This Disclosure should be read together with the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions and other applicable FIA policies.
PART I — FIA AND THE MARKETPLACE
2. Legal Operator
Find It All, or FIA, is owned, operated and managed by Innovara Marketing Inc.
Marketplace offers may be provided by:
Innovara Marketing Inc., acting as an identified first-party Marketplace Vendor; or
approved independent third-party Marketplace Sellers or Vendors.
Both types of Vendor may, where approved, provide Affiliate Eligible or Tier Eligible offers.
3. Innovara Marketplace Vendor
Where Innovara Marketing Inc. is identified as the provider of a Marketplace product or service, Innovara is acting as an:
Innovara Marketplace Vendor
In that transaction, Innovara is the first-party provider.
Innovara should not be described as an independent third-party Vendor when it is selling its own offer.
4. Independent Marketplace Sellers
Approved independent Marketplace Sellers remain separate businesses from Innovara Marketing Inc.
They remain responsible for their own products or services, subject to applicable FIA Marketplace requirements.
Affiliate participation does not transfer the independent Seller’s fulfilment responsibilities to the Affiliate.
For more information, review Understanding Our Role.
PART II — WHAT AN FIA AFFILIATE IS
5. Affiliate Role
An FIA Affiliate is generally a self-directed promoter or referrer approved to promote eligible FIA offers using FIA’s applicable Affiliate attribution system.
An Affiliate may introduce potential customers to approved products, services or Marketplace offers.
6. Affiliate Is Not the Seller
An Affiliate does not become the Seller merely because:
the Affiliate promoted an offer;
the Buyer clicked the Affiliate’s referral link;
the Affiliate introduced the Buyer;
the Affiliate receives commission; or
the Affiliate helped the Buyer discover FIA.
The Seller or provider identified for the transaction remains the Seller.
7. Affiliate Is Not Automatically an Agent of the Seller
Unless expressly authorized under a separate written arrangement, an Affiliate is not authorized to:
alter the Seller’s offer;
negotiate different terms;
change pricing;
promise additional services;
make warranties on behalf of a Vendor;
bind the Seller contractually; or
represent that the Affiliate owns the Seller’s business.
8. Affiliate Is Not Automatically an FIA Sales Contractor
Participation in FIA’s Affiliate program does not automatically make an Affiliate:
an Innovara employee;
an FIA employee;
an FIA Freelancer;
an Independent Sales Contractor;
an assigned account representative; or
an agent authorized to bind Innovara Marketing Inc.
FIA’s Affiliate and Freelancer/Independent Sales Contractor programs are separate.
PART III — AFFILIATE ELIGIBLE OFFERS
9. Not Every Marketplace Offer Is Affiliate Eligible
Marketplace availability does not automatically mean an offer participates in the Affiliate program.
An offer must be designated or approved as Affiliate Eligible.
10. Vendor Campaign Participation Is Offer-Specific
An approved independent Vendor may choose to place a specific offer into FIA’s Affiliate Campaign where the option is available and FIA approves participation.
Opting one offer into the Affiliate Campaign does not automatically enroll:
all products from that Vendor;
all services from that Vendor;
every future offer;
other packages; or
materially different versions of the same product or service.
11. Affiliate Eligible Offers
An Affiliate Eligible offer is an approved offer for which a valid Affiliate-attributed qualifying sale may generate Affiliate commission.
Affiliate Eligible offers may be supplied by:
Innovara Marketing Inc.; or
approved independent Marketplace Vendors.
12. Tier Eligible Offers
Selected Affiliate Eligible offers may additionally be designated:
Tier Eligible
Tier Eligible offers use FIA’s standard tier framework unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
Not every Affiliate Eligible offer is necessarily Tier Eligible.
PART IV — VENDOR AFFILIATE CAMPAIGN FEES
13. Standard Marketplace Fee
Unless another valid written Seller arrangement expressly provides otherwise, FIA’s standard Marketplace Vendor fee is:
15%
This is calculated on the qualifying transaction subtotal after approved discounts and before applicable sales taxes.
