6. Treat People Respectfully
Users should communicate in a civil and respectful manner, including during:
purchases;
complaints;
reviews;
Seller interactions;
Affiliate promotions;
disputes;
support requests; and
business communications.
Disagreement does not justify harassment or abuse.

FIA participants should respect:
privacy;
intellectual property;
contractual rights;
personal safety;
business identity; and
other applicable rights.
8. Protect Marketplace Trust
Participants must not manipulate FIA systems, ratings, transactions, referrals or community features to create a false impression of:
popularity;
trustworthiness;
demand;
customer satisfaction;
sales volume;
Affiliate performance; or
business legitimacy.
9. Be Transparent About Your Role
Participants must not deliberately misrepresent who they are or what authority they have.
This includes accurately distinguishing among roles such as:
Buyer;
Seller;
Affiliate;
business owner;
Service Partner;
Freelancer;
Independent Sales Contractor; and
Innovara/FIA staff.
PART II — RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
10. Harassment Is Not Permitted
Users must not use FIA to repeatedly target another person with abusive, threatening or intimidating conduct.
11. Threats
Users must not make credible threats of violence, physical harm or serious unlawful retaliation.
12. Intimidation
Participants must not pressure others through threats, coercion or intimidation in order to obtain:
money;
reviews;
refunds;
withdrawals of complaints;
changes to ratings;
Affiliate attribution;
business concessions; or
other improper advantages.
13. Abusive Communications
Repeated:
insults;
aggressive messages;
degrading comments;
targeted profanity;
unwanted contact; or
hostile communications
may result in moderation where they materially interfere with the FIA community.
14. Discriminatory Harassment
FIA should not be used to target people with degrading or threatening conduct based on protected or personal characteristics.
Legitimate discussion, criticism or disagreement is not automatically prohibited merely because it concerns sensitive topics.
15. Sexual Harassment
Unwanted sexualized harassment, threats or coercive sexual conduct is not permitted.
PART III — SAFETY
16. Safety Comes First
Participants should not use FIA in a manner that creates unreasonable risk of physical harm to others.
17. Dangerous Instructions or Conduct
Users must not use FIA community features to encourage dangerous unlawful activity or deliberately place others at serious risk.
18. Unsafe Products or Services
Users who become aware of a serious Marketplace safety concern should report it promptly.
Where appropriate, FIA may:
review the offer;
request information;
restrict availability;
preserve records; or
take other reasonable action.
19. Emergencies
FIA support and reporting systems are not emergency services.
Immediate threats to health, safety or property should be directed to the appropriate emergency service or authority.
PART IV — FRAUD AND DECEPTION
20. Fraud Is Prohibited
Users must not use FIA to engage in fraudulent conduct.
Examples may include:
fake transactions;
false identities;
fabricated business information;
payment fraud;
refund fraud;
chargeback manipulation;
fabricated delivery;
false service completion;
Affiliate fraud; or
deliberate financial deception.
21. Scams
Users must not use FIA to operate schemes intended to obtain money, goods, personal information or services through deception.
22. False Business Identity
A person must not falsely claim:
to own a business;
to represent a business;
to be licensed when they are not;
to hold qualifications they do not possess; or
to have authority they do not have.
23. Impersonation
Users must not impersonate:
another individual;
a business;
Innovara Marketing Inc.;
FIA staff;
an Affiliate;
a government organization;
a regulator; or
another identifiable entity
in a misleading manner.
PART V — BUSINESS LISTINGS AND CLAIMS
24. Accurate Business Information
Business information submitted to FIA should be truthful and reasonably current.
25. Claiming a Business
A user claiming control of a business presence must have appropriate authority to do so.
Review the Claim & Ownership Verification Declaration.
26. Listing Accuracy
Business listing information should not deliberately misrepresent matters such as:
location;
contact information;
services;
operating status;
qualifications;
pricing;
business identity; or
service areas.
Review the Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration.
27. Verification Claims
A business that has completed an FIA verification process must not falsely represent FIA verification as:
government certification;
universal professional certification;
a guarantee of performance;
an endorsement of every claim made by the business; or
permanent immunity from future review.
Review the Business Verification Standards.
PART VI — MARKETPLACE COMMUNITY CONDUCT
28. Seller Responsibility
Marketplace Sellers must act consistently with the Marketplace Seller Standards.
29. Seller Identity
Marketplace offers may be supplied by:
Innovara Marketing Inc., acting as an identified first-party Innovara Marketplace Vendor; or
approved independent Marketplace Sellers.
Participants should not falsely describe one as the other.
30. Affiliate Is Not the Seller
An Affiliate referring a Marketplace transaction does not become the underlying Seller.
The Seller identified for the applicable offer remains responsible for that product or service.
