1. Trust at Find It All
Discovering and doing business through a platform should come with clarity.

who operates FIA;
what role FIA plays;
how business listings and verification work;
how reviews are handled;
how Marketplace transactions operate;
how Buyers and Sellers are protected;
how Affiliate referrals and promotions work;
how payments, refunds and payouts are administered;
how personal information is handled;
what platform behaviour is permitted;
how AI-assisted activity is addressed;
how to raise a complaint; and
how to report serious concerns.
PART I — WHO OPERATES FIA
2. Legal Operator
Find It All, or FIA, is owned, operated and managed by:
Innovara Marketing Inc.
FIA is the public-facing brand and platform.
3. FIA’s Role Can Vary
Depending on the activity, FIA may act as:
a local discovery platform;
business-information publisher;
review platform;
verification administrator;
sponsored editorial provider;
business-growth service provider;
Marketplace operator;
first-party Marketplace Vendor;
Affiliate program operator;
Service Partner network operator; or
provider of other approved platform functions.
The specific relationship depends on the relevant offer, service or transaction.
Read Understanding Our Role for a fuller explanation.
4. FIA Is Not Government
FIA is not:
a government authority;
regulator;
court;
universal licensing body; or
universal certification authority.
FIA verification, moderation and Marketplace decisions are platform processes rather than government or judicial determinations.
PART II — CORE PLATFORM POLICIES
5. Terms of Service
The Terms of Service are FIA’s primary general platform terms.
They explain matters including:
platform access;
accounts;
business listings;
Marketplace participation;
Affiliate participation;
payments;
content;
enforcement;
third-party relationships; and
general legal responsibilities.
6. Acceptable Use
The Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited uses of FIA, including applicable rules concerning:
fraud;
malicious activity;
unauthorized access;
spam;
impersonation;
privacy abuse;
platform manipulation; and
other prohibited conduct.
7. Community Standards
The Community Guidelines explain expected conduct across the FIA community.
They apply to areas including:
Buyers;
businesses;
Sellers;
Affiliates;
reviewers;
Service Partners; and
other FIA participants.
PART III — BUSINESS LISTINGS, CLAIMS AND VERIFICATION
8. Business Listings
A business listing does not automatically mean:
the business owner has claimed it;
FIA has verified every fact;
the business has paid FIA;
the business participates in Marketplace; or
FIA endorses the business.
9. Listing Accuracy
The Listing Terms & Accuracy Declaration explains responsibilities associated with business information submitted to FIA.
10. Claiming a Business
The Claim & Ownership Verification Declaration addresses authority to claim or manage a business profile.
Claiming and verification are related but separate processes.
11. Business Verification
The Business Verification Standards explain FIA verification statuses and their limitations.
Verification does not automatically guarantee:
quality;
future performance;
customer satisfaction;
legal compliance; or
every statement made by the business.
PART IV — REVIEWS AND COMMUNITY TRUST
12. Reviews and Ratings
FIA aims to support genuine positive, neutral and critical feedback while limiting manipulation and abuse.
The Reviews & Ratings Policy addresses:
genuine experience;
fake reviews;
review manipulation;
conflicts of interest;
incentives;
business responses;
moderation; and
review disputes.
13. Honest Criticism
A legitimate negative review is not automatically removed merely because a business disagrees with it.
Businesses and users should use FIA’s applicable reporting or dispute process where they believe content violates policy.
PART V — FIA MARKETPLACE
14. Marketplace Is Part of FIA’s Current Operating Model
FIA Marketplace is available for eligible offers from:
Innovara Marketing Inc., acting as an identified first-party Innovara Marketplace Vendor; and
approved independent Marketplace Sellers.
Marketplace availability may vary by:
Seller;
product;
service;
category;
location; and
current platform availability.
15. Seller Identity Matters
The applicable Marketplace Seller or provider should be identified through the relevant offer, checkout or transaction information.
Where Innovara is identified as the Seller, Innovara provides the offering.
Where an independent Marketplace Seller is identified, that Seller remains responsible for the underlying product or service, subject to FIA Marketplace rules.
16. Marketplace Seller Standards
The Marketplace Seller Standards explain FIA’s public standards for independent Sellers.
They address matters including:
Seller eligibility;
verification;
offer accuracy;
pricing;
fulfilment;
refunds;
Marketplace fees;
Affiliate Campaign participation;
privacy;
reviews; and
Marketplace enforcement.