14. Affiliate Campaign Fee
Where:
a specific Vendor offer has been opted into FIA’s Affiliate Campaign; and
a valid Affiliate-attributed qualifying sale occurs,
an additional:
15% Affiliate Campaign Fee
applies to that qualifying Vendor transaction.
15. Vendor-Side Economics
The standard working structure for a valid Affiliate-attributed sale of an opted-in independent Vendor offer is:
| Vendor-Side Commercial Item | Rate |
|---|---|
| Standard Marketplace Fee | 15% |
| Affiliate Campaign Fee | 15% |
| Total FIA Vendor-Side Fee | 30% |
| Vendor Proceeds Before Other Applicable Adjustments | 70% |
This model may be varied only through a valid applicable written Seller arrangement.
16. Affiliate Campaign Fee Is Not Automatically Paid Entirely to the Affiliate
The additional 15% Affiliate Campaign Fee is a commercial fee payable to FIA.
It is not a representation that the full additional 15% is transferred directly to the Affiliate.
The Affiliate Campaign Fee may support matters including:
Affiliate commission;
Affiliate acquisition;
attribution technology;
campaign administration;
reconciliation;
fraud controls;
dashboard infrastructure;
tracking;
program operations; and
other Affiliate Campaign-related economics.
17. No Affiliate Campaign Fee on Ordinary Non-Attributed Sales
The additional 15% Affiliate Campaign Fee does not automatically apply to every sale of an Affiliate Eligible offer.
It applies only where the applicable Vendor campaign rules are satisfied and a valid qualifying Affiliate-attributed sale occurs.
18. No Hidden Buyer Affiliate Fee
FIA’s standard Marketplace fee and Affiliate Campaign Fee are Vendor-side commercial charges.
They must not be added to the Buyer as an undisclosed mandatory surcharge merely because:
the offer participates in the Affiliate Campaign; or
the purchase was Affiliate-attributed.
PART V — BUYER DISCLOSURE
19. Affiliate-Attributed Purchases
A Buyer may reach an FIA Marketplace offer through:
an Affiliate link;
Affiliate content;
an Affiliate promotion;
a referral;
a campaign page; or
another approved tracked Affiliate source.
Where applicable, FIA may record attribution associated with the transaction.
20. Affiliate Commission Does Not Make the Buyer Responsible for Paying the Affiliate
The Buyer does not separately owe Affiliate commission merely because the Buyer used an Affiliate referral.
Affiliate compensation is administered through FIA’s Affiliate program.
21. Buyer Price Transparency
Affiliate participation must not be used to conceal a mandatory additional Buyer charge.
The Buyer should be able to review the applicable transaction price, mandatory charges, taxes and total before purchase in accordance with FIA’s Marketplace checkout process.
22. Affiliate Compensation Does Not Reduce Buyer Rights
A Buyer does not lose an otherwise valid:
refund right;
cancellation right;
warranty right;
Marketplace Buyer Protection remedy;
chargeback right; or
non-waivable statutory right
because an Affiliate may receive commission from the transaction.
PART VI — AFFILIATE PROMOTIONAL DISCLOSURE
23. Material Connection Must Be Clear
Affiliates promoting eligible FIA products or services must clearly disclose their material connection where required.
An Affiliate who may receive commission should not present promotional content in a way that falsely suggests complete commercial independence.
24. Disclosure Should Be Prominent
Affiliate disclosures should be presented clearly and prominently in a manner appropriate to the medium.
A disclosure should not be deliberately hidden:
at the end of a long caption;
among unrelated hashtags;
only inside a profile biography;
behind unclear wording; or
somewhere a reasonable viewer is unlikely to notice it before acting on the promotion.
25. Clear Language
Affiliate disclosures should use plain wording that a reasonable consumer can understand.
Depending on the context, examples may include clear statements such as:
“Affiliate link — I may earn a commission if you purchase.”
“I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”
“Paid Affiliate promotion.”
Affiliates should not rely solely on vague terms that conceal the commercial relationship.
26. Disclosure on Each Relevant Platform
Where Affiliate content is distributed across different platforms or media, appropriate disclosure should accompany the relevant promotional content on each platform where reasonably required.
