subject to Innovara/FIA’s intellectual-property rights.

Purchasing a Business Story does not automatically transfer ownership of all FIA-created materials.

54. Customer Reuse

The business may:

  • link to;

  • share; and

  • promote

the published FIA Business Story through ordinary sharing methods.

Any right to reproduce FIA-created Story text, design or standalone assets outside ordinary sharing is governed by the applicable order, content agreement or FIA’s authorization.

55. Do Not Alter the Story Misleadingly

If a business is permitted to reuse Story content, it must not alter the content in a way that falsely suggests:

  • FIA made a different claim;

  • FIA independently endorsed the business;

  • sponsored content was unpaid journalism;

  • a quotation said something materially different; or

  • FIA awarded a status the business did not receive.

AI-ASSISTED EDITORIAL WORK

56. AI Assistance

FIA may use AI-assisted tools for limited editorial functions such as:

  • transcription;

  • organization;

  • brainstorming;

  • draft assistance;

  • editing;

  • formatting;

  • summarization; or

  • repurposing.

57. FIA Remains Responsible for Its Editorial Process

AI assistance does not replace FIA’s responsibility for the content FIA chooses to publish.

Material factual claims should receive reasonable review.

58. Business-Supplied Facts Remain the Business’s Responsibility

The use of AI does not make FIA the original source of facts supplied by the featured business.

The business remains responsible for the accuracy of information it supplies.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

59. Price

The applicable Business Story price is the price disclosed in the accepted:

  • offer;

  • order;

  • checkout;

  • quotation;

  • invoice; or

  • proposal.

Applicable taxes may be added.

60. Promotional Pricing

FIA may offer legitimate:

  • launch pricing;

  • founding-business pricing;

  • campaign pricing;

  • promotional pricing; or

  • other temporary offers.

The applicable transaction controls the price actually payable.

61. Payment Before Production

FIA may require:

  • full payment;

  • deposit;

  • milestone payment; or

  • another disclosed payment arrangement

before production or publication begins.

62. Third-Party Costs

Where a Business Story package involves separate external expenses such as:

  • paid-media spend;

  • photography;

  • travel;

  • printing;

  • venue costs;

  • licensing;

  • stock media; or

  • other third-party services,

those amounts are separate unless expressly included.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

63. General Refund Framework

Business Story cancellations are governed by these Story Terms together with FIA’s Payment, Billing, Refund & Payout Policy.

Refund treatment depends on the stage of work reached.

64. Cancellation Before Substantive Production

If a customer cancels before substantive editorial or production work begins, FIA may provide a full or partial refund subject to:

  • administrative/setup work already completed;

  • committed third-party costs; and

  • mandatory law.

65. Cancellation After Production Begins

Once substantive work has begun, FIA may retain amounts reasonably attributable to completed work, including:

  • onboarding;

  • research;

  • interviews;

  • transcription;

  • writing;

  • editing;

  • design;

  • media preparation;

  • production;

  • project management; and

  • committed external costs.

66. Cancellation After Draft Delivery

Where FIA has substantially completed and delivered the Story draft, the service may be considered substantially performed even if the customer later decides not to publish.

Refund eligibility will depend on the remaining undelivered scope and applicable terms.

67. Cancellation After Publication

A published and substantially completed Business Story ordinarily does not qualify for a refund merely because the business:

  • changes its mind;

  • does not like its commercial performance;

  • receives fewer views than expected;

  • receives no leads;

  • receives no sales; or

  • later chooses not to promote the Story.

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

68. FIA-Caused Non-Delivery

If FIA cannot provide a material purchased deliverable for reasons attributable to FIA, FIA may provide an appropriate remedy such as:

  • correction;

  • replacement;

  • rescheduling;

  • account credit;

  • partial refund; or

  • refund

depending on the circumstances.

CORRECTIONS AFTER PUBLICATION

69. Factual Corrections

If a published Story contains a material factual error, the featured business should notify FIA promptly.

FIA may investigate and correct confirmed errors.

70. Business Changes After Publication

Information accurate at publication may later become outdated.

Examples include:

  • address;

  • staff;

  • ownership;

  • pricing;

  • business hours;

  • services;

  • awards; or

  • business status.

FIA is not automatically responsible for continuously updating every historical Story.

71. Material Updates

The business may request an update.

Depending on the change, FIA may:

  • make a minor correction;

  • add an editorial update;

  • update the Story;

  • quote additional work; or

  • decline to rewrite an older Story.

REMOVAL AND ARCHIVING

72. Customer Removal Requests

A customer may request that FIA remove or unpublish a Business Story.

FIA may consider the request according to:

  • the reason;

  • contractual obligations;

  • public-interest considerations;

  • legal requirements;

  • archival needs;

  • intellectual-property rights; and

  • other relevant circumstances.

73. Removal Does Not Automatically Create a Refund

A customer requesting removal after FIA completed the purchased service does not automatically become entitled to a refund.

74. FIA-Initiated Removal

FIA may remove, restrict or add an update to a Business Story where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud;

  • materially false information;

  • legal requirements;

  • serious policy violations;

  • intellectual-property disputes;

  • safety concerns;

  • impersonation;

  • business closure;

  • serious regulatory issues; or

  • another legitimate Platform-integrity reason.