31. Fulfil Accepted Orders Honestly
Sellers must not knowingly create false records of:
shipment;
delivery;
service completion;
digital delivery; or
Buyer acceptance.
32. No False Completion
An order must not be marked completed merely to:
trigger Seller payout;
end a Buyer issue window;
avoid a refund;
create Affiliate tier progress; or
manipulate FIA records.
33. Buyer Conduct
Buyers must not knowingly make false claims involving:
non-delivery;
damage;
missing goods;
unauthorized payment;
poor fulfilment; or
refund eligibility.
34. Marketplace Disputes
Buyers and Sellers should participate honestly in FIA Marketplace resolution processes.
Review the Marketplace Buyer Protection & Resolution Policy.
PART VII — PRICING AND COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY
35. Accurate Pricing
Businesses and Affiliates should not deliberately publish materially misleading pricing.
36. No Fake Discounts
Participants must not knowingly use:
false regular prices;
fabricated discounts;
fake savings;
fictitious promotional pricing; or
expired promotions represented as current.
37. No Hidden Mandatory Charges
Known mandatory commercial charges should not be deliberately concealed from Buyers.
38. Seller-Side Marketplace Fees
FIA’s Marketplace commercial fees are Seller/Vendor-side fees unless otherwise expressly stated.
Sellers and Affiliates must not falsely present FIA Seller-side fees as undisclosed mandatory Buyer surcharges.
PART VIII — REVIEWS AND RATINGS
39. Reviews Should Reflect Genuine Experience
Reviews should be based on genuine relevant experience.
40. Fake Reviews
Users must not create or arrange:
fabricated positive reviews;
fabricated negative reviews;
fake customer accounts;
coordinated review manipulation; or
purchased review activity.
41. Review Incentives
Users must not improperly condition compensation or benefits on a required positive review where doing so would violate FIA’s review rules.
42. Competitor Review Abuse
A business must not use FIA to publish false negative reviews intended primarily to damage a competitor.
43. Honest Negative Reviews
A Seller must not retaliate against a Buyer merely for posting an honest critical review that complies with FIA policy.
44. Review Disputes
A business that believes a review violates FIA rules should use the appropriate reporting process rather than harassing the reviewer.
Review the Reviews & Ratings Policy.
PART IX — AFFILIATE COMMUNITY CONDUCT
45. Affiliate Transparency
Affiliates should clearly disclose material commercial relationships where required.
Review the Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines.
46. Accurate Commission Claims
Affiliates must not misrepresent FIA’s standard commission structure.
The current standard model includes:
4% Base Commission on Qualifying Sales; and
selected Tier Eligible offers with final standard rates of 5%, 10% and 15%.
The 4% Base Commission is included within the final tier.
47. No 20% or 30% Standard Affiliate Claims
Participants must not promote FIA’s current standard Affiliate model as offering a standard:
20% Affiliate tier; or
30% Affiliate commission.
48. Offer-Specific Tiers
Tier progress is ordinarily calculated separately for each specific Tier Eligible offer.
Users must not knowingly combine unrelated offers in order to falsely claim a higher Affiliate tier.
49. Attribution Integrity
FIA’s standard Affiliate model uses:
a 24-hour protected referral window; and
first-valid-click attribution.
Participants must not deliberately interfere with valid attribution.
50. Attribution Manipulation
Prohibited practices include:
cookie stuffing;
forced clicks;
hidden referral injection;
artificial click generation;
false referral ownership;
deliberate overwriting of another Affiliate’s valid protected attribution; or
similar manipulation.
51. First-Sale Default
Unless an approved offer expressly states otherwise, Affiliate commission is first-sale-only for the applicable customer/offer relationship.
Affiliates must not mislead customers or other Affiliates by claiming permanent or lifetime commission rights where none exist.
52. Affiliate Versus Freelancer
Affiliate and FIA Freelancer/Independent Sales Contractor roles are separate.
Users must not falsely represent that Affiliate status automatically creates:
employment;
assigned sales duties;
Freelancer status;
Independent Sales Contractor status; or
automatic entitlement to both compensation systems.
53. No Automatic Double Compensation
A transaction does not automatically qualify for both Affiliate commission and FIA Freelancer/Sales Contractor compensation.
PART X — SPAM AND UNWANTED PROMOTION
54. Do Not Spam
FIA must not be used for abusive or repetitive unwanted promotional activity.
55. Examples of Spam
Spam may include:
mass repetitive messages;
irrelevant promotional comments;
automated promotional posts;
repeated unsolicited DMs;
deceptive messages;
repeated unwanted solicitations; or
similar disruptive activity.
56. Electronic Marketing
Affiliates, Sellers and businesses remain responsible for complying with applicable electronic-marketing requirements.
FIA participation does not automatically provide permission to market to another user.