A disclosure made only somewhere else may not adequately inform the audience viewing the particular promotion.
27. Affiliate Link Alone Is Not the Disclosure
Merely providing:
a referral link;
discount code;
campaign link;
FIA tag; or
Vendor tag
should not be treated as automatically communicating that the promoter may receive compensation.
The commercial connection should be made clear.
28. Honest Reviews and Testimonials
Affiliates must not provide fabricated testimonials or falsely claim personal experience.
Where an Affiliate discusses personal experience, the Affiliate should accurately represent that experience.
Affiliates must not make unsupported product or service claims merely to increase conversions.
See the Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines.
PART VII — STANDARD AFFILIATE ATTRIBUTION
29. Protected Referral Window
FIA’s standard Affiliate attribution model uses a:
24-hour protected referral window
unless the applicable approved offer expressly states otherwise.
30. First-Valid-Click Model
The standard attribution rule is:
first-valid-click
During an active protected referral window, the first valid Affiliate normally retains attribution.
A later Affiliate click during that protected period does not automatically replace the first valid Affiliate.
31. Attribution After Window Expiry
Once an active protected referral window has expired, a later valid Affiliate interaction may establish a new protected window.
32. No Automatic Retroactive Attribution
Affiliate commission is not automatically created merely because an Affiliate later states that they previously:
spoke with the Buyer;
introduced the Buyer informally;
mentioned FIA;
sent untracked information; or
discussed the offer.
FIA may rely on available attribution and transaction records.
33. Attribution Evidence
Relevant attribution information may include:
tracking data;
timestamps;
order records;
accepted offer rules;
CRM records; and
other appropriate records.
34. Privacy Choices
Privacy choices may affect optional tracking.
Where required, applicable privacy choices take priority over optional Affiliate tracking.
For additional information, review the Affiliate Tracking & Attribution Disclosure and Cookie & Tracking Policy.
PART VIII — FIRST-SALE DEFAULT
35. Standard First-Sale Rule
Unless an active offer expressly provides otherwise, FIA’s standard Affiliate commission model is:
first-sale-only for the applicable customer/offer relationship.
36. Repeat Purchases
Repeat purchases do not automatically generate additional Affiliate commission.
This includes, unless the active offer expressly provides otherwise:
later purchases;
renewals;
recurring billing;
repeat orders; and
subsequent transactions.
PART IX — 4% BASE COMMISSION
37. Standard Base Commission
Every valid qualifying Affiliate-attributed sale of an eligible offer earns, subject to the applicable Affiliate terms:
4% Base Commission on Qualifying Sales
38. Base Commission Is Conditional
The 4% Base Commission remains subject to legitimate transaction adjustments including:
refunds;
cancellations;
chargebacks;
reversals;
fraud;
attribution invalidation; and
other transaction ineligibility.
It should not be represented as unconditional or permanently guaranteed merely because an initial transaction record appears.
PART X — TIER ELIGIBLE COMMISSION
39. Standard Tier Structure
For each specific Tier Eligible offer, FIA’s standard final Affiliate rates are:
| Tier-Finalized Sales for the Same Specific Offer in the Applicable Month | Final Affiliate Rate |
|---|---|
| Below CAD $5,000 | 5% |
| CAD $5,000–$14,999.99 | 10% |
| CAD $15,000+ | 15% |
The maximum standard Tier Eligible Affiliate rate is:
15%
40. Base Commission Is Included in the Final Tier
The 4% Base Commission is included within the applicable final tier rate.
Therefore:
5% final rate = 4% Base Commission + 1% top-up
10% final rate = 4% Base Commission + 6% top-up
15% final rate = 4% Base Commission + 11% top-up
It is not calculated as:
4% + 5%;
4% + 10%; or
4% + 15%.
PART XI — OFFER-SPECIFIC TIERS
41. Tier Progress Is Calculated by Specific Offer
Tier Eligible sales are ordinarily measured separately for each specific Tier Eligible offer.
Sales from unrelated offers are not automatically combined.
42. Different Vendors
Sales from different Vendor offers cannot be combined merely because the same Affiliate promoted both.
