This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs how users, vendors, affiliates, agencies, and visitors (“Users”) may access and use the Find It All platform (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Innovara Marketing Inc. (“Innovara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with this Policy.
1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
1.1 This Policy exists to:
- Protect users and businesses
- Maintain platform integrity
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse
- Ensure lawful and fair use
1.2 This Policy applies to all users, including:
- Visitors
- Customers
- Vendors
- Affiliates
- Agencies
- Partners
2. PERMITTED USE
Users may use the Platform only for:
- Lawful business discovery
- Listing, claiming, or managing businesses (as authorized)
- Purchasing or reviewing products and services
- Using platform tools in accordance with published terms
Use must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT (STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED)
Users may not engage in any of the following:
3.1 Fraud & Misrepresentation
- Providing false or misleading information
- Impersonating a business, individual, or entity
- Submitting unauthorized or fake listings
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
3.2 Platform Abuse
- Circumventing platform fees or safeguards
- Attempting to move transactions off-platform to avoid commissions
- Interfering with platform operations or security
3.3 Data Misuse & Scraping
- Scraping, harvesting, or extracting platform data
- Using automated tools without authorization
- Copying or reproducing listings, reviews, or content at scale
3.4 Content Violations
- Posting defamatory, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content
- Uploading malicious code, malware, or harmful files
- Using the Platform for spam or deceptive practices
3.5 AI & Automation Misuse
- Misusing AI-generated content to mislead users
- Representing AI outputs as professional advice
- Attempting to reverse-engineer platform AI systems
4. COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER POLICIES
Users must also comply with:
- Terms of Use
- Privacy Policy
- Reviews & Ratings Policy
- Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration
- Vendor / Affiliate / Agency Agreements (where applicable)
This Policy does not replace other agreements but works alongside them.
5. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
5.1 Innovara reserves the right to:
- Monitor platform activity
- Investigate suspected violations
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate access
5.2 Enforcement actions may include:
- Content removal
- Listing suspension
- Feature restrictions
- Account termination
5.3 Innovara is not obligated to provide advance notice in cases involving platform risk or legal exposure.
6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Users may report suspected violations via:
- Platform reporting tools
- Support contact channels
Innovara may investigate reports at its discretion.
7. NO EXPECTATION OF CONTINUOUS ACCESS
Innovara does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may modify or discontinue features as necessary.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Innovara is not liable for:
- User misconduct
- Content posted by third parties
- Enforcement actions taken under this Policy
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Innovara may update this Policy from time to time.
Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
