These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Find It All platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by Innovara Marketing Inc. (“Innovara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. PLATFORM PURPOSE
1.1 Find It All is a business discovery, listing, marketplace, and review platform designed to connect users with third-party businesses, products, and services.
1.2 Find It All is a platform provider only.
Innovara does not own, operate, endorse, or control listed businesses unless explicitly stated.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
2.2 Access to certain features may require account creation or acceptance of additional agreements.
2.3 Innovara reserves the right to restrict or suspend access at its discretion.
3. USER ACCOUNTS (IF APPLICABLE)
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate and current information.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
4. BUSINESS LISTINGS & INFORMATION
4.1 Business listings may be:
- Submitted by business owners
- Submitted by authorized representatives
- Submitted using publicly available information
4.2 Innovara does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings.
4.3 Listings marked as “Unclaimed” are not verified or controlled by Innovara.
5. TRANSACTIONS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
5.1 Any transaction for products or services occurs directly between users and vendors.
5.2 Innovara is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for:
- Product quality
- Service delivery
- Pricing
- Warranties
- Refunds or disputes
5.3 Payment processing may be facilitated by Innovara as an intermediary only.
6. REVIEWS, RATINGS & USER CONTENT
6.1 Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content (“User Content”).
6.2 By submitting User Content, you confirm that:
- The content is truthful to the best of your knowledge
- You have the right to submit it
- It does not violate any laws or third-party rights
6.3 Innovara does not endorse User Content and does not guarantee its accuracy.
6.4 Innovara reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict User Content that violates platform policies.
7. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate another person or business
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse platform data
- Circumvent platform fees or safeguards
- Interfere with platform security or operations
- Misuse automated tools or AI features
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All Platform content, design, software, logos, trademarks, and systems are the property of Innovara Marketing Inc. or its licensors.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.
9. AI, AUTOMATION & ANALYTICS DISCLAIMER
9.1 The Platform may use AI-powered tools, automation, or analytics to enhance user experience.
9.2 AI-generated content or recommendations:
- Are informational only
- Do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
9.3 Users remain responsible for decisions made using Platform information.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Innovara makes no warranties regarding:
- Platform availability
- Accuracy of listings or reviews
- Outcomes of vendor services
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Innovara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Innovara is not liable for third-party actions, content, or services
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Innovara in the preceding three (3) months, or zero if no payment was made.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovara Marketing Inc. from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
13. TERMINATION
Innovara may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for:
- Policy violations
- Legal compliance
- Platform protection
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
Innovara may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