43. Same Vendor, Different Offers
Different offers from the same Vendor are also normally calculated separately.
Example:
Vendor Offer A: CAD $3,000 Tier-Finalized sales;
Vendor Offer B: CAD $6,000 Tier-Finalized sales.
These are not automatically treated as CAD $9,000 for tier purposes.
44. Expressly Approved Offer Groups
Different offers may be combined only where FIA expressly establishes an approved shared campaign or offer group.
The applicable Affiliate dashboard or campaign information should identify the grouping.
PART XII — EARLY BASE COMMISSION WITHDRAWAL
45. Early Withdrawal Option
Where FIA’s Affiliate functionality supports it, an Affiliate may be permitted to withdraw an available 4% Base Commission before final tier reconciliation.
46. Effect of Withdrawing the 4% Base Commission
If an Affiliate withdraws the available 4% Base Commission for a transaction:
the transaction is locked at 4%;
the transaction exits tier eligibility;
the transaction is removed from that offer’s tier-progress pool; and
no later tier top-up is payable for that transaction.
47. Keeping the Transaction in Tier Progress
If the Affiliate leaves the applicable Base Commission within FIA’s Affiliate system, that transaction may continue toward the:
5%;
10%; or
15%
final tier rate if all applicable Tier Finalization conditions are met.
48. Whole-Transaction Treatment
The standard model applies the early withdrawal decision to the whole eligible transaction.
Partial withdrawal of part of a single transaction’s Base Commission is not part of the standard model unless FIA later expressly introduces that feature.
PART XIII — AFFILIATE BALANCE TERMINOLOGY
49. Dashboard Descriptions
Where applicable, FIA may use descriptions such as:
Pending Commission;
Available Base Commission;
Tier Eligible Balance;
Tier Progress;
Finalized Commission;
Negative Balance / Adjustments; and
Payout.
50. Not a Bank or Stored-Value Account
An Affiliate dashboard balance should not be understood merely from its display as:
a bank account;
trust account;
escrow account;
stored-value account; or
deposit account.
Affiliate amounts remain subject to the applicable program terms, transaction status and reconciliation.
PART XIV — TIER FINALIZATION
51. Tier Finalization Requirements
A Tier Eligible transaction generally becomes Tier Finalized when:
qualifying customer payment has settled;
the product, service or digital deliverable reaches required completion, delivery or an approved fulfilment milestone;
the applicable ordinary Buyer issue window has passed;
there is no unresolved material refund or dispute;
the Affiliate has not withdrawn that transaction’s 4% Base Commission early; and
the transaction otherwise remains eligible.
52. Tier Month
A qualifying Tier Eligible transaction counts toward tier progress in the:
calendar month in which it becomes Tier Finalized.
The original order date alone does not determine the tier month.
53. Why FIA Uses Tier Finalization
Tier Finalization is intended to prevent:
unfinished services;
undelivered products;
unresolved material disputes;
transactions already being refunded; or
other non-finalized transactions
from artificially increasing Affiliate tier progress.
54. Longer-Running Services
For longer-running services, an applicable approved offer may establish a defined commission-release or fulfilment milestone rather than requiring the entire long-term relationship to end before Affiliate finalization.
PART XV — BUYER ISSUE WINDOWS AND AFFILIATE FINALIZATION
55. Services and Digital Deliverables
The ordinary FIA Marketplace problem/refund request window for completed services and digital deliverables is:
7 calendar days
from confirmed completion or delivery.
56. Physical Goods
The ordinary FIA Marketplace problem/refund request window for physical goods is:
14 calendar days
from confirmed delivery.
57. Wrong, Damaged or Missing Goods
Wrong, visibly damaged, incomplete or missing physical items should be reported promptly and, where reasonably discoverable, ordinarily within:
7 calendar days
from confirmed delivery.
58. These Windows Do Not Remove Mandatory Rights
The ordinary FIA issue windows do not eliminate applicable rights involving matters such as:
fraud;
unauthorized payment;
non-delivery;
latent defects not reasonably discoverable earlier;
applicable warranties;
mandatory statutory cancellation rights;
mandatory consumer protection rights; or
other non-waivable legal rights.
