Welcome to Dispute Resolution
At Find It All, we believe that strong relationships are built through communication, respect, and fairness.
Most transactions and business relationships are completed successfully. However, from time to time, misunderstandings or disagreements may arise between customers and independent businesses.
This page explains how disputes should be handled, the role of Find It All in the process, and what you can expect if you ask us to review a concern.
Our goal is to encourage respectful communication while maintaining a fair and transparent platform for everyone.
Our Approach
We encourage businesses and customers to resolve concerns directly whenever possible.
Many issues can be resolved quickly through open, respectful communication without the need for additional intervention.
Where appropriate, Find It All may assist by reviewing concerns that involve misuse of our platform or potential violations of our policies.
Understanding Our Role
Find It All is an independent technology platform that connects customers with businesses across Canada.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not:

Independent businesses remain solely responsible for the products, services, pricing, warranties, customer service, and legal compliance relating to their business.

Can Find It All force a business to issue a refund?
No. Refunds, warranties, and compensation are determined by the independent business and applicable laws. We may facilitate communication but cannot compel a business to take a specific action.
Will Find It All contact the business?
Where appropriate, yes. If a report relates to a possible violation of our platform policies, we may communicate with the business to better understand the situation and encourage resolution.

Yes. If a business violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other platform policies, we may suspend or remove its listing after appropriate review.
Does reporting a business guarantee action?