75. Archived Copies

Removing a public Story does not necessarily erase:

  • backups;

  • financial records;

  • editorial records;

  • consent records;

  • legal records; or

  • other information FIA lawfully retains.

FIA’s Privacy Policy and retention rules apply.

THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS

76. Claims From Other Parties

A third party may challenge content in a Business Story on grounds such as:

  • copyright;

  • trademark;

  • privacy;

  • false attribution;

  • unauthorized media;

  • defamation; or

  • another legal right.

FIA may temporarily restrict affected content while reviewing a credible complaint.

77. Business Cooperation

The featured business agrees to reasonably cooperate where the complaint relates to material the business supplied or claims the business asked FIA to publish.

REGULATED AND HIGH-RISK BUSINESSES

78. Regulated Businesses

A Business Story about a regulated profession or activity does not replace the business’s responsibility to maintain applicable:

  • licences;

  • registrations;

  • permits;

  • professional obligations;

  • advertising compliance; and

  • regulatory approvals.

79. Health, Financial, Legal and Other Sensitive Claims

FIA may require additional review or refuse particular claims involving:

  • health outcomes;

  • financial returns;

  • legal results;

  • immigration outcomes;

  • investment performance;

  • regulated professional services; or

  • another high-risk representation.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

80. No Improper Pressure

A business must not pressure FIA to:

  • conceal sponsorship;

  • fabricate facts;

  • publish false awards;

  • create fake reviews;

  • misrepresent verification;

  • defame a competitor;

  • use unauthorized media;

  • publish unlawful content; or

  • make a claim FIA reasonably believes is misleading.

81. FIA May End the Engagement for Serious Misconduct

FIA may suspend or terminate a Story engagement for serious:

  • fraud;

  • threats;

  • harassment;

  • falsification;

  • intellectual-property abuse;

  • impersonation; or

  • other material policy violations.

Payment consequences will depend on work completed, losses caused and applicable law.

RELATIONSHIP WITH REVIEWS

82. Stories and Reviews Remain Separate

An FIA Business Story is paid sponsored content.

An FIA customer review is user-generated feedback governed by FIA’s Reviews & Ratings Policy.

The two must not be presented as the same thing.

83. Story Purchase Does Not Remove Negative Reviews

A business cannot purchase a Business Story in exchange for:

  • deleting legitimate negative reviews;

  • raising its rating;

  • suppressing customer criticism; or

  • receiving preferential review moderation.

RELATIONSHIP WITH AFFILIATES

84. Affiliate Referrals

A Business Story purchase may qualify for Affiliate commission where:

  • the applicable Affiliate Program is active;

  • the referral satisfies FIA’s attribution rules; and

  • the Story is an eligible commissionable offer.

Affiliate eligibility is controlled by the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

85. Affiliate Promotion Must Remain Accurate

Affiliates promoting Business Stories must follow FIA’s Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines.

Affiliates must not promise outcomes FIA itself does not guarantee.

PRIVACY

86. Personal Information

Business Story production may involve personal information about:

  • founders;

  • employees;

  • customers;

  • interview participants; or

  • other identifiable individuals.

Innovara Marketing Inc. handles personal information under FIA’s Privacy Policy.

87. Publish Only Appropriate Personal Information

The business should not provide sensitive personal information for publication unless:

  • it is genuinely relevant;

  • the person has appropriate authority or consent; and

  • publication is lawful and appropriate.

NO EXCLUSIVITY

88. No Industry Exclusivity

Unless FIA expressly agrees otherwise in writing, purchasing a Business Story does not give the business:

  • category exclusivity;

  • city exclusivity;

  • industry exclusivity; or

  • the right to prevent FIA from featuring competitors.

NO LONG-TERM PLACEMENT GUARANTEE

89. FIA Platform Changes

FIA may change its:

  • website design;

  • navigation;

  • categories;

  • URLs;

  • archive structure;

  • Spotlight layout;

  • social-media strategy; or

  • content presentation.

A Story’s exact placement may therefore change over time.

90. Reasonable Continued Availability

Where FIA has sold permanent or continuing publication as part of a specific package, that commitment is governed by the applicable offer.

Otherwise, FIA does not guarantee that a Story will remain in exactly the same location or presentation indefinitely.

FORCE MAJEURE AND EXTERNAL EVENTS

91. Events Outside Reasonable Control

FIA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including:

  • major service outages;

  • internet failures;

  • third-party platform outages;

  • government restrictions;

  • natural disasters;

  • widespread technical incidents;

  • supplier disruptions; or

  • similar events.

FIA will make reasonable efforts to resume affected work.

DISPUTES

92. Story Disputes

A dispute relating to a Business Story may concern:

  • scope;

  • factual accuracy;

  • revisions;

  • media rights;

  • publication;

  • billing;

  • refunds; or

  • another service matter.

The matter may be handled under FIA’s Dispute Resolution & Complaints Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

94. Updates

FIA may update these Story Terms prospectively as:

  • packages evolve;

  • content formats change;

  • distribution channels change;

  • editorial processes improve;

  • legal requirements change; or

  • FIA introduces new Story functionality.

The current page will display the Last Updated date.

95. Existing Orders

A material public-policy update does not automatically change a completed or accepted Business Story order where the parties’ existing agreement requires otherwise.