A later valid Buyer remedy may therefore affect Affiliate commission even after an ordinary FIA issue period has passed.
PART XVI — REFUNDS AND AFFILIATE COMMISSION
59. Commission Follows the Underlying Transaction
Affiliate commission remains connected to the validity of the underlying qualifying transaction.
A transaction that later becomes legitimately refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible may require commission adjustment.
60. Full Refund
Where the underlying qualifying transaction is fully refunded or fully reversed, up to:
100% of the corresponding Affiliate commission
may be reversed or clawed back under the applicable Affiliate terms.
61. Partial Refund
Where the Buyer receives a valid partial refund:
qualifying Affiliate sales volume may be reduced proportionally; and
Affiliate commission may be recalculated using the retained qualifying transaction amount.
This may also change the applicable tier.
62. Chargeback
A valid chargeback or payment reversal may affect:
Affiliate eligibility;
qualifying tier volume;
finalized commission; and
amounts previously paid.
PART XVII — CLAWBACKS AFTER PAYMENT
63. Paid Commission May Still Be Corrected
An Affiliate commission does not become immune from legitimate correction simply because payment has already been made.
A later valid refund, chargeback, reversal, fraud determination or other ineligibility may trigger a post-payment adjustment.
64. Negative Affiliate Balance
Where an Affiliate received more commission than remains valid after a legitimate adjustment, FIA may record a:
Negative Affiliate Balance
under the applicable Affiliate terms.
65. Recovery Methods
Where contractually and legally permitted, FIA may recover a valid negative Affiliate balance through:
future Base Commission offsets;
future tier top-up offsets;
future finalized commission offsets;
future payout offsets; or
a request for repayment of the remaining recoverable overpayment.
66. Adjustment Information
Where FIA makes an Affiliate commission adjustment, the Affiliate should receive reasonable information identifying the relevant transaction or adjustment.
FIA is not required to disclose confidential fraud controls, detection logic or internal risk thresholds.
PART XVIII — AFFILIATE PAYOUTS
67. No Standard CAD $50 Minimum
FIA does not apply a standard CAD $50 minimum Affiliate payout threshold under the current standard program.
A finalized approved Affiliate balance is not carried forward solely because it is below CAD $50.
68. Finalized Balance
After applicable reconciliation, FIA pays the Affiliate’s:
full approved finalized balance
to the Affiliate’s selected payout method or account.
69. Legitimate Payout Restrictions
Payout may still be affected by matters such as:
processing time;
banking restrictions;
payment-provider limitations;
invalid payout information;
missing payout information;
fraud review;
legal holds;
chargeback holds;
negative balances; or
other legitimate restrictions.
PART XIX — BUYER REFUNDS TAKE PRIORITY OVER AFFILIATE EXPECTATIONS
70. Affiliate Cannot Prevent a Valid Buyer Remedy
An Affiliate cannot block or veto:
an eligible refund;
cancellation;
Buyer Protection resolution;
chargeback;
warranty remedy; or
another valid Buyer adjustment
merely because the adjustment reduces Affiliate commission.
71. Vendor Cannot Protect Affiliate Commission by Denying a Valid Buyer Remedy
A Vendor must not improperly deny a valid refund or other required transaction adjustment solely to preserve:
Affiliate tier volume;
Affiliate commission;
Affiliate Campaign economics; or
Vendor proceeds.
PART XX — VENDOR CAMPAIGN CHANGES
72. Prospective Campaign Opt-Out
Subject to applicable campaign terms, an independent Vendor may request to stop future Affiliate Campaign participation for a particular offer.
Approved campaign changes generally operate prospectively.
73. No Retroactive Removal
A Vendor cannot retroactively remove an otherwise valid:
Affiliate attribution;
Affiliate Campaign Fee;
qualifying Affiliate transaction; or
transaction obligation
merely because the Vendor later changes or ends campaign participation.
