Your investment: CAD $2,499 per month, before applicable taxes.

Initial engagement: Three months, billed monthly. Continuation is monthly after the initial term according to the applicable agreement.

Monthly content: Twelve static/carousel posts, eight edited reels/shorts and up to twelve story frames.

Unique assets: The twelve posts and eight reels represent twenty unique monthly feed assets. Cross-posting does not increase the count.

Monthly filming: One approximately 60-minute session at one location within the standard service area. Additional filming, locations or extended travel are separately quoted.

Production materials: Content uses monthly captured footage and suitable approved client assets. Filming depends on practical site access and relevant permissions.

Special production: Models, actors, specialist equipment, drone footage, advanced animation, complex scripts and major production requirements are not included unless separately approved.

Community management: Weekday monitoring and responses are provided within agreed limits. The service is not 24/7 customer support.

Customer responsibilities: Sensitive matters, business decisions, refunds, sales quotations, regulated advice and significant customer issues remain with the business.

Strategy: One monthly strategy call is included. Additional consulting is separately quoted.

Approvals: The customer must provide required brand information, usable materials, account access, filming permissions and timely content approvals.

Advertising: Paid advertising management and media spend are separate FIA services.

Additional expenses: Influencer fees, third-party creators, premium software, extended travel and other approved external production costs are additional.

Results: Organic reach, views, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, sales and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