17. Seller Onboarding
Businesses interested in Marketplace participation should review the Seller Onboarding Centre.
Seller onboarding may involve additional private agreements, declarations, tax information and category-specific requirements before an independent Seller is approved.
PART VI — FOR MARKETPLACE BUYERS
18. Marketplace Purchase Terms
The Marketplace Purchase Terms explain the terms applicable to Marketplace purchases.
Buyers should also review the information shown for the specific offer and checkout.
19. Buyer Protection
The Marketplace Buyer Protection & Resolution Policy explains FIA’s administrative process for transaction problems such as:
non-delivery;
damaged goods;
incorrect goods;
missing items;
service issues;
digital-delivery issues;
refunds;
cancellations; and
other qualifying Marketplace concerns.
Buyer Protection is a platform resolution framework and does not remove applicable external or non-waivable legal rights.
20. Order, Fulfilment, Cancellation and Refund Rules
The Marketplace Order, Fulfilment, Cancellation & Refund Standard explains the Marketplace transaction lifecycle from order placement through:
fulfilment;
delivery;
service completion;
delays;
cancellations;
returns;
refunds;
chargebacks; and
transaction adjustments.
PART VII — MARKETPLACE PAYMENTS
21. Payment, Billing, Refunds and Payouts
The Payment, Billing, Refund & Payout Policy explains FIA’s framework for:
Buyer payments;
pricing;
taxes;
Marketplace fees;
refunds;
chargebacks;
Seller proceeds;
Affiliate commissions;
adjustments;
negative balances; and
payouts.
22. Seller-Side Marketplace Fees
FIA’s standard Marketplace and applicable Affiliate Campaign fees are Seller/Vendor-side commercial charges.
They must not be converted into undisclosed mandatory Buyer surcharges.
Detailed commercial terms are governed by the applicable Marketplace and Seller documents.
PART VIII — AFFILIATE-ATTRIBUTED MARKETPLACE SALES
23. Marketplace Affiliate Sales
The Marketplace Affiliate Sales Disclosure explains how Affiliate-attributed Marketplace transactions work.
It addresses:
Affiliate Eligible offers;
Tier Eligible offers;
Seller participation;
referral attribution;
commissions;
Tier Finalization;
refunds;
clawbacks; and
Buyer protections.
24. Affiliate Is Not the Seller
An Affiliate does not become the Marketplace Seller merely because the Affiliate promoted or referred a purchase.
The Seller/provider identified for the transaction remains responsible for the underlying offering.
PART IX — AFFILIATE PROGRAM
25. Affiliate Program Terms
The Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern participation in FIA’s Affiliate Program.
26. Affiliate Applications
Applicants and approved participants should review the Affiliate Application & Participation Declaration.
27. Affiliate Tracking and Attribution
The Affiliate Tracking & Attribution Disclosure explains FIA’s current standard attribution framework, including:
the 24-hour protected referral window;
first-valid-click attribution;
first-sale default;
privacy choices;
Tier Finalization;
refunds;
commission adjustments; and
attribution disputes.
28. Affiliate Promotion and Disclosure
The Affiliate Promotion & Disclosure Guidelines explain standards for:
transparent Affiliate disclosure;
truthful advertising;
social-media promotion;
commission representations;
testimonials;
pricing claims;
electronic marketing;
FIA branding; and
prohibited Affiliate conduct.
PART X — BUSINESS STORIES
29. Sponsored Editorial
FIA Business Stories are paid sponsored editorial services.
The Business Story Service Terms explain the applicable service conditions.
30. Business Story Consent
Where applicable, publication and media permissions may also be governed by the Business Story Editorial Consent & Media Release.
31. What a Business Story Does Not Guarantee
Purchasing a Business Story does not automatically guarantee:
verification;
positive reviews;
ranking;
leads;
sales;
Featured Placement; or
business performance.
PART XI — PRIVACY AND TRACKING
32. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Innovara Marketing Inc. handles personal information in connection with FIA.
33. Cookies and Tracking
The Cookie & Tracking Policy explains FIA’s use of cookies, analytics, referral technologies and other applicable tracking tools.
34. Affiliate Tracking and Privacy
Affiliate attribution may depend on permitted tracking information.
Applicable privacy choices take priority over optional Affiliate tracking.
PART XII — RESPONSIBLE AI
35. AI-Assisted Activity
The Responsible AI & AI Usage Disclosure explains FIA’s approach to:
AI-assisted content;
human responsibility;
accuracy;
privacy;
limitations; and
deceptive synthetic content.