PART XXI — BOOSTS AND FEATURED PLACEMENT
74. Separate Commercial Products
Affiliate Campaign participation does not automatically include:
Boosts;
Featured Placement;
Sponsored Visibility;
category promotion; or
other FIA growth products.
These remain separate optional commercial products unless expressly included in another approved arrangement.
75. Affiliate Campaign Fee Does Not Guarantee Placement
Payment of an Affiliate Campaign Fee does not guarantee:
top Marketplace ranking;
Featured Placement;
sponsored placement;
category prominence; or
a specific level of traffic.
PART XXII — AFFILIATE VS FIA SALES/FREELANCER PROGRAM
76. Separate Programs
The FIA Affiliate program and FIA Freelancer/Independent Sales Contractor program are separate.
An Affiliate generally acts as a self-directed promoter or referrer.
A Freelancer/Independent Sales Contractor may have separate active-sales responsibilities such as:
prospecting;
Vendor acquisition;
qualification;
closing;
account development; or
assigned sales activity.
77. No Automatic Double Compensation
A transaction does not automatically receive both:
Affiliate commission; and
FIA Freelancer/Sales Contractor compensation.
Any permitted overlap must be expressly authorized by FIA’s applicable compensation rules.
PART XXIII — ELECTRONIC MARKETING
78. Affiliate Electronic Messages
Affiliates who promote FIA offers through commercial electronic messages are responsible for complying with applicable communication and anti-spam requirements.
An Affiliate must not assume that participation in FIA’s program automatically provides permission to send promotional emails, texts or other commercial electronic messages to any person.
79. Consent and Identification
Where applicable law requires it, Affiliates are responsible for ensuring appropriate:
consent;
sender identification;
identification of relevant persons on whose behalf a message is sent; and
unsubscribe functionality.
Additional requirements are described in the Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines.
80. No Purchased or Unauthorized Contact Lists
Affiliates must not use unlawful or unauthorized contact lists to promote FIA offers.
FIA may restrict Affiliate participation where promotional conduct creates material legal, reputational, privacy or Marketplace risk.
PART XXIV — PROHIBITED AFFILIATE REPRESENTATIONS
81. No Guaranteed Earnings Claims
Affiliates must not falsely represent that FIA guarantees:
a particular income;
a particular number of sales;
a particular tier;
recurring commissions where the offer does not provide them;
indefinite commissions; or
automatic earnings simply from joining the Affiliate program.
82. No False Commission Claims
Affiliates must not misrepresent the standard model as:
4% + 5%;
4% + 10%;
4% + 15%;
a standard 20% Affiliate tier;
a standard 30% Affiliate commission; or
another rate inconsistent with the applicable approved offer.
83. No Misrepresentation of FIA
Affiliates must not falsely claim to:
own FIA;
represent the government;
act as a regulator;
certify businesses universally;
bind Innovara Marketing Inc.;
guarantee Vendor performance; or
guarantee Buyer outcomes.
84. No Misrepresentation of Sellers
Affiliates must not make unauthorized claims about a Vendor’s:
product capabilities;
professional qualifications;
licences;
guarantees;
inventory;
delivery promises;
warranties; or
refund terms.
PART XXV — AFFILIATE CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
85. Accuracy
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional claims are not materially misleading.
Where FIA or a Vendor provides approved campaign content, Affiliates should not materially alter it in a way that creates a false representation.
86. Personal Experience
If an Affiliate claims personal experience with a product or service, that representation should be genuine.
Affiliates should not fabricate:
purchases;
experiences;
testimonials;
reviews;
before-and-after results; or
customer outcomes.
87. AI-Assisted Affiliate Content
Use of AI-assisted tools does not remove the Affiliate’s responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of promotional content.
AI-generated content must not be used to fabricate:
endorsements;
reviews;
certifications;
product performance;
customer experiences; or
Seller credentials.
See Responsible AI & AI Usage Disclosure.
PART XXVI — FRAUD AND ATTRIBUTION MANIPULATION
88. Prohibited Activity
Affiliates, Sellers and Buyers must not manipulate the Affiliate system through activity such as:
fabricated transactions;
fake customer accounts;
sham purchases;
coordinated false orders;
false fulfilment;
artificial tier volume;
attribution interference;
fraudulent refunds;
intentional chargeback manipulation; or
other artificial activity.