57. Customer Information Is Not a Free Marketing List
Receiving customer information through an FIA transaction does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing.
PART XI — PRIVACY
58. Respect Personal Information
Users must not misuse personal information obtained through FIA.
59. Prohibited Data Misuse
Users must not knowingly:
publish private customer information without authority;
sell customer information without authority;
disclose transaction information for unrelated harmful purposes;
misuse contact details;
stalk or harass people using FIA data; or
use information for unauthorized purposes.
60. Buyer Information
Sellers should use Buyer information only for appropriate purposes such as:
fulfilment;
customer support;
delivery;
warranty administration;
dispute resolution;
lawful records; or
other permitted purposes.
61. Affiliate Tracking
Participants must not attempt to bypass user privacy choices merely to preserve Affiliate attribution.
Review the Cookie & Tracking Policy and Affiliate Tracking & Attribution Disclosure.
PART XII — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
62. Use Content You Have the Right to Use
Users should only upload or publish content they have appropriate rights to use.
63. Unauthorized Content
Users must not knowingly publish unauthorized:
photographs;
logos;
videos;
written material;
trademarks;
copyrighted works; or
other protected content.
64. FIA Branding
Participation in FIA does not transfer ownership of FIA branding or intellectual property.
65. Vendor Branding
Affiliates and other participants must not use Vendor branding in a manner that falsely implies ownership, authority or endorsement.
Review the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
PART XIII — AI-ASSISTED CONTENT
66. AI Use Does Not Remove Responsibility
Users remain responsible for content they create, publish or approve using AI-assisted tools.
67. No Fabricated AI Claims
AI must not be used to fabricate:
reviews;
testimonials;
customer experiences;
qualifications;
certifications;
business credentials;
product capabilities;
transactions;
delivery evidence; or
endorsements.
68. Synthetic Impersonation
Users must not use materially deceptive synthetic media to falsely represent that a real identifiable person made a statement, gave an endorsement or participated in an event when they did not.
Review Responsible AI & AI Usage Disclosure.
PART XIV — MISINFORMATION ABOUT FIA
69. FIA Is Not Government
Users must not falsely represent FIA as:
a government department;
government licensing body;
regulator;
court; or
universal certification authority.
70. No False FIA Endorsement
Businesses must not represent their FIA presence as an unconditional FIA guarantee of:
quality;
legality;
professional competence;
financial stability;
customer satisfaction; or
future performance.
71. No False Platform Scale Claims
Participants should not invent unsupported claims concerning FIA’s:
user numbers;
national coverage;
sales volume;
Marketplace adoption;
Vendor count;
Affiliate earnings; or
other business metrics.
PART XV — SAFETY-SENSITIVE AND REGULATED CATEGORIES
72. Category Requirements
Certain categories may require additional:
verification;
licensing;
insurance;
declarations;
eligibility review; or
restrictions.
73. No Evasion
Users must not misclassify a regulated or higher-risk offering merely to avoid required review.
74. High-Risk Categories
Where applicable, participants may be required to follow the High-Risk Category Addendum.
75. Insurance Requirements
Where required, applicable insurance information must be accurate.
Review the Insurance Declaration & Acknowledgement.
PART XVI — ACCOUNT AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY
76. Account Security
Users are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their account access.
77. Unauthorized Access
Users must not attempt to access another person’s account, private information or restricted FIA systems without authorization.
78. Technical Abuse
Users must not deliberately interfere with FIA through:
malicious automation;
unauthorized scraping where prohibited;
system interference;
exploitation of vulnerabilities;
malicious code;
access-control circumvention; or
other prohibited technical abuse.
Detailed technical restrictions may also appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.
PART XVII — MARKETPLACE MANIPULATION
79. Fake Orders
Users must not create fake orders merely to:
improve rankings;
generate Affiliate commission;
generate artificial Seller volume;
fabricate popularity; or
manipulate FIA metrics.
80. Artificial Fulfilment
Users must not create false fulfilment records to make a fake or incomplete transaction appear legitimate.
81. Refund Manipulation
Participants must not coordinate artificial:
purchases;
refunds;
partial refunds;
chargebacks; or
reversals
to create improper financial or Affiliate outcomes.
82. Tier Manipulation
Participants must not artificially manipulate Affiliate Tier Progress through:
sham transactions;
fake completion;
coordinated false Buyers;
delayed artificial refunds; or
similar conduct.
PART XVIII — FAIR BUSINESS CONDUCT
83. No Coercive Business Practices
Users must not use threats, false information or improper pressure to force another participant to accept commercial terms.
84. Honest Negotiation
Where negotiation is permitted, participants should communicate material terms accurately.