Use of AI does not remove responsibility for the underlying content or decision.
PART XIII — COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
36. Intellectual Property
The Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains FIA’s approach to:
FIA-owned content;
user and business content;
trademarks;
copyright;
brand use; and
rights complaints.
PART XIV — ACCESSIBILITY
37. Accessibility
The Accessibility Statement explains FIA’s approach to:
digital accessibility;
accessible communications;
alternative formats;
customer-service accessibility; and
accessibility feedback.
PART XV — HIGH-RISK AND REGULATED CATEGORIES
38. Additional Requirements
Certain businesses or offers may require additional documentation, review, licensing or insurance.
Where applicable, FIA may require:
These requirements do not replace applicable laws or professional obligations.
PART XVI — DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
39. General FIA Complaints
The Dispute Resolution & Complaints Policy explains FIA’s process for broader complaints and requests for review.
40. Marketplace Problems
Ordinary Marketplace transaction problems should generally use the applicable Marketplace support and Buyer Protection process.
41. FIA Is Not a Court
FIA may make administrative platform decisions, but its internal resolution process does not make FIA a court or regulator.
PART XVII — REPORTING SERIOUS CONCERNS
42. Report a Concern or Abuse
Use Report a Concern / Abuse for serious matters such as suspected:
fraud;
impersonation;
account compromise;
serious Marketplace abuse;
Affiliate manipulation;
serious safety concerns;
malicious activity; or
other significant platform abuse.
43. Ordinary Questions Should Use the Appropriate Enquiry Route
The serious-abuse reporting channel should not replace ordinary support, Marketplace, billing or policy routes where no serious abuse is involved.
PART XVIII — POLICY, PRIVACY AND LEGAL ENQUIRIES
44. Policy and Privacy Questions
Use Policy, Privacy & Legal Enquiry for questions concerning matters such as:
FIA policies;
privacy;
listings;
verification;
billing;
accessibility;
AI;
program terms;
general legal-policy questions; or
other non-emergency Trust Centre matters.
PART XIX — FIA’S EVOLVING PLATFORM
45. FIA Continues to Develop
FIA is an evolving platform.
Some functions may be:
available;
limited;
category-specific;
location-specific;
in staged rollout;
beta; or
planned for later development.
46. Marketplace Status
FIA Marketplace should not be described as wholly future or inactive.
Marketplace functionality is part of FIA’s current operating model for eligible Innovara and approved independent Seller offers.
At the same time, availability should not be overstated.
Marketplace availability may vary by:
category;
Seller;
location;
offering; and
platform readiness.
47. Planned Features
A feature should not be represented as currently available merely because FIA has designed or planned it.
PART XX — DOCUMENT CONTROL
48. Policy Versions
FIA uses document references and version information to help identify current controlled documents.
Policies may display information such as:
document reference;
classification;
version;
effective date;
last-updated date;
legal operator; and
document owner.
49. Superseded Versions
Where a new controlled policy version replaces an earlier version, FIA should archive or otherwise mark the older version as superseded rather than leaving conflicting versions active as current policy.
50. Transaction-Specific Acceptance
Some relationships require more than simply publishing a policy page.
Where applicable, FIA may separately record:
electronic acceptance;
accepted document version;
transaction ID;
order terms;
timestamps;
Seller agreements;
Affiliate declarations; or
other applicable acceptance records.

PART XXII — FINAL TRUST STATEMENT
58. What FIA’s Trust Framework Is Designed to Do
FIA’s Trust Centre is designed to make it easier for people and businesses to understand:
who they are dealing with;
which rules apply;
what FIA does;
what independent businesses remain responsible for;
how Marketplace transactions are administered;
how Affiliate relationships work;
what protections and reporting processes are available; and
where to find the applicable policy.
59. Trust Does Not Mean Guarantee
FIA’s:
listing;
verification;
Marketplace participation;
Affiliate participation;
sponsored content;
review system; or
other platform process
does not automatically constitute a guarantee of a business, transaction or outcome.
The specific relationship and applicable policy should always be considered.
60. Keeping the Trust Centre Current
FIA may update this Trust Centre as:
policies change;
Marketplace features evolve;
Affiliate programs evolve;
additional trust processes are launched; or
new public policies become applicable.
The current published version should be used together with the specific policy governing the relevant activity.