89. Invalid Attribution
FIA may invalidate attribution where reasonably supported by applicable program rules and evidence.
Invalid attribution may result in:
loss of commission;
removal from tier progress;
reversal of previously recorded commission; or
other action under the applicable Affiliate terms.
90. Fraud Controls
FIA may use reasonable fraud and integrity controls to administer its Affiliate program.
FIA does not publicly disclose confidential:
fraud thresholds;
detection models;
risk scores;
investigation triggers; or
security logic.
PART XXVII — PRIVACY AND TRACKING
91. Tracking Technologies
Affiliate attribution may use permitted technologies or records such as:
referral parameters;
cookies;
tracking links;
timestamps;
transaction records;
CRM data; or
other approved attribution mechanisms.
92. Privacy Choices
Where optional tracking is subject to a user’s privacy choice or consent requirement, applicable privacy choices take priority.
Lack of permitted tracking may affect whether a transaction can be attributed to an Affiliate.
93. No Guaranteed Attribution Where Tracking Is Unavailable
An Affiliate should not assume FIA can always reconstruct an attribution event where required tracking or reliable records are unavailable.
Attribution is governed by the applicable program rules and available evidence.
Review the Cookie & Tracking Policy and Privacy Policy.
PART XXVIII — BUYER PROTECTION AND AFFILIATE SALES
94. Buyer Protection Applies to Affiliate-Attributed Sales
An Affiliate-attributed Marketplace sale remains subject to FIA’s applicable Buyer Protection rules.
The transaction does not receive weaker Buyer protection because an Affiliate was involved.
95. Ordinary Issue Windows
The standard FIA Marketplace issue windows are:
Services and digital deliverables: 7 calendar days from confirmed completion or delivery.
Physical goods: 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery.
Wrong, visibly damaged, incomplete or missing physical goods should be reported promptly and, where reasonably discoverable, ordinarily within 7 calendar days.
These rules remain subject to the exceptions described in FIA’s Marketplace policies.
Review the Marketplace Buyer Protection & Resolution Policy and Marketplace Order, Fulfilment, Cancellation & Refund Standard.
PART XXIX — AFFILIATE RECORDS
96. Program Records
FIA may maintain records reasonably necessary to administer Affiliate transactions, including:
Affiliate identifier;
offer;
Seller/provider;
referral timestamp;
attribution status;
order ID;
qualifying amount;
commission status;
tier status;
refund adjustments;
payout status; and
other relevant transaction information.
97. Record Corrections
Where FIA identifies a genuine attribution, commission or transaction-record error, FIA may make a reasonable correction in accordance with applicable program terms.
PART XXX — PROGRAM CHANGES
98. Affiliate Program Changes
FIA may update Affiliate Campaign structures, technology, eligibility requirements or program terms for future activity.
Changes should not be treated as retroactively rewriting completed transactions where doing so would conflict with accepted terms or applicable law.
99. Offer-Specific Conditions
An Affiliate Eligible offer may have additional campaign-specific conditions.
Where those conditions apply, Affiliates should review them before promoting the offer.

Independent Vendor commercial obligations relating to Affiliate Campaign participation may also be governed by a separate Vendor Affiliate Campaign Schedule.
107. Buyer Rights
Nothing in this Disclosure is intended to reduce or remove a Buyer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
108. No Guaranteed Affiliate Earnings
Participation in FIA’s Affiliate program does not guarantee:

revenue;
commission;
a particular tier;
a particular payout amount; or
continued eligibility for every offer.
Commission arises only from transactions that satisfy the applicable Affiliate requirements.
109. Current Standard Model
As of 1 October 2026, FIA’s standard Marketplace Affiliate model is:
24-hour protected referral window

tiers calculated by the same specific offer
no combining unrelated offers unless FIA expressly groups them
early withdrawal of the 4% Base Commission locks that transaction at 4%
Tier Eligible transactions count in the month they become Tier Finalized

no standard CAD $50 Affiliate payout minimum