85. No False Availability
Businesses and Affiliates must not knowingly claim false:
inventory scarcity;
appointment scarcity;
time limits;
closing deadlines; or
availability
to pressure a transaction.
86. No Fake Urgency
Fake countdown timers or fabricated “last chance” representations are not permitted.
PART XIX — BUSINESS STORIES AND COMMUNITY CONTENT
87. Business Stories
Business Stories and editorial content must comply with applicable FIA terms and permissions.
Review the Business Story Editorial Consent & Media Release.
88. No Fabricated Business Stories
Participants must not knowingly submit fabricated:
founder stories;
business milestones;
customer quotations;
awards;
credentials; or
achievements.
89. Editorial Independence
Participation in a paid FIA service does not automatically entitle a participant to publish false or misleading claims through FIA editorial content.
PART XX — SERVICE PARTNERS
90. Service Partner Conduct
Service Partners must act consistently with applicable FIA Service Partner requirements.
91. No False Partner Status
A person must not represent themselves as an FIA Service Partner unless actually approved for that role.
92. Separate Responsibilities
Service Partner status does not automatically create:
employment;
ownership of FIA;
regulatory authority;
Seller status; or
Affiliate status
unless the applicable separate relationship exists.
PART XXI — USERS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
93. Good-Faith Support Requests
Users should provide accurate information when seeking support.
94. No Abuse of Support Staff
Users may criticize decisions or raise complaints but should not harass, threaten or repeatedly abuse support personnel.
95. No False Escalation Threats
Users must not knowingly use fabricated legal, regulatory or safety claims solely to improperly pressure another participant.
This does not prevent a person from raising a genuine legal or regulatory concern.
PART XXII — DISPUTES
96. Use the Appropriate Process
Marketplace order disputes should normally use the applicable Marketplace process.
Broader complaints may use the Dispute Resolution & Complaints Policy.
97. Evidence Must Be Genuine
Participants must not submit knowingly false or altered evidence during a dispute.
98. No Retaliation
Users must not retaliate against another participant simply because that person used an FIA complaint, reporting, refund or dispute process in good faith.
PART XXIII — REPORTING CONTENT OR CONDUCT
99. Report a Concern
Users may report suspected violations through Report a Concern / Abuse.
100. Helpful Reports
Where practical, a report should provide enough information to understand the concern, such as:
relevant account;
business;
listing;
offer;
order;
review;
Affiliate promotion;
content;
communication; or
other relevant context.
101. False Reports
Users must not knowingly make false reports for the purpose of:
harassing someone;
harming a competitor;
removing a legitimate review;
interfering with an Affiliate;
disrupting a Seller; or
manipulating FIA enforcement.
PART XXIV — FIA REVIEW AND MODERATION
102. FIA May Review Reported Activity
FIA may review reasonably available information when investigating suspected Community Guidelines violations.
103. Context Matters
FIA may consider factors including:
seriousness;
context;
frequency;
intent where reasonably evident from evidence;
prior conduct;
impact;
cooperation;
correction;
risk; and
applicable role-specific rules.
104. Not Every Disagreement Is a Violation
FIA should not treat ordinary:
criticism;
negative reviews;
commercial disagreements;
refund requests;
complaints;
differing opinions; or
lawful competition
as Community Guidelines violations merely because another participant dislikes them.
PART XXV — ENFORCEMENT
105. Possible Actions
Depending on the circumstances, FIA may take actions such as:
provide guidance;
request correction;
remove or restrict content;
remove a review where applicable;
restrict an offer;
require verification;
require re-verification;
invalidate improper Affiliate attribution;
reverse ineligible Affiliate commission;
restrict Marketplace access;
restrict Affiliate participation;
suspend an account; or
terminate participation
where permitted by applicable terms.
106. Proportionate Response
Where appropriate, FIA may consider whether correction, warning or restriction is sufficient before stronger action.
Serious fraud, safety issues or repeated material misconduct may justify stronger action.
107. Immediate Restriction
FIA may apply an immediate temporary restriction where reasonably necessary to address a serious:
safety concern;
fraud concern;
account compromise;
Marketplace integrity risk;
privacy concern; or
other material platform risk.
108. Separate Financial Adjustments
Account or content enforcement does not prevent FIA from separately administering valid:
refunds;
Seller adjustments;
chargebacks;
Affiliate clawbacks;
Negative Affiliate Balances; or
other transaction corrections
under the applicable policies.
PART XXVI — APPEALS, QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
109. Questions About Enforcement
A user may use the applicable FIA support process to ask for clarification about an enforcement action.
110. Broader Complaint Process
Where a user wishes to raise a formal complaint concerning FIA’s handling of a matter, the Dispute Resolution & Complaints Policy may apply.
111. No Guaranteed Reversal
Requesting further review does not guarantee that an earlier FIA decision will be reversed.
